If I could give zero stars I would. They were completely disrespectful to me and made very rude comments to me. I had my car towed here today because I got a flat tire on my way to work. The tow truck driver dropped it off around 8:45 am. I called and told them I needed it done by 3:55 pm since thats when I get off work and Im 35 weeks pregnant and had 2 other kids that you needed to pick up.I called around 12:40 pm and asked if they had gotten a chance to check my tire out and they said no but they were going to soon. So I called again at 3:20 pm to make sure they had looked at it and they still hadnt. They kept making excuses as to why and basically in a round about way telling me my car wasnt as important as the other cars that were there. So finally before I hung up they said they were going to do my car next. I got there a little after 4 and they still hadnt looked at it. Both the managers were extremely rude to me. They were telling me that my tire is flat and it wont hold air....which Im obviously well aware of since thats why it was towed there.My husband called to check on it and told them just to put a new tire on instead of taking the time to patch it. The manager made a very attitude filled and rude comment to me about him calLing.I will never ever go back here and I would never recommend this place to anyone. We have called the district manager because their customer service is completely awful.

I recently had and issue with a wheel lock on one of my wheels that I first discovered when I had the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The dealer claimed that there was rust or corrosion that had built up causing the issue and it would cost me at least a couple hundred dollars to remove. The car is a new car so I couldn’t believe this was the issue. I decide to take the car to Bob Summeral in Blue Ash where I had purchase tires for another of my cars. Chris Burke was super helpful and was able to fix the problem in no time at minimal cost. I’d recommend Bob Summeral Blue Ash for fast and fair service. I really appreciate Chris Burke taking the time to help us out.

Staff was nice but the service was terrible. I had an appointment today at 10am for a tire alignment. My car was still not taken to the line by 10:50am so I cancelled and left. Making matters worse, they couldn’t even tell me how much longer it was going to be. I understand that things can happen, but did the staff tell me they were running way behind when I showed up at 10? Of course, not. Did they communicate with me during those 50 minutes while I waited there in the store? Not once. No one spoke to me until I inquired abt when my car would be going to the bay. What is the point of appointments? Where is the customer service? Extremely disappointed. Bob Sumerel, you lost my business forever.
She drives like a completely different car. They redid the steering, including the power portion. She doesnt shake, squeak, slip, or hurt my arms. Its nice. Checkout was quick and painless, and they made sure I got both a discount and extended warranty. Im definitely coming back to this location.

It was Thanksgiving week and they squeezed me in to help get me 4 new tires without an appointment. I greatly appreciated their help because I had no idea my tires were even bad and I was able to trust their opinion and help.
Further disappointment with that shop. After posting a 1 star review on 5/12/21 because of the terrible customer service, it took the manager 6 days to call me. He did call today on 5/18/21, apologized, and blamed staffing issues, but obviously the customer service issue starts at the top if it takes 6 days for the manager to call. Extremely disappointed.

This morning, I had a low tire and stopped here without an appointment. They put my car up on the lift to check for leaks. They ended up replacing a defective valve stem...at no charge.Everybody was polite and professional. When I asked what I owed, the gentleman behind the counter said “nothing” and asked only that I remember them when I do need service again.They could have easily told me I needed a new tire and, what’s more, I’m sure they knew I wouldn’t have known better. But that’s not who they are. Certainly, they could have legitimately charged me for their time but chose to offer me this courtesy instead.I will be back. I suggest you do the same if your car needs service!

Recently went in to see what the cause was on a tire leak. They checked everything out and were able to patch up the tire which was great considering I thought it would be in need of a new one. Dropped the car (without an appointment) off that morning and had it back before they closed that day. Customer service is exceptional here and when the time comes for needing new tire(s) I know where to go.
Flat tire. Didnt try to sell new tire. Plugged it recommended oil change...😁... disappointed samsung ear plugs were missing. Had on ears when I pulled in...left on front seat. No ifs... ands buts about it. They were stolen.

I have to say that Bob Sumerel never disappoints! I’ve been a customer for many years and every location I’ve been in has always done a great job. This visit was no different. I had the misfortune of getting two different sharp objects in two of my tires. I was not near home but saw there was a Bob Sumerel not far from where I had stopped to investigate my low pressure alarm. I had purchased my full set of tires from Bob Sumerel (Newport) and got the warranty upon their suggestion. That advice has paid dividends! Not only were they super nice and friendly at this location, they worked me in and I was able to be in and out in a little over an hour at no charge. Thank you so much. Please keep hiring great friendly, honest and knowledgeable people like these and I will continue to be a customer and advocate for life!
My regal cabin cruiser blew 2 tires on the highway. As we were inching it down the highway this is the first auto shop we came across. Not only were they unhelpful to our dire situation, they basically refused to aid us. So I’m not sure how to continue dragging around a boat with blown tires. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone on a good day let alone an emergency.
Most honest mechanics I have ever found. They are friendly and never do anything to your car that is not needed and approved. I have been going here for over 10 years and they have excellent service at a fair price. Highly recommend!

