Put two new tires on my car and it took about half an hour. The service was professional and courteous. The price was a little less then I thought it would be. My experience is that you can go to Wally world but you wont save any money and itll take three times as long. Looking forward to going to work tonight with all new tires. (I bought two other new ones from this Bob Sumerel a few weeks ago). Ive also bought tires and have work done at the Sumerel on Winton. Im sold on this company.

34.92$ to patch a tire and then they balanced it to justify the cost lol. Midas next to Kroger does it free i found out you just have to wait a little longer.

Did not fix problem at all. Charged for part and labor that in no way addressed the issue. Car broke down again day after service.

Called us with updates throughout the process.One thing: we were told by AAA we would get a discount for using an affiliated repair shop and the discount was all of $5 for a $300 bill. This isnt the shops fault nor does it impact my review, but I wouldnt have chosen this shop if it wasnt for the so called discount and I probably wont choose a AAA affiliated repair shop again (far more of a reflection on AAA than the repair shops themselves).

I had a slow leak in one tire and they were able to provide service on short notice. I expected them to just do a typical service station method and spray the tire with soap and plug it. However, they put it on a lift, so I started to think that this was overkill and perhaps they were just trying to make a little more money. I asked about this method and he explained that they remove the tire from the wheel and repair from the inside as it is a more durable repair. Great, I learned something new!Anyway, they were very friendly, professional and fast...really fast. Based on this visit, this place has my highest recommendation for your tire needs.

Customer service good, work appears good so far. Prices high. They charged me $600 for a starter on a 1997 Chevy Silverado. I had already consented to the work before I called around and found most places charged around $390. I discussed the price with them. Informed prices are made by corporate. When I picked up the truck he did acknowledge their prices were high and lowered my bill by $80. Still $514. out the door. So much for my AAA discount.

Took my 2018 SUV to three different Tire Discounters because it was pulling hard to the left. Each one tried aligning it, yet they never could fix it. Bob Sumerel Delhi looked at it while I had it in for an oil change and their awesome staff had it fixed in about an hour.

Took care of me quickly and didnt even charge me for fixing my minor issue. Ill definitely go back when I next need service.

I went in for an oil change and nothing was leaking from my vehicle. The day after my oil change I notice that Im leaking coolant. No big deal right. Take it back and they said I needed a water pump. Spend $630 on the water pump expecting the issue to be fixed. Wrong. Took it back after them having it three days working on the water pump. For them to tell me I need a new timing cover. How does a vehicle leak coolant after an oil change and not before?

Last summer my tire pressure light came on and I stopped in there to have my tires looked at and aired. The guy was great and explained everything to me. Told me to come back towards the winter and have them checked. I did, because I needed them aired up again. I was told that I could make an appointment and they would check the tire out. I did and when I got there I was not even in the system and instead of checking my tire, as was suggested, they sent some guy out to air them up - again. I was told it was probably the temps. Three times I had my tires aired up, made an appointment to see if I needed to replace tires and all I got was aired up. Gees, I wish I had had the opportunity to find out just how great this place is - I tried.......... Well, I went back, at my friends request because I was still having problems with pressure in my front tire. And, glad I did. The problem was taken care of and I wasnt taken advantage of. I now feel confident that I can rely on them for my tire needs. Not only were they apologetic and helpful but, when it came to customer service they stepped up to the plate. Even though we started out on the wrong foot, I am glad that I took my friends advice and returned.

Been here twice now for tire puncture repairs and have witnessed and experienced excellent customer service both times. not only with my service but also others. Prices were fair and honest with quick turn around. with service this good I might be able to stop working on my on vehicles

Would not spend the time to get the tire off the rim. Then on top of that said I needed a new rim along with the tires. That I did not need. Went some where else they took the tire off and put a new one on with no problem.

I was surprised a company whose website boasts they continuosly acquire state-of-the-art equipment that enables us to service any tire..... was unable to service a run of the mill 295 30 r22. Rookies. I drove down to the 4300 block of River Rd. Scully Motors had my tire off the rim in less than 1 minute, found a brand new one in stock, and put a new one on just as quick. They had an insane amount of brand new tires, too, way inexpensive. Wow Scully.... Youre equipment is better than Sumerels?!?! Sounds like youre the one who cares.

I was recently at this shop for minor automotive maintenance, which I had confirmed with the receptionist and mechanic. I did not ask for a written estimate, but unfortunately TRUSTED this person because I had been there before. Of course, he went far beyond what I had requested, doubling the final bill. I was so furious I paid the bill and left, but want no one else to go through this scam with a thief. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE unless you receive a written estimate, sign it, and WATCH this one-man band every second he works. He does good work for a fair price, but will do much more than you asked for, or what was verbally agreed upon. THIEVES!

I have done business with them for years. I found the service fast, courteous and when I stopped to have a flat changed, they didnt even charge me!

Was told I only needed a back axle and it would be 1250 even though getting part from junk uard. Pay for and get home read the write up says I need front tire rods and that they r torn and breaking.....never said amything....im one pissed mommy....wont be driving that on the highway any time soon got 3 kids to worry about if something happens. Will never tale here again.

High prices and i got 4 new tires but they didnt change out the old valve stems my rear tires are going flat all the time.

Called three different tire stores and these guys had best price plus the discount on top of that. I go there for tires almost exclusively.

I needed a new tire because a 2x4 sliced the side of my tire. I called Hyundai dealership and said it would be 4 days before they could get me in!? I called Bob Sumeral when they opened at 7:30... brought my car in at 8:30 and they had my new tire on and I was on the road in less than 30 minutes! Thanks Tony and Bob Sumeral for saving my butt today!

My car was leaking some coolant, so I took it in to my neighborhood Bob Sumerel for a look. They said the radiator needed to be replaced, and that the cost of said part from the Jaguar dealer would be $900, labor would be around $500. Before I authorized work, I checked with another local mechanic who was getting the same part from the same Jaguar dealer. He told me the cost of the part would be $429, and labor $400-$500.
