I went to Wheels of Chicago looking to buy a new car. The salesman I worked, Antonio, with was very informative and helped me find the perfect car that fit all of my needs and was within my budget. I dont have good credit and was not able to buy a car from anyone else but Antonio helped me get approved and I drove my new car home that day! If you’re in the market for a used car then Wheels of Chicago is the dealership for you. My wife and I were looking to buy a used car and a friend of ours referred us to Allen Levit the GM of Wheels of Chicago. When we got to the dealership and met Allen he was so nice and even greeted us with refreshments! The dealership had a wide variety of used cars in all different sizes and colors all in excellent condition and if you can’t find what you want there they also have 2 other dealerships with even more selection to choose from. Allen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and literally within 45 minutes my wife and I drove off the lot in a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport for an amazing price with only $500 down AND it came with a FULL WARRANTY!! Before leaving I told Allen that I needed some service and body work to my other vehicle and he told me to bring it in. A week later I brought it in and 48 hours later he called me and said it was ready to be picked up. Not only was the body work complete exceptionally but they also detailed the car for no additional charge!! Since then I have used Wheels exclusively to buy and service all the cars in my family as their service department and body shop are incredible! So if you are in the market for a used or car or if you just need some service or body work and want amazing customer service I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go to Wheels of Chicago as they will take amazing care of you for a very affordable price!!

This place will rob you with both eyes open. Let me tell you how it works. First they buy all their cars from auto auctions, for a very cheap price. Then they sell them to you at very high marked up price. They dont even fix the cars before they sell them as is even though they have a so called shop. Next they begin to tell you theyre going put you on a awesome, and perfect way to help you boost your credit score payment plan. 2x a month with very high APR. They tell you after so long theyll refinance the car to bring down your APR but thats a lie. They wont refinance it because its a buy her pay her dealer theyre the bank in other words. Theyll lose way to much money if they bring down youre APR. They feed you all this just for you to sign the papers, but theres 1 last thing to mention. They put a small device in your car. Every payment you make you get a code. You must enter the code after every payment. They do this so if you miss a payment your car wont start. Then theyll come repo it. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this so called dealer. This place will give you a big headache. Im speaking from experience.

Tried to look through your inventory and its very annoying how it doesnt show how many miles a car has. Every other dealships website includes the mileage in every car. I would really suggest to include that in, that way people know what they like and wont be asking for the miles in every car that they might be interested- saves more time for both of us.
