So, maybe the 5 stars is because my previous experience at a Hyundai dealership in town was straight up garbage, but I had a terrific time getting a 4Runner with these guys. I worked with Samy Elgazzar and the guy was great, respectful and not pushy. I worked out a deal with them over the phone and I believe I spoke with Sales Manager Evan Shaje (if I remember correctly) and he was also chill and respectful. Overall they were mindful of how I wanted to do business and of my timing and once we got to a deal they kept their word and didn’t try any last minute trick or what not.Overall a great experience therefore I needed to give those guys a shout out because if this is how they are working even in today’s market, they deserve the praise and customers deserve more experiences like this.

If you need parts go to another location. This dealer is so “high profile” you cannot go the the parts counter. There is an intermediary desk that calls parts specialist down. The idea sounds good on paper but the reality is every time I come in to get parts I am waiting for 20-40 min to get someone to come down. Then if there is an issue they leave again and are gone for some time. I would hate to leave an unnecessary review but I have been here 6-10 times and it’s very similar every time. It’s a shame the dealership looks nice

I was interested in purchasing a vehicle for about 4 months and attended multiple Toyota dealerships. Once I extended my search radius I found the Northside Toyota dealership in Chicago and to be honest I was very delighted. The dealership alone is beautiful and big. It was a snowy day and their show room was inside the dealership which was amazing! That is not even the best part. What I loved most was the help I received from my saleswoman by the name of Helena. From the second I walked she was greeted me and was of wonderful help through out the process. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and I can promise you it will not be my last as long as Helena works for Toyota. I have never felt as comfortable and excited to purchase a vehicle, especially after searching for 4 months and not having this feeling with other Toyota dealerships. I am very pleased with my 2018 4Runner and Helena is the main reason behind that!

I got the bill of sale from my Credit Union prior to going over from northern Indiana. I took them a cashiers check. What should have been a quick transaction turned into a 2-hour journey AND they checked my credit when they had the money in hand. My credit is excellent, hence why I simply brought them a cashiers check. There was no need to run my credit with money in hand and drop my credit 60 points. Pulling credit without permission is illegal.The car ended up having a bunch of paint touch-ups on the back end. Once exposed to the elements, the paint washed right off like finger paint.I wont return to this dealership. Ill stick to the small town service around here.

A beautiful new building doesnt mean you provide good service. I called service to have some factory recall work performed on my vehicle. The girl said she needed to check with parts to make sure they had the part in stock and would call me back by the next day. Good thing I didnt hold my breath because its been absolutely weeks and I had the work done by bredemann. They dont care about me as a customer I certainly dont care about them. I live closer to Northside Toyota, but Ill take the drive and be provided with good customer service.

One of the worst experiences I have got in any of the Toyota showrooms, they don’t care about people coming from outside of ther city - I travelled 2hrs from Naperville and they don’t want to do business with us because we don’t stay near by and if they have to sell they sell above MSRP like 2-3K for hybrids 10-12K Prime Vechile’s. GENERAL MANAGER was more rude than others. Thanks 🙏🏼 a ton. Appreciate your business. We left a deposit and made an appointment to come back when it arrived . When it arrived it did not disappoint! Rich then secured special financing and put in the remote start as we billed out . We lease a vehicle from this location and recently brought it in for the 15,000 mile check. Just before bringing it in, we noticed the check tire light come on and that our rear drivers side tire was losing air. Luckily, we thought, we had a service appointment planned where they would rotate the tires and check the pressure. We mentioned it when we dropped the car off, and when we picked it up at the end of the day, the light came back on. Two days later, we had a completely flat tire in the middle of rural Wisconsin. We had to get a new tire and were left in a very unsafe position. The tire that went flat was, in fact, the rear drivers side tire - all but confirmation that they did not check pressure or rotate the tires at all.When I called the dealership to make them aware of this miss, they were unhelpful and denied it all the way. They blamed us for not reminding them to do their jobs. Now we have lost trust in them entirely - how do we know that at each service appointment they are doing what they promised?Would absolutely not recommend getting a car here. If you unfortunately have already given them your business, be sure to confirm that they are in fact doing what you pay them to do.

I bought a 2018 certified toyota highlander 6 months ago. Car was missing headrests for the 3rd row seats. They promised they will get it within a 2 weeks. I bought a rav 4 hybrid about a week ago from them. The process was fairly straightforward. The salesperson Sammy was great. The leadership in the back, however, will try and get you wherever they can. For example, they did not add all the accessories my trade in had on their trade-in value which was thousands and they also have a $3500 protection add-on to every vehicle that is non-negotiable.

