I went in for an oil change and for them to check my brake they did both in a timely matter. I didnt have to wait long they let me know that my brakes is good and that they completed my oil change and replaced some filters. They did excellent work

Having an early morning appointment proved to be pointless as my car did not get looked at until the next day, and then to be told if work was to be done it would take an additional 3 days...unacceptable. There were people in for a simple oil change leaving because they had to wait too long to be acknowledged in the service drive, things arent perfect in the economy right now but better effort needs to be exercised to alleviate issues like this.
My experience at Rogers auto group today in the purchase of my new vehicle was excellent. My sales person Allen Washington was very courteous very attentive and was able to put me into a 2021 Hyundai Accent I wasn’t looking to purchase a new vehicle but he was able to get it done. I was very disappointed by the communication from Rogers. I had my car towed to Rogers. I made several phone calls and left messages with no return to learn the status of my vehicle. I finally got some one on the phone who told me there was a mechanics strike. I called recently after about 6 weeks of no communication to learn the strike was over a week before I called. I was again told Scott or Derrick would get back to me. I still did not hear anything after three days. I came in personally to inquire about the vehicle. I was handed a bill of $780. There was not comment about how long the vehicle had been there. I was told that someone tried to call me. Yes, perhaps a day before I came in Derrick leaves a message. Rogers could have done a better job of informing those with vehicles there about the strike and the status of their vehicles. This was irresponsible. I do not trust the reliability of the work performed and wonder if I have been charged an amount to allow Rogers to recoup from their losses with the shop closed for so long.
I am very pleased with the service I have received at the Rogers Dealership. I am verypleased with Keith and his ability to deal with his customers. He has always been pleasantwhen talking with me and listening to me. This visit was a little longer than expected, buthe explained why the wait was so long. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, and the friendliness of all the workers I have come in contact with.
Customer service representative Derrick is Amazing. Kept me informed on everything going on .Walked me through step by step on whats wrong and how long it would take approximately, Used safety procedures during Covid but didnt make me feel uncomfortable. Excellent experience 👏!!

I came to Rogers Buick GMC to get my front license plate put on my car. It was my first time there and I showed up without an appointment and close to when many of the mechanics were leaving. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Josh who works at the auto body desk was extremely helpful and walked with me through each step of getting my license plate on. Every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. George quickly put the license plate on my car and even checked my tire and tire response system to make sure my car was good. I really appreciated the quick, friendly service I was provided with from this dealership yesterday.

I recently purchased a truck from them. The service was great, as usual. Izzy was wonderful! BUT (and I blame myself) I totally overpaid for my vehicle. The price they listed for the vehicle on autotrader was 2k less than what I paid. Further, after doing some more research, my vehicle was way over what the same vehicle is selling for elsewhere. Again, I am blaming myself for not doing my normal due diligence…I should have waited and got the BMW today 🤦🏾♀️ #lessonlearned
As usual, Derrick and the whole Rogers service team did a great job fixing my car, and just as importantly, setting proper expectations up front about cost and time to complete. That makes a HUGE difference with the overall customer experience.
I received a diagnostic report every thing is good with my truck. That is not true, when I’m driving with speed and try to stop my truck is shaking very badly, when I put my truck in reverse it makes a popping noise and I’m continually purchasing tires . Something is not right this hasn’t always been the case. I want them to test drive my truck with me so, I can show them what I’m talking about. I feel Rodgers should give a discount on work that needs to be done for my time from the first visit.Thank you,

I don’t understand why you do not offer loaners; when I was offered a loaner car when my car had body work. I have been a customer with Rogers since 2014, I would think that service would be offered to a loyal customer.

Dropped off my vehicle for a schedule service at 8am. 8hrs later, no updates, no communication, phone calls straight to voicemail, texts unanswered. Needless to say I wont be coming back here.
I will give you and the team kudos for being polite and courteous; from the moment I drive in until the moment I left, nothing but great things experienced. I believe it was one of your service techs that spoke to and directed me back to the reception desk which I appreciated, as well as exceeding my expectations on the time the work was done (a few hours turned into 90 minutes) which was also awesome as I was able to make it to work on time. My only criticism is the receptionist at the payment counter could have been a little more pleasant (smiling and cordial) as well as me having to return back this week because I am still experiencing the engine light illuminated (I made another appointment the very next day when it came on upon starting for 11/24). Thank you.

