Jonathan was very, very helpful. I knew what I wanted when I went in, but, still had some questions just to make sure. He answered all of them and was very friendly and patient. He helped my husband pick out a new phone as well. My husband did not know what he wanted so Jonathan told him the pros and cons of several phones. He was able to find a phone that is working well for his needs. When I picked up my new phone, a young lady assisted me with the set-up and activation. She was very good at her job as well. I could not have had a better experience between the two of them.

The only reason I give 4 stars here is due to the wait. Johnny served three other customers at the same time he helped me upgrade and tweak my account. All the while he smiled and thanked us all for our patience. His confidence and attitude clearly stemmed from competence in his field and a desire to help. Give this man a raise, and get him some staff!

Kolbi is very knowledgeable and great to wok with. When I went in there the first time she was training another employee. It got pretty busy but she kept her cool and was able to help everyone with their questions and phone problems.

Eric did an outstanding job of helping me with a trade in on a broken phone. When I tried to use my Verizon up dollars it wasnt showing on his screen. Eric took it upon himself to call Verizon corporate to see if they could help. When they werent able to help, Eric spoke with the Regional manager and they fixed the situation. So outstanding service!

I told him I was scared of my phone and he fixed the problem and didn’t even laugh at me. No waiting. No pressure. No rude employees. Just common courtesy here.

I was welcomed by a associate name Jonathan! He was very understanding and considerate of my situation!
