Maya helped me and it went much smoother than expected. I had a few glitches next day and she helped me with those too.They had the phone I wanted that I couldnt find anywhere and got me started immediately.Happy customer!

Best experience ever! Decided to transfer to cricket today, Jose, Mya, and Delaney made the transfer super easy and stress free! Had some problems with my old company and getting a pin from them and Jose and Mya were so helpful handling their customer service for me! Delaney was very helpful finding me a really awesome case and screen protector that fit my phone. This is one of the best experiences that I’ve had in a phone store! Thank you Cricket!

Phone service is terrible . Ive never had so much trouble with my phone until now. Make SMS my default app will not work,or GO AWAY. SUPER ANNOYING

You are right i need to post a review about the store. The store experience is always great. Mary Jane is usually the lady who i always end up dealing with. She always is kind and gets me what i need. This location is the only one i go to i always have a great experience. Sorry my last review was about the 611 experience because 611 does suck. If you want a nice experience and a warm welcome go to this cricket location!!!

The customer service was outstanding. The deal was outstanding. The store was clean. And most of all, I came from another company I had perfect reception at my home and when I asked how the reception was at my address for Cricket, I was told it would be exceptional, and it is. So add honesty to this stores repertoire.

I walked in to the staff playing board games on the floor.. wish it was that easy for me to make money. Instead you people added insurance to my phone without my permission and I recall getting a free phone and specifically telling the girl I didnt want insurance. So due to this hidden fees I didnt have enough to pay my bill so I went out and worked the labor pool and got the money the next day and there was another $5 late fee.. thats $12 you stole from me for your mistake and the girl seemed to have an attitude when Im the one working out in the snow to pay her to sit around and play board games. There is a $7 credit towards my cricket account.. but Im switching to metro I wont spend another dollar with this company. Ive told everyone the issue even called corporate and they claimed it was indeed an error made by your staff at your store and if you were not willing to fix it I was out my money for good. Not a big deal right? I had an amazing job and needed only $2 more to buy steel toe boots but due to this error I didnt have enough to buy them. Thank you lazy cricket staff for costing me my job so you can screw me out of $12 that I had to sweat for. So you can play board games at work and get paid for it.. theres no fixing this unless you gave me my money back for your error. $12. $7 sneaky insurance add on and $5 late fee due to overcharging me.

Showed up at 11:51am on Saturday. Store hours posted as 10:00-4:00. The site was closed with a hand written sign promissing to re-open at 12:00. I waited, no one ever showed up. Misplaced my phone, on a trip and decided to stop here to replace it. Terrible service. If they cant keep employees, they need to pay a living wage. Something has got to give.

Staff seems very incompetent and doesnt want to work or help any one. Would rather sit around and play in their phones or just dont know what to do. Maybe think about hiring more capable and friendly staff. 👌

Poor customer service, phone is inferior, sales rep saidstop getting drunk and f ing with aps did neither. went for help to stop Spanish Google and french Facebook notices .still no satisfaction rude clerks unbelievable nasty ! better business needs to address such unsatisfactory practice by cricket in cheyenne

Ok when I went there yesterday the Manger MJ was yelling at her Coworkers she was saying the F word alot. She had a bad attitude. date I went 7/7/17 Im never going their ever again.

I enjoy my phone and service but customer service was terrible I paid for device protection without it even being discussed and the owner was very rude I honestly felt embarrassed, I went in the store again this morning and noticed the owner was wearing my 4 year old daughters necklace that she had left in the store the previous night, this goes to show anyone can run a business these days, even gorillas
