I would recommend brain and his shop for any minor repair and service. They are good with detail and very understanding of people and there cars. If you have a problem brain is on it.

Great AAA approved garage to get your automotive repairs completed. They replaced my alternator. And did a great job. They were really fast and surprisingly it was very reasonable.I would definitely bring my Jetta back the next time it needs service. But hopefully that wont be for quite a while.

These folks are amazing😀 I have been battling with bad tires for almost two years now-- started at less than 6 months old😡. Took them back to the dealer and they patched them--- but they were deflated in weeks. Repeated the same scenario multiple times over and over. Finally went to Bob Sumerel to get new ones. He asked if I wanted them to try to repair them first and sarcastically I said, sure--knowing full well theyd have to replace them. No❣️ They really did repair them!!! Its been over a month. My gas mileage is the best its been in years. I havent felt this safe driving in 2 years. When I do replace them guess where Ill go? Yep, Bob Sumerel!!! Thanks for the peace of mind and sense of safety I havent felt in years ❣️

This was my first time going to a Bob Summer, and what a great experience. Staff was friendly, clean environment and had a very good deal on tires. I ended up getting an AAA membership while I was there as well. The discount at Bob Sumerel and other places seemed to be worth the deal. I will be back very soon to get an oil change... A+ in my book.

Phenomenal service. Went there to get my tires changed they were able to help a (very) car illiterate person identify which tire would be best especially for winter traction. Their warranty on them is superb for the price point. Very friendly and fast. Id refer them to a friend.

This is good shop to have your car worked on. Theres plenty of room for you wait while the excellent mechanics fix your vehicle. I went there recently and noticed how well the mechanics will work with your schedule and make sure you are pleased with the results. Always keep a eye out for great rebates for new tires and other parts. I live local but drive far for work and enjoy using this Bob Sumerel shop for car service.

I just walked out of Bob Sumerel Tires. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and they repaired it in half an hour for $25.There is free coffee and a comfortable seat in which to wait and the sales people work quick and courteous and friendly.I did make an appointment the day before so I was not coming in at a very busy time.

Efficient service..

Took my wifes Ford Focus in after a break down (we are AAA members). After keeping the vehicle over night, I went back the next morning and spoke with the guy at the counter about a diagnosis. He said their mechanic thought the ignition was bad, but was unsure if that would fix the issue. Nevertheless, they would need to first fix the ignition ( at a cost of $500) before they could explore the issue further. Unsatisfied with this explanation, I pushed the car off their lot ( into Gold Stars lot), and called a lock smith to come and check the ignition ($30). The lock smith said nothing was wrong with the ignition. This was great news but, I was outraged that BS tried to scam me out of $500. Took my car to meineke on Reading Rd, they fixed the real issue for less than $240.Please stay away from these crooks at Bob Summerall, Finneytown.

The gentleman at Bob Summerall tire on Winton Road in Finneytown have been taking care of our cars for over 10 years. They have always been very respectful and the way they explain more detailed repairs. I have never felt like they pushed repairs that were not necessary. Additionally, they let us know ahead of time what kind of repairs or maintenance will need to be done in the future so that too much money does not have to be spent all at once.

Did great job on my alignment

Came to put air in the tire because it was low and found a nail in there. They were able to patch it on the spot!

Great deal on oil change, but they couldnt tell us there was an issue with the muffler?

If I can get this place no stars I would broke my caliber trying to do my brake line and then wanted to overcharge me for breaking them cuz they say they were too tight to get to a guy down the street right after that and he change the calipers and the brake line for $100 in parts. Tell me whos ripping who off
