I am so impressed with this place! I went in for a bullet hole that I randomly found in my passenger side door. I thought it was practically beyond fixing, but they had my car in and out within a week and it looks like new. Angel helped me and his professionalism and superior knowledge of auto body repair was beyond impressive. So happy with this service and will never go anywhere else!

I took my car here after my first accident. I was nervous and hesitant since it was a Geico partner shop. I wasnt sure if corners would be cut to save time and money. My car was the first car I had bought on my own- so it was my baby! I just picked up my car today and as cheesy as it sounds- I wanted to cry...it looks SO amazing. My car was scratched, dented, (and even down to metal on some parts) from the gas tank all the way to the front panel. There is not even the slightest trace of a scratch/dent. Barbara and Angel were so helpful and thorough throughout the whole process. I cannot thank them enough!! Hopefully I wont have to be back anytime soon- but if I need a repair shop, I wouldnt think of going anywhere else!!

They were a GEICO recommended shop for front end repair I had from an accident. They were AWESOME, super friendly and helpful when I dropped off the vehicle, walking me through the process, as well as arranging for a rental car. Angel, my lead tech, walked me through his initial assessment, talked to me about potential additional problems that might be found once he started the work, and then he kept me up to date with texts and phone calls.Then, they beat their estimate, and got me the vehicle a few days early! The paint job was perfect, you could never tell that the vehicle was in an accident, and on top of the car wash, they vacuumed the inside so it was spotless when I got the vehicle back!

My insurance took forever to give them the green light to work on my car so I had to wait an extra week, bringing it to a total of 3 weeks and 2 days. While the work speaks for itself.

They did incredible work. All staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and made my experience as painless as possible. Highly recommend to anyone needing work done on their vehicle-- they take great care of you and your vehicle and will keep you updated throughout the entire process. They even left me a container of paint to go home with which is a nice touch.

Simply the best automotive service I have ever experienced. Our car looks absolutely great and they buffed out other areas of the vehicle that was not part of the insurance claim at no extra charge. Also cleaned out inside and out. Car only looked better when we first bought it.Only negative thing I can think of is the automated status text messages stopped. But car was ready as scheduled. Ok I take all my body work here. Professional like 98 percent of the time way more than most others. The work is fantastic but they are busy. You can get a rental car right thier moring appointments only.If you get thier during what I think is golden hour for service you getvthe best everything. Around 9 to 10am you might get not only good service as all the staff is in might not be so 730 am. But they might have run out of economy cars and if if you reserved one that was economy before you got there they will give you a standard car or even a SUV for economy prices. Happen to me both times when I came after 9am. The time I went 730 I got to wait for the rental agent 40 mins so at 820 I got my regular economy car rental.

Professional and courteous staff

Brought my 30 year old car here after I was rear ended. They were able to find a replacement bumper and trim pieces the same day I dropped it off. I would have liked to see new bumper shocks installed with the repair (as those are still available new) but instead a old rusted set was installed and the passenger corner of the bumper is pushed in because of it. So aside from that small detail, my car looks the same as it did before the accident.

Took care of my vehicle and I was able to turn in my rental here also. Excellent work.

Someone smashed my quarter panel while my car was parked and I was Christmas shopping. My insurance company had me bring it over to Chicago Collision Center to get to get the work appraised. The quote was $500 less than a collision shop I had taken it to the day the incident occurred. Since I had a good experience there I decided to bring it back to Chicago Collision Center for the actual repair. The work was completed within the estimated time and my car looks flawless and clean. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone needing quality repair at a reasonable price.

I recently was in a hit and run accident and used Chicago Collision Center for the repairs since they are linked with Geico and made the whole claim and repair easier. When I picked up my car, I noticed that the seat control cover below the seat was broken and asked them to fix that. The steering and brakes were not great when I was driving, but I was assured that an alignment was done and it might be an issue with the power steering.Less than a week after getting my car, one of my headlights went out and the other light was barely visible. I took my car to a Mazda service center that I use regularly. The report back was 100 wires found not attached, which was the reason for the lights being out.Avoid this place if possible. I am currently working with Geico to get reimbursed for the wiring fix. Just a complete joke to not attach 100 wires, especially with the damage at the rear of the car.

Update: these guys are cheats!!!! They repaired my bumper a few months ago and the wife had a small fender bender and we took it in last week to another shop to fix the bumper again. They found that Chicago collision center left a lot of interior damage unfixed despite being paid for it by geico, also the right side of the bumper was glued on rather than put on appropriately with clips!!!!Beware! They take insurance money and don’t fix everything! They are cheaters! And I will make sure this is well know!!!

I brought my car there for repair. They told me they’re going to take 2 weeks to change the front bumper. End up with a month and a half. I had a rental car from geico, after I pick the car the damage where was under fender was painted in black and the whole car was white. Went back to them and they said I’m a picky guy they sprayed in front of me with a white spray. Also after 2 weeks driving the car rust was getting where they repaired. Somebody was stealing something from inside the car and they told nobody takes things off the car. People, they charge insurance a lot of money for the repairs and they don’t do a good job at all. Stay away from this body shop.

Look no more for a quality shop with decent, caring people to take care of you!My car needed repair after someone smashed my windshield and dented by roof while I was out of town. I went to Chicago Collision Center and was warmly welcomed by Laura, who is the nicest receptionist, and Andy, who made me feel confident my car would be taken care of. The owner of the shop personally drove me to the blue line so I could take the train home after dropping my car off! When I picked up my car, I planned on driving to the city office to purchase a new parking sticker since I was having a new windshield installed. The repair guys removed my original sticker and put it on my new windshield perfectly; saving me time and money! And I didnt even ask, they just did it on their own!

This place is horrible. Avoid coming here. I ended up here because I had some insurance work done and I regret picking this place out. They couldnt color match and had to take it in twice to fix it. Staff is great besides one guy with bad attitude. I just came to find out their quality work sucks. My paint is already chipping after 3 weeks of being repaired. I dont even want to take it back, thats how bad this place is. But they have lifetime warranty So I will keep taking it back till I am 100% completely satisfied.

Super nice people, very attentive, great service, and fast! Heres my story: Found this shop through my Geico insurance claim representative. Called in minor collision damages, was told this place does everything there. Dropped off my car, met Geico Auto Damage Adjuster immediately, and picked up a rental in the same office. I got a call from the Adjuster with an estimate within 12 hours; Then received a phone call next day from the rental company ensuring everything was cool—unexpected, but nice. 2 days later, cars done and being washed! Awesome service, no complaints.

I got my car with noise related to accidentBut they said we cant fix anything not visible though its soundable. Whenever I wanted to speak with a manager someone will talk with me but he is not the one who can solve this until I got my car out since I really needed it!

I had repair work done here on my car back in December 2017 after I was in an accident. My insurance, Geico, sent me there to expedite my repairs. Repairs were done in a little over a week, but I was back there in February 2018 because a piece they repaired started falling off. When I took it in, they said it was put on with the incorrect brackets. Okay, I get mistakes happen.So now its July 2018 and the same thing is still happening, in addition to another piece that broke off that they repaired. Now its scratching on my tire, and the front bumper still looks like its about to fall off.At this point, Im just going to the car dealership I normally have my work done at and have the repairs done correctly. Sure, its gonna cost me a few hundred dollars to fix AGAIN, but Id rather have it done right and have peace of mind that my car isnt going to continue falling apart while Im driving down Lakeshore Drive.
