Im glad I visited this store instead of the other Verizon store. The staff was attentive and pleasant.We wanted to just look at possible phones in our price range and that is what they showed us explaining the differences. When we asked about other phones that they didnt have, they said they could get them. They also expressed their opinions based on problems other had.It was great to not be pressured to get a phone at that time or to spend more than we wanted.

Ty was very helpful and walked me through getting a new account and a new phone with no issues. He made sure I understood all that was happening along the way.

Abbey was super helpful and friendly! She needs a raise! Very good at her job and knowledgeable about products and services.

They were very friendly and listened to what we wanted. We were just looking at possibilities of what phones we might want in our price range. They showed us what they had in our ange and what the differences were between them. When we asked about phones they didnt carry, they gave their opinion but if we wanted they could get them. They also informed us of the specials on their current phones.It was nice to not feel pressured to get a phone at that time or to spend more than what we wanted. It was a pleasant experience and Im glad we didnt go to the other Verizon store.

Ty was an excellent customer service rep! He answered my problem within the first 3 minutes and totally got my phone back on track. I hadn’t received a call in the last 4 days, and it turned-out there was a different volume button I wasn’t aware of.Ty offered to answer any other questions, so we discussed my options for a new phone, which I am seriously considering in the near future and will be asking for Ty to set me up.He was very complete & patient with this “non-tech” 78 year old lady!!Ty is definitely knowledgeable and a real keeper!!!
