Brought vehicle in for wheel alignment. Was called a while later and told I needed four new tires, after explaining that new tires were not in the budget, agreed to just pick up vehicle. Was called back immediately and told that the alignment would be performed, $89.99. Arrived to pick up from service, alignment could not be performed, but was charge $69.99. No courtesy call stating service could not be performed after all. Basically paid $70 bucks for a receipt stating that wheel alignment could not be done. One star too many!

Recently my wife and I were on our way to the Airstream factory (travel trailer) for some work. My tire sensors on the trailer started beeping (low pressure in all 4 tires), we asked for directions to a tire shop and was directed to Bob Sumerel. The shop was close to our campground. Parked on street and ran in to explain our problem. The tech guided me into their lot right in front of the shop doors, he came out with hose (long enough to reach all 4 tires) they were all around 35 - 40 psi. Should have been 70. He topped them all up and when I asked how much, he said no charge! He was so glad to be able to help us. Oh, and then he helped me as I backed out of their very crowded lot. Excellent, excellent, excellent... you don’t find this kind of service any more!!

I purchased the Premier service last year and called them yesterday evening for a jump. at 9:43pm they told me they would be there in 51 minutes. Thats not bad better than someone coming 30 miles away to jump me. At 10:30pm I called because I didnt get a text notice of there location. Then they told me it would be 11:20pm. At 11:20pm I called because still not there. I was told they would be there at 11:50 because he was coming from Dayton Kentucky (Im in MT Airy, OH). Right after I hung up the guy called and said he just received the call and will be there in about 30 minutes because he was in Dayton, KY. I didnt get to leave my location until 12:06am.You need to think twice if you are buying this service. What you pay a year might be cheaper to just call for service from a local company and pay a few bucks. Your insurance company probably provides this service at no or a very low cost.

If I could leave a negative number I would. Absolutely the worse service I’ve ever received. I have AAA premier which gives me a “free” battery if needed. When the AAA service truck didn’t have the appropriate size they sent me to Bob Sumerel, which being a AAA service group was fully aware of the AAA credit up to $125. I was informed that my car was finished and ready for pick up. Upon arrival I could see my car parked on their lot. My bill, $243. When I questioned this, being almost $100 more than AAA’s credit I told it was the only battery that would fit (not true, there are batteries available in my cars size starting around $90). When asked why I wasn’t called, I was informed that I had not given them time to call them - even though the overpriced battery was already installed, my car was on the lot, the front desk had my key and I had been informed by their front desk the car was ready. The managers solution was that Bob Sumerel could remove the new battery and reinstall my old one. Which, is what I should have done and had the car towed to Ulmers!WORSE customer service ever!! And not truthful.

I got my tire repaired & oil changed this afternoon. They were extremely helpful & efficient. I have a 7 month old & they let me sit in an empty cubicle with her so she could play on the floor. I was HIGHLY impressed!! I definitely recommend them!!!

So Inept and rude. Dropped my car off at 930am because the car monitor said “flat tire”. They told me it would be looked at by 10:30. Called at 12:30 because no one told me what was going on. Said “your car is next on the rack”. Called again at 2:30. Got the same reasonse. Called at 5pm and they told me he same and to “hang on 2 minutes” while they put me on hold for 10 minutes. Then came back and said they couldn’t find the leek and so come pick it up. They didn’t fix it. They didn’t bother to call Wheels Fleet. Now I’m picking up an unsafe car. They wasted my entire day. I’m going to make sure Wheels Fleet knows to NEVER use these clowns.

They take 2 days to not find the problem that they caused.

They would not even look at my car because the battery had been relocated to the rear (professionally done) they said it would be a nightmare for them. Their opinion was based off a phone call and turned me away, I thought they were supposed to be a automotive service repair shop not a dealer. Well Im sure they have a couple able technicians able to fix it but the guy on the phone refused for them to even see it. I am a AAA member and when I call to get my car towed they always refer me to them but I usually send it to my guy so this time I figured I should check them out and they turned me away. I am more than pissed off that they would not even look at it. Charge me what you want I just want you to tell me whats wrong but no. I will never send any of my other cars here.

Long wait for oil change and tire rotation. Finished with my car but left me sitting in the waiting room. This used to be a friendly, fast, and efficient place. Several employees recently left and the service is NOT the same.

They stand behind their work. I had a stubborn, slow oil leak and they took the time to track it down. A month later, when I still was losing oil, the reevaluated the problem and fixed it without additional cost

Chris and his team go above and beyond for their customers. Our family has been going to this location for 5+ years and the team has always been fair and provides appropriate solutions. Rarely tries to up-sell unless it is in your best interest.

Woukd not reccomend. Had an appointment at noon. Got a call right before getting there saying the tires i wanted that only 2 got delivered... They ended up having another set they claimed were better. Fine. More expensive but i needed tires. Drop the car off was told ot woukf be an hour as expected. I went to lunch. Came back 45 minutes later and sat down. Waited about 30 more minutes woth no one saying a word to me. Went and asked and they said the snapped off a stud... This car was just serviced with all the wheels off. I know it wasnt seized like they kept saying. They didnt offer to replace the wheel hub thats on me now. Bummer. 40 more minutes so 2 hours in the car gets pulled out. Go to get in amd hear a loud hissing noise... The new tire is leaking. And fast. Go in and tell them amd then tell them i need to be taken home i camt keep waiting. They said it would only take another 15 mintues. I said whatever i want to go home ive waited long enough. I get home and wait. And wait. And wait. No call until just before 5. They said the tire was defective. Now my concern os with tje other 3 tires being defective. They assured me they were fine. They kept saying that had i left since i didnt buy the tire protection plan that they didnt have to fix it! Are you kidding me! The tires are failed no nail on them which is the only thing that plan covers. Do not go. Go to the tire shop next door or tire rack. They are cheap here for a reason. Do no recommend

Made special trip there to buy an EZ Pass for trip next week. Both the girl at desk and her supervisor had no idea how to get one through AAA. Total waste of time going to that office.

Had my car towed here because it wouldnt start even when trying to jump it. I really didnt think it was the battery because we putt a new battery in it in February. Turns out the five month old battery was bad.Was charged $68 to find this out. A bit of a rip off IMHO. A service that parts stores provide free of charge whether you buy a battery or not.I told the guy on the phone that I would take the battery back to Auto Zone to make a warranty claim. Despite me making that clear up front, the guy tried twice on the phone to trick me into authorizing him to install a new battery. And then he tried again a third time to get me to authorize a new battery when I came to pay for the diagnostic and pickup the keys and battery.I feel ripped off by the diagnostic price and was very disappointed in the tricky language games they tried to play with me.

I am cancelling my membership they lost my car key and I had to leave work early which counted against me to go to my parents house to get another key the only key I have now after calling twice saying we will get in touch with the driver but never did so now I have to replace the key.I am done with AAA I will never get a membership with them ever again and I will tell everyone I know about them