Really disappointing service... the lug nuts on my wheels were tightened to the point that I had to get service from another auto shop. At least these people were competent enough to fix the work done by Bob Sumerel
We have used the services of Bob Sumerel at Blue Ash location probably for 25 years. When you call this place (or even show up) you always know that they have a way to fit your car, and besides that, they never rip you off. Everybody is so nice and so professional. I recommend Bob Sumerel for everybody. Good service, honesty, and the guys are the best! :-)
I took my car in for a diagnostics test due to a loud noise coming from the front wheel driver side. I thought it was the wheel bearing on the driver side which is where all the noise is coming from.They said they would check it. He called and said its a wheel bearing and also the power steering needed to be flushed I said ok. I came to pick my car up I paid 551.56 . I got in the car drove it and my car still had the same sound loud coming from the driver side. I called and spoke with them. They said the wheel bearing wasnt bad on the driver side which is where all the noise is coming from but it was bad on the passenger where no noise was coming from. So basically they told me they can check it out and see what the problem is and take more of my money, but this is what should have been done in the first place. Im a single mother of 3 kids and Im out of 551.56. Im driving myself and my children in this car which could be very dangerous and these people could care less. I was completely taken advantage of and they dont really care at all. I have taken my old car to bob sumerel before years ago, but it was a different location and I had no issue. Im very disappointed in this company and I feel very hurt that they felt comfortable enough to take advantage of me and then be bold enough to ask for more money when they didnt fix anything that had to do with the issue at hand. If they didnt know what the issue was they should have communicated that and let me go to another shop who can figure it out. But I guess they seen that as a chance to make money off of me. If I could give no stars I would.
I set there for two and a half hours waiting for a flat repair in had to get my keys back and leave. Understaffed Maybe facts are facts they didnt get it done. Does Bob Sumerel really care?
Went in for a oil change at 4:00pm and they couldnt get to me until 10:00am the next day. I have been to Bob Sumerel numerous times to get oil changes and just spent $600 on a car repair at this location a couple of months ago. They close at seven and they couldnt do an oil change in 3 hours? Went to another Bob Sumerel and they did a great job getting to me for a oil change.
Disappointing service and work, has gone downhill the last 6 months or so.Been going there for 15+ years, spent thousands of dollars and had always been pleased with the results until 6/4-5/18.Initial front employee was not aware of Tire Rack road-hazard warranty claim process and remained dismissive even after another front employee commented on it. Follow-ups were also met with some attitude.Worst part is the shoddy workmanship and their response to it - the tire they mounted would not hold air, then they could not get me in to check it out/fix it. Took it to Kings Dodge and they told me that the rim was not prepped properly and was leaking in several places. They re-mounted it properly and it is fine now. (Yay Kings Dodge!)I do have to call out Tyler in the front for acting right. He is the only one that treated me like a customer.

My car is a 2011 Altima at 45,000 miles on it and the oil has been changed regularly at 3000 Miles every time at that time the dealer was putting the oil in and it was a free service because it was both brand new with cash and now they want to pretend that again which synthetic is the most expensive and that only synthetic can go into it
Helpful and fast. Asked them if they could work on my car the day I called and they had no problem with that. In fact, they were able to finish the job and release my car to me same day! I needed them to change a defective wheel bearing. They even offered a mechanic to drive my car with me to help rule out the noise coming from my wheel.

Very fast and helpful. I stopped in when I noticed tears in the sidewall of a tire caused by a slipped belt. My other tires were also worn. I was in and out with 4 new tires in less than 1/2 hour. And at a fair price, too!

Terrible experience!!! I felt the mechanics were lazy and didnt wanna take the time needed to work on my car!? The guy complained about how long it may take!?! He starts my car up outside in the parking lot!? And says you need a new engine really!!!? I got a bad vibe. Felt like they were tryin to get me for the money. When AAA came to tow my car back home! The tow driver even told me i did right by leaving!! Said so many people complain about this particular location!? O! And the engine wasnt the issue.
I would not recomend getting your car worked on or inspected at this place. I took a car there today to get a used car inspection done and they did not even notice a burned out headlight. Save your $$$$$ and go somewhere else!!!!!!!
My son was traveling from Canada to Florida when the car broke down. When he called us and said he was broken down on the interstate and wasn’t sure where exactly he was we panicked! He called CAA ( Canada’s equvaliant to AAA) and was towed to Bob Sumerel Tire. They quickly went and purchased the part for my car as the parts store closed at 2:30, fixed the car and looked it over for any other potential problems. The price was very reasonable. I am so grateful and can not thank these men enough for fixing the car and sending them safely on their way. I highly recommend this establishment to any Canadians that may be in need of assistants on their travels! Kids made it to Florida and are enjoying their Spring Break
There is a tire pressure station outside that you can top up air very easily. When it is not working, they do it for you from their garage. Very helpful place.
Had car trouble while visiting Cincinnati. These guys had me back on my way in a couple of hours. Nice AAA garage.

