After an irresponsible set of actions by the store inside the mall I visited this location in hopes of getting the rest of the information the other guy was oblivious to.Not only did the gentleman here help me get that information but he even pointed out exactly what I needed to mention to help whoever I called find the error easiest.He also helped me get my Bluetooth issue I couldnt figure out remedied.I despise hindsight, but I wish I had gone here from the very beginning.

Vinnie really took care of me! Cut my bill in half and got me a new phone free. Just had to pay the tax. Give this guy a raise or promote him big time!Awesome customer service. Going the extra step of caring about his customer. Which is really rare these days.

Mixed information at both locations. Looking to trade in phones. The stand alone store was really nice and said that down payments are based off of credit score. And quoted us $750 down for our phone and promoted a buy one get one deal. Went to the store in the mall and was not given the same information. Store manager and associate weren’t friendly. They told me it would be automatically $1,299 down and the phone is too new for deals. Then they had to look up to see if any promotions were going on.My advice if your already T-Mobile- definitely don’t go the mall one.

Went into the store and had a manager there that was able to clarify some of the information but the person that took care of me was another employee and was pretty oblivious to the information he was giving me. When explaining the contract he basically said I had to take his word for it. He told me one plan and what I would have to pay but when the contract came up it said nothing about that. Then couldn’t add up the difference of my payments. And then would just stare at the screen for 5 to 10 minutes like if he was high or just was in another world. Literally had no clue about anything and then when I’m trying to have him explain the contract he tells me, “no one has ever argued with him about it”. It’s funny that when one person can’t explain something to someone else they say that they are arguing with them. And when I ask him to explain it again he says, “well, you’ll just have to take my word for it”. No, I’m just not a fool and can’t take the “word” of someone I just met when they seem like they are high on something or just not all there. Really don’t understand how you can have an employee at T-Mobile like that in the store. Worse yet, this person actually went through an interview process, screening, background and training and someone actually signed off on it. I wanted to switch over my service to them but after the horrible service, I think I’ll just stay with my current carrier even though it’s more expensive. What a total waste of time and a horrible experience.

The store was great, but T-Mobile service is very poor in and around Cheyenne. They need to offer non wifi home extenders, if they are not going put up enough towers to support the users in town. If I have to pay for wifi as well, I might as well just pay for ATT or Verizon. The cost savings does not matter if you phone doesnt work. Please increase the signal here!!!

I visited the store on 4/24 to get an idea of what it would take to get my husband on my plan from Verizon. I spoke with a very helpful and friendly associate. His name was Alex. He broke down all my options and priced it all out. Found me the best deal and was upfront and honest. On 4/25 my husband and I went to the store to make our purchases! Alex was ready and available to help us again. Along with being efficient with our requests he was able to assist his coworker. Alex is a hard worker and if hes not management yet, he should be. He has a great customer service mentality, hes knowledgeable about the services and products available, and along with being patient and kind he gets things done! No other store I want to go to! Thank you Alex!

Ive dealt w/Jamaica twice in the last few months, once before she became manager and most recently when she became the store manager. She is excellent! Both times she was very patient and was extremely knowledgeable, personable, friendly and helpful. It is apparent that she takes great pride in her job, and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, which unfortunately is becoming more and more rare in the retail world. Thanks again Jamaica!

Went over there today to get my service switched over to T-Mobile from Verizon. Verizon is incredibly expensive and you dont get much for your money. These guys got me into a plan where I went from paying $190 for four gigs of data to $140 a month for unlimited data. These guys saved me a ton of money and Im very appreciative. It was also fun talking and chatting in the very relaxed very comfortable environment. It was like a three hour process to get everything set up but it was well worth it. Great job guys! look forward to working with you in the future.Glad you are here in Wyoming and looking forward to the service being expanded.

We spent hours in this store trying to switch from another carrier with no end to issues from straight talk but the staff at this store was amazing. The store manager, Jamaica, was so helpful and incredibly patient!!! HUGE kudos to her!!!

Absolutely work customer service ever switched from Verizon in May and still waiting for them to pay off Verizon. Now only offering me a bill credit on my tmobile account. Cant pay Verizon with bill credit so crappy customer service at its best stay away.

Nice, clean and new smaller store with friendly staff, however they have a limited selection. Only base models, if you want a better phone they will order it for you with a $20 dollar fee on top of cost of phone, taxes and other fees. Would be better off ordering it off the site yourself unless you have the time and wouldnt mind spending a little extra for the phone you want delivered to your home.

After having this service for almost 3 months, I have to say I am ENTIRELY DISAPPOINTED in T-Mobile. The service in Cheyenne is absolutely horrible EVEN with a Cell Spot that was sent to me (and why should I NEED a Cell Spot for a MOBILE phone ???) and to top it off today I found out that I was sent a REFURBISHED phone within the first 15 days of purchasing my brand NEW phone which had a problem with the internal antenna. I have had problems with that refurbished phone and the screen ONLY works properly when there is NO screen protector on it. I called Samsung to find out if there was a known defect with screen protectors with this phone but there is not. If I had enough money to buy myself out of this contract I would instantanly do so and go back to Verizon.

