If you dont know what youre doing, these people will sell you anything, possibly a lemon. They werent honest about what was wrong with the car. Be sure to take someone with you who is very knowledgeable about cars.

I found a pickup on autogurus and call Vanessa said it was available we scheduled an appointment for 3:30 drove an hour and a half to get there and were able to make it at 2:30 when we got there we found out they had just sold it. Very unprofessional and waste of time.

Bought a car and it’s been amazing. Needed to change transmission fluid and drive shaft but since then car works great. People just complain because they expect everything to be perfect. If you want a brand new, tip top shape car buy it new and stop complaining.

Went to this place to get a pick up. Apparently no test drive because boss was not there and he “keeps” the plates. First red flag but still got a test drive out of Him. They ran my credit and without even sending it to the place I was preapproved At my salesman asked his friends what the bank would want from me !! Mind you that’s not his decision it’s the banks! They ran my credit and refused to send it to the bank stating they were closed. If I could rate negative a million stars If I could.

I bought a INFINITI Q56 2012 and this guy wouldn’t budge on the price. I took it to the dealer and was told to take it back immediately. This dealership buy flood and damaged vehicles and do enough cosmetics to get top dollar. This clown never changed the oil like he stated, written on the oil filter was 6/29/2018 !!!!! And the punk knows me! Certified vehicles only for me.

And that everything goes well with the financing company. The financing company will wait up to 2 weeks to verify any information. Please If you’re a first time buyer don’t go alone. Make sure you go with someone who knows about cars. This place will try and rip you off take your money and then take the car away.

Just bought a car from them last week and the transmission is slipping . I dont think I will be able to drive it back to the shop. This is sad. You pay 5,000 dollars for garbage. Thank god we have a 3 month warrenty. Please get a warrenty with your car. Cant believe my transmission is going out . Just got the car last week. Please shop elsewhere. It will save you a headache.
