I had water leaking from my dash. The dealer was going to charge $150 just to run it through diagnostics. Andrew identified the problem right away and did the whole repair for less than the diagnostics test. The repair was done right the first time and I did not experience any more issues.

I have used Bear a couple of times and the service is beyond excellent. Not only do they provide preventative maintenance services, but they have also done some specialty work for me as well. Their turn around time is fantastic coupled with competitive pricing. Andrew did extensive research to make sure that I was getting the correct parts that were factory quality at the best price his supply contacts can provide him. Above and beyond the dedication to my specific mechanical needs, the customer service is untouchable. I dont know of another independently owned automotive business that will pick your car up wherever is convenient for you, and return it in a timely fashion. I couldnt ask for anymore from my mechanic and as long as Bear is around, I dont believe I will have to.

Replaced power steering pump. No more air in the fluid. I still have the whinning noise though. Not sure if it is a bad remanufactured pump or just the nature of the Honda. When I picked up the car, I asked the mechanic if it was whining and he said, A little. I was not sure if he thought the problem was fixed or not.

Super easy; I called; they picked it up from my work and brought it back; even payment was easy. Incredibly convenient! Didn’t try and hassle me about add ons either. Highly recommend!

There is no one else to use for your automotive repair needs. NO ONE. Ive never felt cheated, or like they were trying to pull one over on me. Ive even price checked with some other shops and theyve never been beat. Honesty is the #1 thing for me when it comes to a mechanic. Its typically hard to find. Not any longer.

I read reviews on almost every new service and product I use, but I hardly ever take the time to write my own review. I have NEVER in my life been so impressed with a new service. Add on the fact it was a service for my car which always makes me nervous, because its hard to know who to trust. Needless to say, my mind has been blown. I will be using Bear Car Care exclusively going forward. Their pickup and delivery service itself is priceless as a new mom with an infant. The report you receive afterwards with a full inspection of your car is incredible and puts my mind at ease that what Im driving is safe for me and my family. Their prices are incredible...just cannot say enough great things about this company!!!

Very impressed with the service and advice that was given the few times I have been here, at one point I had an issue and was thinking of bringing my car in, after talking it over with them, it was actually another issue that I did not even need to bring the car in. That is good service in my opinion, when someone is truly there to help, and not just get you to pay for their service.

Had my 2005 Toyota Prius battery replaced for $2,300.00 and it only took one day to do it. The dealership was wanting to charge me $3,500.00 for a new one.Junior was prompt and the car runs like new. The battery even has a 3 year warranty. I would recommend them.

I cannot tell you how great it is to have finally found a mechanic I can trust. They offer free pick up and drop off service which is so convenient. I dont have to take time off of work to have my car worked on. I had taken my car to a different mechanic who told me my vehicle needed costly repairs.
