I came in with what I thought was muffler problems. Devin was very polite and quickly set me up for an evaluation. Not only were they able to diagnose the issue, but Josh was able to fix it the same day! I usually brace myself to resist necessary add-ons and repairs, but Josh really treated me like I was his daughter. I will definitely be coming back for future services. I went there to get a full inspection on my older car which I didnt do when I bought it a year ago. They recommended certain repairs with full transparency.Visited them again after two weeks to get some repairs done. The repairs took their time but the car seems to be running a lot better than before.Going to visit them again for the remaining repairs.

Its a great place to get tyres repaired. They do it for free on weekdays within business hours.

These guys are so good. Prices are somewhat up there, but they are honest and will fix your car the right way without any extra hassle.

Eddie stopped and assisted me with my car issues after hours. He was on his way home. He spotted and heard my car sound and then when I turned he could see my wheel having issues. I knew something was wrong but I couldnt figure it out. he spoke to my husband on the phone and he was trying to figure out what was really wrong with my car. It was a hot day on Tuesday, July 27th and here he is laying on the hot pavement. I just really want to thank him for taking the time to assist us in knowing what was wrong with my wheel. I got to see him today, Saturday, August 14th when I stopped by the shop and spoke to him and his manager Devon and just wanted to give a big kiddos to him and the shop for having such a compassionate and understanding worker on their team. So thank you Eddie for helping us out.

My serpentine belt suddenly snapped. I was super stressed after having a fiasco with the towing service and also because the store was super busy at first when my car was brought in, so it took about a day and a half for them to service my vehicle, which was totally fine! I was really stressed though that if they didn’t finish my car service by the end of the day Saturday, then I’d be out of a vehicle through Sunday while they’re closed and then not until they got to it on Monday. Then an employee, I believe his name was Ed, turned into a total superhero, staying after close just to make sure I didn’t go without a car for too long. When I sped over there to pick it up almost 30 minutes after close, he had the keys in the vehicle, AC running, ready for me to go! I provided my own belt so he didn’t even charge me, I couldn’t believe his kindness! I had an extremely stressful day and his act of kindness just really meant a lot to me. So thank you Ed (so sorry if I have your name wrong!) and Midas and I will be recommending your service from here on out!

Called, made an appointment, guy was short with me but hey, theyre busy, I get it. Towed my car there before noon, call around 430, they cant locate my car. Excuse me? Your lot isnt that big? Guy goes and looks for it, finds it, says it MAY be ready today (this is about an hour before they close,) hell call me. He doesnt call. I work 24 hour shifts, 45 minutes away, so of course the call comes the next day, at noon, while Im working. I let them know that I can pick it up the following day, this isnt ideal for them but hey, its all I got. (They do ask if someone else can pick the car up by 6, but yeah, no, I dont have those resources at this time.) I luckily get a ride to them the next day, pay the guy and ask what exactly they did to my car. He doesnt know. But hey, the car runs now, so Im glad for that.

I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped in for a flat tire repair, and was told it was on the house :) Not only did they get me in and out within 10 minutes, they plugged the tire for free! This crew definitely has won my future business. Thank you Midas!

Front desk staff is extremely rude to all incoming customers. Never called me to pick up car- I had to finally call them. Says on the sheet tire rotation is included in oil change- WISH ID READ THAT BEFORE I LEFT! Instead the mechanic just recommended I get one- so now I have to go get that done separately when it was actually included in what I paid them AND he even recommended it.They eanted to charge me $100 to even reset check engine light or see why it was on, when I was already paying them for other services. Will never come back here. Ever.

Josh and the crew at Midas are FAB. U. LOUS!!!!! These guys went above and beyond working on my Journey. Discovered a simple problem with an easy fix and didnt charge me anywhere near all the labor and diagnostics they put into it. Had a synthetic oil change w coupon 53.00 w tax and about 11 months ago I had brakes and rotors and last few months felt steering wheel vibrate when braking over 60 mph they replaced the rotors and labor under the 1 yr warranty and it now drives and brakes great. Very pleased with this location on all aspects.

Mike’s the man! I had a tire mounted & balanced and he made sure I was looked after. Cost was more than fair. I would recommend dropping your car/wheels off; this place gets a ton of work so if you hang out in the lobby you might be waiting a while.

Tony did a great job replacing muffler on my truck in mid may of 2020. About 2 weeks after Tony fixed my muffler, a welder from another organization said the midas welding on my truck is an excellent weld. Make sure you see tony for your repairs as he can fix anything on a vehicle.

