Thank You Felix and Teresa !!!!!!!On 06/06/2021 I contacted Dodge about getting a 4 door sedan π, Teresa let me know that I was Pre-approved! Her customer service was wonderful she collect a little information from me, followed up with me and gave me an appointment in a timely manner. On 06/07/2021 I arrived at Midway Dodge and was immediately greeted at the door by at least 3 workers the place was very clean and warming, everyone was wearing masks. I sat down and was greeted by a young man name Felix he let me know he would be assisting me . Felix had all my information ready for me before I came to the desk he asked me what I really wanted and I told him I wanted a Chevrolet Malibu (2014 and up) Felix Found me a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu, I drove the Malibu and fell in love when we got back to the desk Felix went over the Car Fax with me and explained everything throughly, I let him know about my Bad experience with Sherman Dodge from a month ago they did not give me a warranty at Sherman Dodge so Felix made sure I was able to get a great warranty on my vehicle! After that I signed more paperwork and Felix put the Plates on my Car I love my new car !!! Thank You Midway Dodge
Worst dealership in the entire country. Could only test drive the vehicle around the block......seemed suspicious. As soon as we ended the 2 minute test drive, 3 different check engine lights came on. I drove 6 hour away to purchase this vehicle and was told it was in amazing condition and not a single thing wrong with it.......and to top it off, Phillip told me I dont get paid to waste my time when I didnt buy the lemon that was falsely advertised......time to drive 6 hours home angry.
I rarely review somebody. But Midway Dodge deserved this one:Ok, I received this flyer in my mailbox with some scratch numbers and a very colorful advertisement saying they were having a week of promotions and that they were disbursing over 100,000 in prizes.My flyer had matching numbers for a 1,000 dollaes prize. Then there was instructions to call the phone number and schedule the prizeβs pick up. I called, and the system scheduled me for today, Monday, September 13th.So today I showed up at the dealer not only to cash the prize, but also to see about trading my car. I thought it would be a good gesture of appreciation, and I actually need a new car.However, the gentleman in the entrance said the prize was only valid for one specific week. I then inquired as to why the phone system scheduled me for pickup today, if the promotion is not valid anymore. The same gentleman said that he would take the recordings out of the air.This is beyond dishonesty. After all, the flyer does not mention in any place that the prize was only valid for a week. Nor the answering machine says that, since they scheduled me for today.Now I am going to a different dealer to trade my car, and surely wonβt come back to this dealer anymore. If they play these games with you, I would never trust them for anything else.
This place is a JOKEEE. If you donβt want a lemon, I would recommend going somewhere else. Bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, wouldnβt lower the price even slightly for the cracked, scratched bumper, it was keyed also. All cosmetic so whatever. They gave me less than a quarter tank to get to the nearest gas station.Get home being 2 hours away, check engine light comes on. Nobody at this dealership wanted to answer the phone, even had one hang up on me. Next day, the car wouldnβt even turn on. Battery completely dead, they wouldnβt help me with a tow cause they are sooo cheap. Take it in to get looked at, the radiator has a leak, engine sensors need to be replaced, oil needs to be changed. $2000 after just buying it for $22000. Just one thing after another. NOW I traded in my Lexus IS 250 for it and let me just say I left that thing there with a dashboard full of lights, In less than a week they sold it, probably just turned off all the lights like they did with my jeep. Lemon for a lemon I guess. Just donβt go here, youβll regret it deeply:)
Dont even believe that flyer in the mail. Says you won and they have you come all the way over to tell you there was an error when printing them out and they would give you $2500 towards a DOWN PAYMENT for a new car and you must have references of people who actually bought from them. Then take you to a board knowing your numbers wont match the ones they have and give you a lotto ticket. That you dont even win in either. Literally wasted money just to get there really, they really try scamming you into buying something from them. Lol ALL A SET UP. Dont even do it. Waste of time.
In 2015 I bought my first dodge journey and it ran great the salesman that helped me was fantastic I traded that in in 2018 I have no problem with it until 2021 I took it to the Dodge dealership to get it fixed two months later I had the same problem I called them several times to try to get it fixed they have not cooperated with me I know I have to take legal action against them if they donβt fix the problem π‘