The plan seemed great. The costs way lower that at Verizon. But you get what you pay for.So far our service has not been great. Lots of places where there are just no service. Lots of messages just dont go through. Lots of calls dont go through. I have been very disappointed since switching to T-Mobile. Between a rock and a hard place with this decision right now.

I would give negative stars if possible. The employees were friendly and as helpful as the sale all the phones script would allow but tmobile as a whole right now just disgusts me. They upgraded their system which is a good thing, except anyone that has an older phone got switched to union wireless towers, with horrible service. And when I contacted customer service I was belittled by the rep in chat, screenshots if anyone wants to see how wonderful their customer service is

Do not waste your time with this store it is just a 3rd party dealer. Just drive 40 miles to fort collins for the corporate store. Way better more knowledgable employees and way better experience. Trust me after dealing with t mobile in cheyenne it left the worst taste in my mouth. Fort collins store washed that bad taste away. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY from cheyenne t mobile

A phone store that never answers their phone, thats awesome. I just have a quick question, and its across town. Im not driving there just to potentially find out they dont have what Im looking for. On the other hand if they do have it they are missing out on a sale just because they cant answer the phone. Iv called on different days for different reasons and they have yet to answer the phone.

I wish I could remember the names of the 2 guys that helped me the other night because they were incredible. My invoice just says Sales Rep # 5707121 so if anyone working there can chime in and shed some light on who this is, thatd be awesome. Because I would like to give credit directly to him and the other guy working with him. They got my plan all squared away to save me even more each month and out the door with zero out of pocket on 2 new Samsung Note 8s. I worked about 6 years in the cell phone industry so when I go into a cell phone store I am ready to run into cocky salesman types or arrogant individuals talking down to customers like they will just never grasp the complexities of the wireless industry. I saw these types of people in the industry every day for years. Not these guys! Just down to earth dudes willing to assist me in a decision and geek out talking to me about all the new tech we both love, all the while not ignoring other customers who entered the store near closing time. Had an excellent experience with true professionals and am so thankful to have a T-Mobile store here now in Cheyenne. Verizon no longer has the Wyoming market cornered.

Always, the worst experience when Jamaica is working there thank god i was waited by alex. jamecia, accused me of having the worng sim card and that there were nithing they could do told me while she was in the middle of waiting on her own customer but Alex awsome help called custom service and confirmed it was the right card and that there was something they could do and got my phone running in a jeffy . Then on my way out jamaica tells her coworker that the guy who mad a complain on me and further explained her day way good till i walked in . The lady next to me says not to worries she didnt like jamecia s rude behavior every time she has to come in as well. Godblless her and i hope they get a new manager soon i also tied of hereing she s the new manager and that i have to deal with her

Updated February 17th, 2020I think it is fair to update a review after leaving such a poor feedback rating. I have been a T-mobile customer since 2014 and the primary reason is really price. For 11 unlimited phone lines I only pay $220 after auto-pay and kickback discounts. No one can touch the price. The problems in the original review are still very much relevant.I submitted a ticket in June of 2019 for coverage related problems. I was told that the Cheyenne area was in fact experiencing tower problems and no ETR was provided. Several weeks later I called in for an update only to be provided the same response. The issue still continues today.I have visited this store twice to make purchases since the original review and both times I experienced either unmotivated staff or store POS hardware that was not functioning.T-Mobile has ended most of their roaming agreements, while they are doing much to expand their coverage, this is also Wyoming. Lots of open spaces that do not yet have coverage.I think my biggest complaint, T-Mobile does not offer any loyalty discounts to existing customers. They are too focused on obtaining new customers and new lines. To add a little insult, many of the T-Mobile Tuesday offers are not available in Wyoming.-- Original Review Early 2019--Customer service is something to be desired here. If you are thinking of switching to T-Mobile, go direct and not through this third party store as I have encounter poorly trained staff with very poor attitudes.Service in and around Cheyenne is still spotty at best and data speeds are very sub-par. T-Mobile is doing lots to bring service throughout Wyoming, they just arent there yet.

I made a trade in with them and never got my credit on my account. When I went there to ask they told me that they never got the phone. I told them that I wanted them to check the security cameras and they never got back at me. The manager was the guy who took my trade in so I guess thats why they never got back at me.

Horrible customer service in the way of misinformation given about monthly service payments. I was told my bill would be almost $80 less than it ended up. Now there is no way out of the lease signed for the service without paying a fortune and nothing tmobile will do to correct the issue. So much for taxes and fees included.