My experience with Bob Sumerel( Blue Ash location) was probably the best experience I have ever had at a repair shop. My SUV was towed to the facility the night before I was supposed to head down to Tennessee. I was overwhelmed with the possibility that this surprise would postpone the trip ( there were deadlines involved in making this trip happen that not getting there that day would have been devastating). Ron and the technican did a thorough look at the car and was able to fix the problem (alternator and battery) ahead of the original estimate time. The SUV made it to our destination without a hitch. Im very grateful for their courteous manner and expedited delivery of a quality fix. Please go see them for any of your repair needs. They have definitely put my faith back into honest and quality repair work!

On my way to work my car almost over heated last Friday morning.. I called Bob Sumerel on Kenwood Rd and talked with Chris Whitton. I explained my situation and he said no promises but if I came by when I got off work around 2pm they would try and look at it.I stopped in the shop when I said I would and ask for Chris. He again said he would have one of his guys check it out. Thank God it was just one of my fluids. He didnt charge me for any labor just the amount to replace my fluid.Thank you, Thank you Chris for all your effort!!

I was in Cincinnati attending my father-in-laws funeral. The day we were to drive back to New Hampshire, I awoke to a flat tire out in the hotel parking lot.A roadside assistance company blew up my tire and I had enough air to get to Bob Sumerel Tire just two miles away. I had called ahead letting them know my situation and that I needed to get on the road.The moment I got to the shop, they immediately started the repair. Ten minutes later I was gone out the door and the repair was FREE! I was STUNNED. I gave the man $20 and told him to treat the crew to something.
When you first start going there - they do things right. They try to get you the cheap prices, they help you out, etc. Then - they just treat you like a spit wad. I tell them I need 3 tires - they put only 1 on. I tell them I want to use the same brand - and now I have 3 (no joke) separate brands on my car. I tell them my backtire has a flat - they replace the front tire. Now I have 3 separate branded tires, and a donut on my back. Ill never go back there again.

I recently brought a 99 Honda given by a friend for my teen daughter. The hard brake issue was diagnosis with replacing pad and rotor. I trust them before because I had good experience with them for easy stuff before but the car came back without any change for $300. I sent it back told them its brake booster issue and they doubt my opinion and have another master tech to exam again said might be the booster issue and suggest to replace it. Really? I am not auto tech person but I know the issue but the tech doesnt! Very disappointed about the car knowledge the tech has. I spent $1300 so far to fix the brake but still not fix now but the stiffness of brake is only thing improved only but create additional issues idle speed and leaking air sound. I recommend only bring your car in for easy stuff but not spend too much on one thing. Get second opinion always.

Worst experience of my life. These people were unprofessional and were always looking for an excuse to cheat me out of my money. They forced me into an expensive diagnostic session that charged me 200$ and a $1500 repair that did not fix the problem in my car and they did not have proof that they ever did this diagnostic session. I am convinced I paid for this expensive repair for no reason. I went there 7 times in two weeks, continuously arguing with them and trying to get a straight answer about what was wrong with my car, which I never got. Im sure this place can do an ok job replacing tires, but anything more complicated that that will not end well for you.

Cross threaded multiple lug nuts on my car, mechanics are lazy and can’t hand thread the bolts then use their air impacts. Will not be back, this is as simple as it gets when it comes to working on cars.

April 4 - 2012. My wife had let the power steering fluid level go down (she stated that the oil change people would take care of that!) in our 2007 Rendezvous. Actually, I am to blame also - I should not rely on her or the people changing the oil to make sure the fluid levels are proper. To make a long story short, Bob Sumerel charged me $32 to tell me I needed a new steering rack, steering pump and a tension adjuster (belt and pulley noise) plus some tie rod ends. $1,900 but since I am a AAA member theyll knock $100 off so only $1,800. Wow - what a deal!I say no thank you for your insult; buy Lucas Oil Power Steering Stop Leak for $8.99 plus tax at KOI and take it to JRs Auto on Summit Road. JR listens to it, drains the existing fluid, refills with the Lucas, charges me $10 (yes only $10 - I give him a $20) and here I am six weeks later with no noise and no problems. You tell me what you think about Bob Sumerel and their $1,900 - No, wait, only $1,800! - suggested repair is worth! When I needed two tires two weeks later I went to Sycamore Tire and Auto Repair across the street - bought two American-made Kelly Springfield tires, got an alignment and oil change and gladly gave them $435 for all that truly honest labor and parts.By the way - despite us being a long-time customer of Bob Sumerel - they made no attempt to followup with us and even question their techs assessment. Thats what they hide behind.I am done with Bob Sumerel - you decide who you want to trust.January 2014 update - Rendezous is still running fine 7,000 miles later!
