Went in to do a simple upgrade and the employees working there must have art degrees because they are absolutely no help with selling phone, will not be back to the store on Dell range Blvd.

Went in for new phone an hotspot. Phone has wrong number and hotsppot dont work .called service center and they conveniently cant find my hotspot ( bad sims) but they will credit my account 40$ when they took 74.32 out of my bank. Good buy att. Hello VERIZON. I DUMP ATT 20 YEARS AGO. NOW I NO Y.

Absolutely horrible, do nothing but play games. Phone Service is terrible, the staff is nice and they know what they are talking about. I wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone ever. I have never been so mad at a company in my life.

Tim was awesome in helping me get a claim form submitted. When I received my new phone, He assisted me in putting in the Sim card and SD card and getting it to work! Im 70 years old and I really appreciated the help with a great attitude.

Staff was ok but low energy. I was very disappointed that I couldnt ever get a strong enough cell signal to look at my account! How can you sell products in that industry and not even have a decent wireless signal in the store??

Garrett went above and beyond in customer service. He was extremely cheerful and accommodating from the moment we walked into the store. He greeted us with a smile and we ended with a smile, even though we were there after closing because of the data transfer. Garrett solved ALL of our issues. He was thorough, while being effective and efficient. He was knowledgeable on all products and promotions down to getting us our AARP discounts. Verizon list our business and I assume it was no great loss. We brought our 3 lines over and I am extremely pleased. I hate to admit but, I LOVE AT&T! Thanks Garrett, and the other guy who answered the phone. I drove from Aurora, Co to Cheyenne, Wy On account of being in the trucking industry. Both coverage, service and cost are important to us. We have lowered costs and gained service. It was worth the drive!

I entered the store with one goal. With the awesome assistance of manager Tim and Rich I walked out with a much lower monthly phone bill and incredible new services on our 4 devices. They also realized that we werent getting our military discount. These 2 employees have earned high praise Theyre very pleasant, personable and knowledgeable about AT&T. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

I had a great experience at this location. Sam and Tim were exceptionally helpful with helping my wife switch over to from Verizon to AT&T. They spent several hours figuring out our situation. They were very personable and knowledgeable about phones. Made the situation much more tolerable.

I was started in the Switcher program and had nothing but problems trying to get everything settled. I spent hrs on the phone only to fail trying to get reimbursed, so I went to the AT&T store in Cheyenne Wyo. I received the best service from Sam and the Manager Tim. I was treat greatly and they contacted the right person. With in a week I got my money. They did a Fantastic job . Thanks guys I really appreciate you

My wife and I went in to upgrade her phone and get me off of Sprint. We went on a road trip and she had 4g the whole way with AT&T. While I had absolutely no service with Sprint, even when we got to our destination! Very happy with AT&T. Tim was very helpful and quick.

Sam was great. My daughter and myself initially went to the other AT&T store. They get a 0/100. Sam went above and beyond to get us good to go. I honestly hope that they promote him over and over. We need more like him. If AT&T becomes available in my area he has already sold me on the switch.

Only giving one star. ATT is a joke. Going to another carrier and am saving $70 a month. Tried to pay off device on line. But their customer service was of no help and you have to be a PhD to understand the convoluted instructions. Good bye ATT.

These guys are amazing. Knowledgeable, helpful, and more than willing to do whatever it takes to take care of the customer. Sam and Tim are my lifesavers. I had a warranty issue that took almost 2 hours to resolve. Sam made it happen. I wish I purchased my phones from him a year ago. We have 5 open lines and devices, I guarantee he will be my go to from now on for what ever I need to buy! I dont give 2 spits about other negative reviews. These guys ROCK!!!!

Customers expect to be assisted when going into a store. NOT listen to the sales guy complain about how they feel. It makes the atmosphere very depressing.

Took my daughter in to get her switched to my account off her grandmothers and the staff there was very helpful letting us know what info they needed. Once we got that it was very easy getting jer switched to the phone and color she wanted. They were super friendly amd never once got pushy about adding more extras. We got exactly what we needed and wanted. ^_^

Horrible customer service! DO NOT waste your time at this location. I usually go to the mall, but it was busy. I decided to go to the other store for help with my Iphone screen not turning on. I spoke with Sam. He looked at my phone for about 5 seconds, handed it back and said I could file an insurance claim, which I do not have, or look at upgrade options. I decided to think on about it and left. The next day I went to the mall and the manager did a reset of some kind, and my screen came back on. Why couldnt the other store do that? Are they just trying to get my money for a new phone? It is not ok to try to take advantage of people.

This is not an AT&T corporate store which means they can almost do nothing for you. Total untrained employees who know nothing about any AT&T services. If you ask a question all they do is google it on their ipads. Dont waste your time with this place!