If I can give 0 stars I would the used car manager is not professional, being in hospitality and a former concierge I wouldnt recommend this place to no one! The car was priced higher then other places had a few damages one being back windshield shattered and damage to hood.When asked to lower price or even cut a 2nd key (yes they wanted to sell a car at close to 20k with one key) the manager stood over me and yelled Im playing games and he was not lowering one dollar for the car! Yes Im African American! Dont buy from hereMy people dont bother to spend a penny of your hard earned money here.

I made an appointment for an oil change in my 2015 Denali.The reason I prefer to take my vehicle to the dealership for an oil change over a local quick lube in spite of the higher price and longer wait is for service and to have a GM tech looking for any other issues on my vehicle.Upon arrival this past Monday, I asked if the tech could trouble shoot an odd sound coming from the engine. I was told no because they were too busy and I would have to make another appointment. This is frustrating to me because I believe a dealerships oil change service strategy is to uncover additional work and service needed (more revenue). I literally asked to spend more money and was told no.I’ve now had two oil changes at this dealership and neither time has anyone suggested any additional service.This makes me feel like the service department is just going through the motions.I’ve also never heard from a sales rep at this dealership.Sales opportunities lost all around.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I made an appointment for service and at the time was told it would be 90 minutes so I could wait for the vehicle. When I got there in time for my appointment, I stood there waiting for someone to help me for 20 minutes. When they finally did, I was told it would be several hours for the service. I spoke to the manager and told him specifically what service told me two days earlier when I made the appointment. He said what I needed involveda software download and they had not control over that. Why wouldn’t they tell you that when you make the appointment so that you can make arrangements to leave the car? If they are this sloppy with basic customer service, I can’t imagine how lousy they are at repairing vehicles

I was not completely happy with the constant spending of money. Several months back I brought my car in for repairs and discuss my engine problems. I returned to the service department a few months later voicing that a problem existed with the temperature gauge which was reaching the three quarter mark, and the electric engine fan was engaging and staying on after the engine was turned off. Also that this had never happened in previous years. The RESPONSE was this is normal. I am not a happy camper considering I was charged almost $3,000.00.
I had an eleven oclock appointment the wait time was within an acceptable timeframe. The service was good and timely. The associate was courteous and informative.
While my car was at Rogers ... it was vandalized and broken into... I’m not sure if it was an employee or what but GMC had my keys and my car ... when I picked up my car I cried from the sight of it and Scott in service garage only advice was to call my insurance company.... he didn’t care not one bit about my situation and the floor console was not replaced... car just left in a bogus state

While I was under the impression it could take days to get to my car due to COVID, I was surprised to get a call the same day.It was important to me that they called to acknowledge they received the car from the tow.Keith provided me with detailed information and took time to allow me to process and repeat what was needed to repair my car to ensure I understood and agreed to.

My 2020 Buick Invision was involved in an accident on February 27, 2021 on south bound I-94 at about 2 pm. Although my car had, what seemed to be, minor damage it would not start, so we had it towed to the closest dealership, Rogers Buick. My car was only six months old and in perfect condition prior to the accident. You kept my car for five long weeks to repair all the damage in Chicago but we live in Michigan.After weeks of frustrating phone calls by both us and Chris, our Allstate claims adjuster to try to get information and results from your dealer and body shop, we were finally giving the okay to pick up my car. Since we live in a different state, we planned a visit with my brother, who lives aout 30 minutes frrom Rogers, to pick up my car.Unfortunately, when we arrive at your dealer on Saturday, April 3, 2021, there, in plain sight, were two dings on the passenger side that were not there previously. Even the original photos taken at your dealer clearly show NO damage or dings to the passanger side of my car. My husband and I were stuned when we saw these dings and asked for a manager. Mannie came out to look at my car, in your absence, and gave me Scott Russells business card so I called him. I reahed Scott a few days later and told him what happened. He was susposed to look into the problem but it has been a few more days now with no response.In addition to this damage, which happened in your care, my car was dirty inside and out. The drivers floor mat and rocker panel were filthy, plus dirt on the inside door pannel and grease on the fabric trim around the drivers window. My car was imaculate and now its damaged and dirty. You did NOT even bother to wash my car after five weeks or clean up after yourselves. Even when we bring a car to any of our dealers in Michigan for routine maintenance or covered oil changes, etc, they always wash it for us for free as a complimentary service. Yours did NOT even clean up the mess your own employees made when servicing my car. SHAMEFUL! We are, not only disappointd, but discusted with the service and quality of work from your dealership. We have contacted Allstate with this information and they want us to file a claim against Rogers and Metro body shop for damaging my car.This whole experience was incredibly stressful, frustrating, disappointing and a complete disaster from start to finish? Even Chris from Allstate was frustrated trying to deal with you regarding repairs and payments.
Made an appointment to service my vehicle. I drove in and was immediately assisted with what I wanted done. Dwayne gave me an estimated time of completion and kept me informed about the servicing. I like the special attention that was given to me regarding the questions I had on servicing at the Dealership vs the outside agencies and the purchase of future vehicles. I like his honesty and professionalism. I will continue to service at the dealership.