Got told I wasted their time after not purchasing a vehicle that had 4 check engine lights pop on while doing the 2 minute test drive. They do not allow you to test drive more than 1 mile because it will reveal the cars issues. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THE REVIEWS DONT LIE< STAY AWAY>
BEWARE!!! My vehicle, a 2019 Dodge Charger, received a refurbished engine earlier this year. We had to return the vehicle to Naperville Dodge service department about five different times, over a two month period, due to the vehicle continuing to malfunction after they stated they completed the repairs. During this time, I was told that the service tech overseeing my repairs was terminated and the job was taken over by the manager. About 4 months later, my car starts overheating and the dashboard showed a warning light. Because of the problems we had at the Naperville location, I decided to take my vehicle to Dodge in Chicago, off Pulaski. After paying $200 for a diagnostic and repairs, we were told the overheating was due to my vehicle needing a radiator cap and coolant. Just a day and a half later, my vehicle starts overheating again and the dashboard light is back on showing overheating again.After diagnosis, the tech at the Chicago location first stated he added the wrong coolant. Then we were given a list of other problems that would cost $2500 to repair the problems. Finally, we were told that the tech finally went ahead and dismantled the entire engine and found that the engine is basically βdeadβ. The manager then tells me that I need another engine. He stated the engine was totally warped, and had been abused, and that this only happens when the vehicle is being driven while overheating. Basically, telling me this problem with the vehicle is my fault, and that they will not honor the 24 month, unlimited mileage warranty that came with the replacement engine earlier this year. I argued that the initial work done by Naperville was not performed properly leading to the demise of this second engine. Of course, Chgo Dodge, does not want to honor the warranty which amounts to about $10,000 worth of labor and parts. LAWSUIT?!
After working here for a year I can say I had a VERY BAD experience with the General Sales Manager, Kiko. There are salesmen at this dealership who will do things in front of the manager like sleep at their desks, watch Netflix, and go out shopping on their βlunchβ, but yet he decides to pick on everyone else who is actually doing their jobs, instead of fixing the real issues! Would not recommend anyone to work here unless thereβs a change in management. Donβt get me wrong, there are some good salesmen and managers at this place but the owner needs to open his eyes and see what this place has become! It is out of control but he is rarely there so he doesnβt see it first hand.
Parts department is very helpful and friendly. I got the opportunity to meet a nice lady named Cathy who did not give me a hard time at all and she knew exactly what I needed. Thank you for the great service!

Honestly this place was trash start to finish when I went to purchase a car. Rather than take me to the car I wished to purchase they sent me to wait for over an hour and a half to run my credit for other cars which I never got to see and my credit took a slight hit because of this. The car I instead purchased never came with any prior history which they informed me about and when I turned the car on and asked about a ticking noise they failed to inform me on the lack of care the previous owner had for the car to which resulted in the motor failing and $4000 down the drain with this car purchase

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!This place will try to take your money and embarrass you. I went to purchase a vehicle a few weeks ago and was treated horribly. I went in with a preapproval from Chrysler and they pretended they couldnt find it. They then proceeded to run my credit again through their bank with out my approval. I also went in with corporate discount programs and they refused to show me the proper paperwork I was told by Chrysler to have them provide. I told the finance person that I would not continue with this purchase due to their lack of wanting to show information requested. I was then insulted by the finance employee. I then got up to retrieve my ID and paperwork and this finance employee followed me through the showroom making a scene and insulting me in front of other employees and customers. I had to stop and turn to tell him to stop speaking with me. This was just the beginning. I reached out to the salesman that sold us our first car and he invited me in to fix the issue. I agreed and set up a time to come back. Things were going well until he produced 2 different papers with different prices. This dealership submitted one price to Chrysler Financial and then tried to charge me a different price from their office. I expressed my concerns and this started a very long debate with the salesman and finance manager. I ended up leaving again and later I contacted Chrysler to ask what the process was and they informed me what the dealership was doing was not correct and worrisome.They took the rebate amount Chrysler gave me and backed the amount back into the price of the car. They asked me for 9x the amount Chrysler asked for a down payment... They almost scammed me for $4000. My concern is that they tried this with me and I caught them, but who else and how many times have they done to people who didnt understand. Very horrible experience and place...PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I bought a 2011 Ford F150. Truck looked very nice and had 70013 miles. So I went for it. Turns out the truck had been in a flood and did not show in the car fax. Everything underneath is rusted and having all types of mechanical issues. Do not go to this place. They will lie to you to sell you the car and rip you off. Professional scammers.
Never again. Made an appt, told them I was on my way. Took 20 minutes to get me the keys, continued to ask me how I was going to pay and then said we dont let just anyone take cars for a test drive...ummm what? Youre a used car lot. Then Emilio insisted on going with me on the test drive and told me where to go which was one square block. Obviously that is not my idea of a test drive. You lost a sale pal. Couldnt wait to get out of there. And asked him what the funky smell was in the car and he couldnt answer me. Worst service ever!
Went there for repair for two front axles that broke on my 2018 Dodge Challenger. Left my car there on Friday, ordered the parts and was ready by Monday. Their customer service was super friendly and down to earth. Was in and out with no problem at all. 5 stars!
Came here about 2 years ago I was presented to (Money carlos ) told him the particular vehicle I wanted SRT or RT I also had a good down payment for one for one service was horrible He was pressuring me in to getting a Nissan Sentra Because of my age. After we sat back down I told him Ill think about it left the dealer and went to another one Where I came out with a 2013 Dodge srt with low miles no questions asked they heard what I wanted and they delivered to my taste. I wouldnt recommend midway as I had other friends give me bad news about them
Bought a 2007 Nissan Xterra from them that they said was in great condition and that the check engine light was on due to a simple sensor error, so after a great test drive I decided to buy the car, which took 3 hours to wait for them to gather simple paperwork, and was being lied to by multiple employees multiple times over the simplest questions, after being there for a total of 5 hours I made it not even TWO BLOCKS down the road before the transmission broke and I was unable to drive it all the way back to my home in Michigan which is a 5 hour drive. They then tried to charge me for a new transmission on the broken car they sold me. I backed out of the deal and after refunding my money found out they didnβt replace the transmission, just repair it because they had to pay for it and not me. What crooks