I bought my first car here (2017 Toyota Camry SE) in 11/2020 and I have not felt happy ever since with the purchase for the following reasons:- The car was given 4 different tires, yes, all of them are from different brands. One went flat within 2 months and I replaced it.- The car had tons and tons of shattered window GLASS DEBRIS inside the trunk and back seat that took me . I wish I had seen this before. Its unacceptable. The back seats? where my kids would be? Very disappointed with the car inspection or however they cleaned the car before selling it to people.- They NEVER respond to my emails of questions/concerns.- I recently got these lights on the dash. I called and asked if they could check it out. The first thing the agent told me was that the charge would be $348 for that without even looking further into it. I went to Autozone and Midas, they checked the car out thoroughly without taking any of my offered money. Apparently, one of the car tires has cupping issue, also rear strut has issue too early considering the car mileage.I would not have gone to them in the first place and I hope you wont either.

First and foremost I would like to begin by stating that I hate to be the person to give bad reviews but this location definitely needs to learn how to communicate with their patrons. I had a TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, experience with the financing department.I purchased a vehicle at the beginning of September of the current year. The only person that deserves special recognition is my sales person Raul. Whom was very attentive from the very beginning and gave me the treatment I deserve and decide to come all the way from Indiana to purchase vehicles from him.My problem started on 10/04/21 when I called to get in touch with someone from finance to find out what had happened with the documentation from the sale. Documents that I needed with urgency to be able to get my permanent plates. No one answered, I left several messages requesting a callback with urgency and no calls were returned at least to acknowledge my concerned was heard.On 10/05/21 since no calls were returned I decided to call back and that is when I first spoke to Christine Casey, who didnt offer to help and get a translator since I asked if she spoke Spanish because I can communicate better that way. She was about to end the call when I told I would make the attempt to communicate, it wasnt until she saw me struggling when she offered to get someone to help.I was told I had to wait because the paperwork was not sent by whatever department was supposed to be in charge of completing the process and was not given a time frame in which my request would be completed.Then I was informed that my request could not be processed because the document given at the DVM did not meet the criteria under the ownership my vehicle was sold.I did not receive any call backs. I called today and insisted on talking to finance department manager. Which when I started to deal with Benson Curry, who 2 days later after my initial contact tells me theres nothing that can be done until tomorrow morning. I needed those document today. Once I became aggravated he tells I only have two option go pick up documents tomorrow or wait for them to be mailed. When I told him his solutions did not work with me he had the audacity to tell me HE WAS NOT A MAGICIAN. I then asked to be transferred to someone above him and sends me to the voicemail of Tegan Martinez.I had to call from a different number to find out who the general store manager was. I spoke with Kelly who was also very courteous and let me know that Steven was the manager and would return the call as soon as he was out of the meeting.Steven in fact did return the call within a reasonable timeframe and a same day solution which is what I was looking for. However, he did not sound understanding more so aggravated, but if his team would do a better job at communicating this would not have happened in the first place. Aside from that, I had to find someone to help me speak to them and get my point across because no one offered to assist in placing a Spanish speaking representative.Its very sad and disappointing that paying customers do not get accommodated properly based on their needs.After a whole day of going back and forth, I had to travel all the way to the Elgin location to have the documents picked up. What a horrible way to conduct business.

Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this dealership! There are way too many places to purchase a new vehicle. Save yourself the time and frustration! I purchased two vehicles from this location 3 years ago. At the time of purchase, I also purchased the extended service agreement. Earlier this year I traded in one of those vehicles. What should have been a simple phone call and email, I have now battled with this dealership for 6 months to get them to cancel the extended service agreement. Numerous calls, countless emails. Everyone acts like theyre helping but yet nothing gets done. Ive called numerous times to speak with Steve Dunn the manager, with no phone calls returned. Again do yourself a favor and buy a car elsewhere these people obviously dont want our money. They just want to waste peoples time!!

Bought a car from here at the beginning of September of this current year, no more than 2 weeks into having the car had to take it in because issues with it I’ve had it in service there 3 times in less than a month of buying it! My sells rep William Price absolutely no help at all. I tried to make them understand that I need the car to be up and running because it’s my daily ride for my kids and I and having to bring it in because check engine light comes on out of no where twice!! Right after they fix it that same day it started failing again!! Brought back today Monday and they literally said just leave it here there’s nothing else we can do I’m fed up so I wanted a trade In and William said ok but you need to put morreeee money down for another car, then after he was no help I spoke to tegan the “manager” she was un delightful to say the least she said her hand were tied and there was nothing she could do for me because she said there’s is no issue with the car, mind you the check engine light is still on. Save your money and time!

If you value your time and value your money dont go to this location for general service or oil changes. The Toyota dealership in Lincolnwood charges OVER 50% LESS for oil changes. Not sure how this place is still in business...

Just bought a brand new 2021 Toyota RAV4 from Phil cassata and Chicago Northside Toyota. Great experience. They got me were I needed to be on payment. The whole process was easy and quick. Definitely will be referring people I know here to buy a car.