Car drove in with functioning brakes -- and left without functioning brakes. I brought it in only because the check engine light was on and OnStar said it was an emissions related part in the fuel vapor recovery system. I was first was told the emissions related part was covered under the extended emissions warranty -- and then later told by the dealer, no it was not. I also was told the front left tire had a slow leak from the valve stem -- and then later learned from an independent mechanic no, there was a nail in the tire missed by the dealership. This was one of the worst, most incompetent dealership services I have ever experienced. Not to mention the fact I could barely get a person on the phone in the service department. GM customer service couldnt even get a person on the phone when they tried. The fact they didnt even wash the car was the icing on the cake. I spent nearly $775 at a local independent mechanic fixing all the problems that I wouldnt have the dealer do after all these customer service problems and the fact they wanted over $1,200 for the work. I could have been killed driving that car home because Rogers mechanic disconnected the brake lines, refilled them, but didnt bleed the system first. Terrible. Avoid!

Don’t ever get service here. I’ve been to Rogers twice and each time my service appointment time was completely disregarded and I ended up waiting 2-3 hours to get service. You’re better off going to Jiffy Lube than a poorly run business like this.

I was given an appointment to bring truck for a recall but they didn’t mentioned that it was to drop off my truck for overnight and not a waiting for service same day.Had to reschedule for another day to drop off vehicle I didn’t get it back until the 3rd day after dropping it off.

They fixed the problem that caused me to bring my car in and in doing so, they diagnosed a problem my car has been having for for years (moisture in car causing windshield to ice up inside). Dwayne was very helpful, the technicians at Rogers Auto Group know their stuff, and I know repairs will be done right. I also appreciate all the precautions they are taking to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
Im very dissatisfied with your service, first of all I waited 3 hrs for oil change and front headlight bulb change, and second I was charged 140$ just for a light and to put in on. Im not happy with the service.

I have been to the dealership 3 tomes for the same repair. I only went the 3rd time because you told me you had all my parts. I was eating in the lobby for my 2-4 hour repair to be completed. I was told they had to order a part and offered a loaner so I could go home for the night, which I appreciated. I have the loaner for over 2 weeks. My car was taken to some off site repair facility and when I finally picked it up it wasn’t even clean. I returned your car full of gas...which it wasn’t when I picked it up. It wails have been nice to have it repaired in a timely fashion, and picked up a clean car full of gas. I guess I will start driving back to the suburbs to get better service. COVID or not, this is unacceptable and very disappointing. A simple latch should not take over two weeks. Period. Don’t have me come in u til you are ready to do the job. When I arrive for my appointment at a specific time, don’t look at me wondering why I am there. I am sure I am I e of 2-3 white Tour X wagons that have ever driven into the service department. You look at me like I am lost and then after 20 min finally start the paperwork that should have been done and waiting for me when I drive in. Scan my VIN or pull up my service records and be ready fir me when I pull in early for my 9 am appointment. Even the dentist is ready for me when I show up at my scheduled time, ESPECIALLY DURING COVID. I do NOT want to stand around in a room full of strangers where many of them, and the staff, are wearing the masks below their nose. This is one of the worst dealer experiences I have ever had. I am the son of a 40 yr GM employee and am disgusted by the level of service provided on cars that he worked so hard to improve quality comparable to other manufacturers. It is sad that this is the experience. If I hadn’t already owned 15-20 GM vehicles, and being a die hard GM baby, I would go elsewhere when my lease expires in February. I really hope you appreciate me taking the time to provide honest feedback and do something about it. If I had time, I would come show you how to run a service department. I get better service returning a pair of socks at Target.