I took my Prius to the Toyota dealership a few weeks ago for an oil change and to figure out what the vibration sound my car was making. They said that my check engine light started blinking during their routine road test and they found no coolant. So they determined it was likely a head gasket and they said they’d charge over $400 just to diagnose it but it wouldn’t be worth it, i should just get a new car. Took my car to Midas for a second opinion because I didn’t see the check engine light come on, they did a thorough check of my car. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. Saved me a ton of money & throwing away a perfectly good car. Definitely trustful people. Tony was very helpful and explained things to me as best as he could. I’ll definitely be back at Midas from here going forward.

I come in here expecting to have my tires installed and balanced. I called in to make sure if they do that kind of service or not. They said yes, so I made the appointment to come in. I have aftermarket wheels and tires and understand that putting low profile tires on and off the wheels is more complicated than a regular tire. I appreciate every person in there for trying to put on my tires, however the manager should take a look and train new employees better. I had a new person working on it by side another employee that has been there a while. The new person disrespected my stuff and there seems to be no respect at all in that shop from any employee. My wheels have been thrown down and fell on the face of it and on top of that on the tire machine, it was also dropped on the face leaving scratches and dents on my wheel. When I brought back the wheel after work I told them about it and explained nicely what happened and what I wanted them to do. Their reasoning was it was a used wheel so why care about the dent and scratch! The manager was also rude and disrespectful towards me, his words were dont ever come back! The result of them treating me and my stuff I will take his words into consideration ! My wheel may not be in perfect condition just because it’s “used” but that doesn’t mean they can scuff it up even more!! I don’t care about the scratches that was made because of the procedure of putting it on it was difficult, but at least have the respect for other peoples property.Word of advise for the new guy: if you don’t know what you are doing, don’t do it!

Ive been going to this location for more than 15 yrs, I live in the community, depends on whose working and management. Often short on help, more often than not, service not so great.

I stopped in for a estimate on brakes and rotors, they did a great estimate and quoted a competitive price paired with a warranty you cant beat! Just a heads up make sure to check their website for any specials its worth taking the time if you wanna knock down the price a little! Im overall very satisfied with the work and getting me in and out the same day for a brake job and an oil change !

Horrible experience. They messed up and didnt take off my anchor locks back in November so my brakes wore out. I called and the appointment setter was 100% unprofessional! The technician said it was my fault, got loud with me and threw my paperworkon the desk.I have video and audio, and I let a good friend hear the conversation. I wont hold this against ALL Midas companies but I will NEVER come to this Midas on Reading Rd again. NOBODY SHOULD COME TO THIS MIDAS. Thank you Tony for making it right. Midas has this great offer to patch up any tire you suspect to have a leak, for free.I was in and out in an hour and my tire did have a nail in it which they patched up.I did have to return back to the shop after finding out they forgot to put the tire pressure cap back on the tire. Which wouldnt have been a big issue if that same tire wasnt also low on air.I think this is a great shop that offers honest work for a franchise, its the small things that matter when dealing with someones car.

Poor customer service. I went there to get my car checked on after they fixed it the first time because something was off. The guy there checked the car and told me the problem and gave me an estimate to get it fixed. He told me to come one day later because he had to order the parts. I asked him if I could come in on Saturday and needed an appointment. He said you dont need an appointment, just come on Saturday with the estimate he had given for the parts. When I went there, the guy on the service desk said I needed an appointment. Just a total waste of time and zero professionalism.

Midas is a great place for your car!!They were able to diagnose and fix my 2003 car that have previously stopped running.I have put hundreds of dollars into it and was not able to drive it.Now I drive it every few days back and forth to Dayton Ohio which is 50 miles away and it still runs great after months going to Midas!I will definitely go back if I need more service on this or any other car.Midas is great company!!!

Ive been here at least ten times since I work across the street and they have a great staff, great service, and excellent prices. Ive had synthetic oil changes, new tires, and ball bearing assembly replacements. They even found a slipped belt that was causing severe vibrations on my Tacoma that was extremely hard to figure out recently.

My windshield wipers stopped working in a rainstorm and I was able to get to this Midas. Tony gladly got me in even though they were close to closing! Josh worked on my car and explained everything to me with such a great attitude! These two completely saved me in my time of need and I couldnt have been happier with the service I received.