I called about a Jeep Grand Cherokee listed on Cars.com and spoke with a female sales associate. She said she just looked at the vehicle and it was in excellent condition with no scratches. She said it was pulled up out front because they had a lot of inquiries and that it would still be there if I drove from an hour away. Upon getting there, another sales associate said they were unable to show it because it was scheduled to go to auction. They apologized and said they could show me a lower trim level at a higher price. Nice bait and switch advertising!

Great group. Great people. They were 60 days late in cutting and sending the payoff check for my luxury vehicle trade-in. They blamed it on the Secretary of State for taking 3 weeks to process the payoff. It ended up taking 6. Great place if youre buying or financing. Not so great if youre trading in. At the time of this review, it seems as though they wont even pay me the refund of the balance that I have overpaid to the bank for my previous vehicle.

Was referred to look for my first car here. Found a good selection of cars and when i was greeted by a salesman he was friendly. Yet from the selection of cars i wanted, his price for everything was $15k although i knowingly seen the price on their website was under that amount by $4k. Also said that the car i saw online was just sold 5 min ago, knew it was a lie and pretty much a bait of putting a car for a great price online just so i would visit the dealership. Left in a hurry bought my car somewhere else. After my car was totaled in a parking spot with me not even in the car, went back. Saw the same car i had but a year younger and 5k miles less for $800 less. Called and went to the dealer, said it was on loan and that he would give me a call when it arrived. Waited a week with no call. Went under another name and another salesman said it was there and i was furious yet happy that i could now buy the car. Also noticed they raised the price online by $400. Before going in, i got another call saying the car is not there. Pretty much another bait ad. Very disappointed.

I had a great experience buying my 2014 Hyundai Electra with Carlos. I appreciate the fact that I was taken all my information first to see if I qualified. I dont like to see a care and then get disappointed. Carlos was quick and to the point. We were the last customers in the dealer and everyone was nice an energetic till the last minute. I also appreciate the fact that I was given the car even though my credit is not too good. They gave me the option of refinancing it after 6-12 months of on-time payments which makes me feel hopeful. Carlos was able to get me 4 new tires and full detail on my car so that was also a plus. I would definitely recommend this dealer as well as Carlos! Hes youre to go man.

This trip was for the service department. Very professional, the employees were all very nice and the service was fast. (EDIT: Midway dodge was supposed to reopen today. They keep pushing the date back meanwhile my car is not drivable. Now I have to wait almost an additional month before I can take my car in to get looked at. If they decide to open back up when their website says.) 400 a month for a car that I cant drive? Definitely not a happy customer. I understand things arent going well for anyone. However, Im a railroad worker and I cannot take off work like the rest of the world. Ive been putting myself and my family at risk by taking public transportation. Counting down the days till April 7th and this is what I get for all the waiting?

The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was talking about when he explained the plans and types of cars we were looking into, how it worked with trading in our car, and how it would work if we kept our current car and just went for a new one.Apart from being extremely knowledgeable about their work, they are extremely customer service orientated and always put the customer first. They donβt let any queues or waiting around form and help you as soon as you need to, with the best service possible.The location of this branch is great! It is exceptionally easy to find and easy to get to and you donβt need to be looking around everywhere when the GPS says you have arrived.The sales associates at Midway Dodge definitely helped my husband and I make the best choice possible and we are extremely happy and recommend Midway Dodge to anyone looking to purchase a new car!

I have been to many different car dealerships. This is one of the best dealerships around Chicago. They have a huge selection of new and used vehicles and a great location. You can even look at the vehicles on their website or search for what youre looking for which is super convenient. Personally, I like going in person but its nice to have the option of looking at their selection before you go in person. They have a great service department, I really always feel comfortable leaving my car there for my regular service appointments. So far, I have purchased two vehicles here, one car and one truck. I will definitely buy here again when Im in the market for another vehicle. Great selection and great customer service. Plus, the salespeople dont annoy you when you are looking around.
