I was met at the Door by Mr Robbie Abbas he waved his finger at me rudely, saying come here come here. As I walked in the door two men raised a pistol in the air and another walked by Mean mugged me and flashed a machine gun at me who was wearing a bullet proof vest. I put my hands in the air and told them not to shoot. I hesitantly got into the BMW M6 with Mr Robbie Abbas. As we drove off he questioned me and said you aint got yo Piece on You? I told him no... I asked if we could go on the high way to test drive the BMW and he said No. I asked him where the Power Button was and he said he did not know. I do not recommend This car dealership or buying a Car from Mr Robbie Abbas.

I recently bought a 2017 BMW 330i xDrive from Robbie. After the purchase, my mechanic found an issue with the radiator. I called Robbie right away and he offered to send me a check instead of having me drive it down to his mechanic. He’s fair, honest, and stands by his word.

Called on a Friday to make an appointment to test drive a S3 they had on the lot. Got there at 10 am on Saturday and left with my new car by 12:15. Probably would have been sooner if I could make my mind up quicker. This was honestly the lowest hassle, low pressure car purchase Ive ever made. Everyone there was super nice and completely professional. Unfortunately I left a few items in my trade in and they were nice enough to tell me they would fed ex the items. Great customer service and care! Much appreciated guys and keep up the great work!

I went through the whole process, gave them my social security and credit card information only for him to cancel on me 30 min before. Bad business practices, honestly horrible, probably the worst. I WOULD not trust a dealership like this, I’d say take your money somewhere else more TRUSTWORTHY because this dealership isn’t it.

Well I purchased a 535i bmw from Auto Luxury back in September of 2020 for over ten grand & let me just say problems after problems from the moment I drove it home, I also live 2 hours away out of state. This dealer does not service the cars so I had to go down the block to some rude guy they referred me to. Every time he fixed something, something else went wrong! I had to put it in the shop twice, the first time it was something about gages that was in November cost me $2500 then something with the ecm the computer. Then in February I’m on my way to Chicago from Kenosha & the car stops I tow it to a dealership near home & they tell me the engines gone! All together I spent 15 grand on that car & it was gone in less than 6 months..... I still can’t believe it...

This was the best car buying experience!! We worked with Robbie and he was awesome. He did not pressure us to purchase and let our personal mechanic inspect the car. My overall experience with this independent dealership would best be summed up in three words: lack of professionalism. I was looking to purchase a vehicle from Luxury Auto and had been in conversation with Robbie about a particular car for a few weeks. On December 28, we negotiated a price we were comfortable with and both verbally agreed on a deal (price also confirmed through text). He wasnt able to get as good of financing rates as I could get on my own, so I secured financing myself by end of day December 28. I finally got a hold of him the morning of December 29 (after he had ignored a few of my texts and calls), and he told me the car had been sold to another buyer. This other buyer supposedly wired him the money between December 28 and morning of December 29. Robbie told me this was just unfortunate and how the used car business goes. The way this process was handled definitely did not sit well with me; I personally would never work with a dealership that handles their business this way.

After scouring Midwest dealerships and the web for my vehicle of choice, I fortuitously came across Luxury Auto Selection. This dealership sold my family a used 2013 bmw and we’ve had a multitude of issues since day one. They offered us a two week warranty with the purchase, unfortunately we had to go back 3 times in that 2 weeks.We noticed a leak coming from under the engine and they assured us it was condensation from the AC. Luxury Auto Selection told us they fixed the issue on the last day of the warranty. The engine was still leaking. We went to 3 different transmission specialists and all three of them said the transmission kit needed to be replaced. All 3 of them said there was no doubt that Luxury Auto Selection knew of this issue prior to selling us this car.Sun roof switch stopped worked almost immediately as well and they wanted us to pay $370 to fix it. We had to demand a full refund until they decided to fix it for free.Absolutely avoid this place, who knows what else they’re covering up.UPDATE/Response: There was a recall we werent made aware of, N20 Timing Change Failure. Weve owned the car for 6 months and it will cost us another $10,000 to fix. They sold us a totaled car. Absolutely unreal.

I called them back the guy says okay we will call back. Waited over two hours no call back so I called back and he goes oh yeah I meant to call back and tell you do application on our site. Stated he would text a link never did. So I’m just gone find another place as they seem to pick and choose whom they service.

I have been leasing and buying luxury cars over 25 years and buying a beautiful Audi A4 convertible from Jimmy and Robbie was the best experience I ever had. We quickly agreed on a fair price and after test driving the car discovered some issues. They sent me immediately to their mechanic who recommended a $500 repair which they paid. I drove the car home and noticed another issue which I told them about. Instead of driving back to the dealership ( a 2 HR round trip) they said to have my mechanic look at it and they would pay for whatever was recommended. They sent me a check for $250 no questions asked. Love the car and my only regret is that I did not find them sooner so I could have bought all my cars from them!

Came here with my pregnant girlfriend CASH IN HAND, looking for a SAFE and MECHANICALLY SOUND car. He was gruff and rude, and when it came time to see the car, he told us you will hear everything in this car. Aka something was wrong. The car sounded horrible, and only had 39k on it, leading me to beleive the odometer was tampered with. His reponse to asking why it sounded like this was oh well you hear everything in that car. Just turn the radio up. A professional car salesman who was dealing with a pregnant woman decided just turn the radio up was an appropriate response. Not to mention when we began discussing his loan agency, he told us basically go to your own bank if you want a good loan. His only interest was getting rid of this lemon of a car, and could care less if it was safe for the future mother of my child. Never going back, and I personally hope they shut down, for the safety of others.

When we walked into this car dealership, there were nothing but very nice high-end cars throughout the entire lot, yet I still felt like I had walked into a shady car dealership. Yet in the end, once we had purchased our vehicle, I really ended up liking this place. We dealt with Mike who was up front and he wasnt the kind of salesman that hovered over us in any way - I talked to him on the phone a few times and he was able to get us the car we wanted at a price that was better than anywhere else (and we had been looking for a couple months for this exact make & model). I have zero complaints - we were in and out of the dealership in less than an hour with the car we wanted at a decent financing rate. Its been over 8 months since we purchased our vehicle and we still love it with no complaints. Great job, guys! Well be back!

I recently purchased a vehicle from these gentlemen. I have to say it was a very smooth process. I seen the vehicle online but i noticed after that im 3 1/2 hours away from the dealership. The vehicle was a little more than i wanted to spend also so i saw the link to make an offer and they called me back the next day. After some conversation we agreed on my offer price. I did my financing with my bank here at home and the gentlemen was kind enough to give me the steps of what i will have to do to get my loan. I thought that was helpful and professional advice. The vehicle did have a leak in the differential but with what i offered, it gave me more than enough leeway to get it fixed. Im extremely happy with my purchase and i would not be afraid to drive to chicago again for my next purchase .