A tray under the engine compartment of my SUV came loose a few blocks away and was scraping the street. I stopped in to see if they could do something temporary to enable me to get home OK. Within 5 min. they put me up on a rack and determined the tray needed to be re-attached. This was done with fasteners they had on hand and there was no charge for their work. Great service, fast and kind. Too bad I dont live nearby or this would be my go-to place for routine maintenance work and tires.

Great customer service is important to me and seems to be lacking these days. That is not the case at Midas. I spoke with James over the phone and in person and he provided great customer service with a nice smile to go with it. He provided a quote before any work was done which I appreciate. The young man who worked on my car also answered questions that I had regarding the work being done. Because of the great customer service I will be back the next time my car needs to be serviced.

Fair price for an oil change!The only reason Im giving two stars is because during my car inspection, they listed a bunch of problems with my car (of which some I got fixed there and was happy about in terms of service). However, for one of the more urgent and expensive problems, I called a few motor shops in the area to get the best price, and ended going somewhere else. Once I got to the other place, they told me that the issue identified by Midas is not of serious concern, as I was told. This saved me a few hundred, and gave me the impression that Midas was trying to optimize their gains in the process.

Great team of mechanics! I felt I could really trust them, and the prices were affordable. I didnt leave feeling pressured or gouged. I will definitely be a return customer.

This company and exactly this branch is so bad. They have bad attitudes toward the customers. There is no respect for the customers. All employees there are so rude and they have bad services, and very high prices. Try to avoid going there if you really worry about your car.

This particular Midas is relatively close to me and easy to access from the highway which is great when trying to get service done to my car on a busy day. Every time I have been here, I have always been greeted promptly. Everyone has always been professional. Also, the main reason I go to this Midas besides the great service is best value possible. They have always been able to give me the best deals on all services done to my vehicles.

The inside smelled like a hot box of cigarettes. Probably not great for the infant that was in the lobby area. Seems like they did well with my oil change and rotation, but its only been a few weeks since.When they were pulling my car out of the parking spot to take it back into the shop, the guy got sooo close to the pole next to the road behind my car that Im still not sure if he hit it or not. There was a scratch on my car exactly where I wouldve expected one, but I cannot confirm nor deny if it was already there. Either way I just got the car so I was not happy about that...Also, when they were actually done working on my car, I stood at the front desk for about 10-15 mins before they actually finished their smoke break in the back. I had to wait that long just to check out at the end... Not a great experience, and I wouldnt recommend going to this location. I will check out another Midas in the future, but this location DEFINITELY did not have the Midas touch.

I went in for an oil change, to have a tire replaced, and to check the engine for why it was burning oil. Tim did an excellent job on the repair and all of the staff members were very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend making an appointment.

I dropped my truck off on a Monday morning fearful for all the things that could be wrong with it since I had just purchased it used a few months ago and had not had time to go over the mechanics yet. I was worried I was going to have to replace the fuel injectors and possibly my fuel pump. When I called the Midas team was extremely kind and I was able to take my truck in same day. I was called with an update and a seek of approval before fixing my truck and all that was needed was a cleaning of the fuel system, oil change/oil filter, and new spark plugs + a tune up. I am extremely thankful for their honesty and quick and efficient work to get my truck back to me the same day. Would recommend this location to anyone in the local Cincinnati area.

Ive been going to Midas for years now and they are okay. This time I went in for an oil change and asked for the $19 oil change but an hour later they tell me my car only takes full synthetic ($49). I told them never mind, I will go to the dealership then they tell me they already drained the oil. That was my gas money to get me through the next few days smh. There is no reason why they couldnt have told me that before they drained the oil! Do any of these shops have morals nowadays??

Again, I received great service here at Midas. They gave me the best service at a fair price. They got me in and out without a long wait. This is why I continue to have my car serviced here.

Brian the manager and his staff are awesome! They are very communicive and give you step by step progress updates on your vehicle. I can say that all Midas are not created equal, the staff at this location go above and beyond... I have a newer Sonata and rather deal with they guys here than my own car service center because of the customer service.

I had a nail in my tire and and I needed my transmission fluid topped off, and they did it all free of charge. I don’t know if it was because it was my very first time at Midas or if they were just trying to hook up a broke college student. Either way, I’m happy they helped!!

At 5:00pm on a Saturday we got a flat and this Midas was the nearest repair shop. The parking lot was packed, they were near closing time, and they had stopped taking customers but despite all that, when I told them we would be stranded overnight 3 hours away from home, they offered to help! Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly and the service was great. It turns out both of our back tires has been punctured by screws and by pure luck, they had the right size and quantity in stock. These guys saved the day and were great company while they did it.
