If it was possible I would give them no stars. My wife and I walked in to upgrade our phones. We sat down at the front of the store because the associates were busy and thats fine I understand being sort staffed right now. Although, then three other customers walked in and were acknowledge as we were left on the bench. At this point we had been sitting there for 30 minutes. As the fourth new customer walked in and was greeted we decided to leave.

Switched to Verizon a week ago, transferred my number over and got some new ones for my children. My phone has yet to work. The staff in the store have been nice, but my phone number has been lost during the porting process and i am still without a working phone. Their solution so far has been to give me a sim card for my old phone with a different phone number. Not acceptable in my opinion. Tech support has hung up on me and good luck waiting to speak to a manager, I waited two hours Monday and never got to speak to him. If you dont mind losing your phone number and being without a phone for a week or longer go ahead and make the switch to Verizon.Update: now 11 days and my number is still lost. Still have not been able to use my new phone. Sitting in the store now waiting again for someone to do something.

After waiting 25 minutes on second visit to store because i had to make a appointment they told me they had no samsung phones in stock. when i made the appointment they knew i needed a phone they suggested I go to the retail store across town where they have high pressure sales people who want to sell you extra things you dont really need felt like they just didnt want to help someone with a broken phone that didnt work at all

Normally HATE going to Verizon for anything but today has gave me back some hope that there are people out there that care. TJ ROCKS!

I went to this store and I bought a new phone and a tablet that I purchased for cash and I went home and had no service, I than returned the phone and tablet, I was told that I would be receiving a refund for the tablet in the mail in 4 to 6 weeks and I still havent received my refund, version keeps saying that the money was applied to my account and Im not going to be getting a refund, I dont have a account with Verizon or do I plan on having a account with Verizon, I just want my money refunded to me and stop having Verizon lying to me saying I have a account with Verizon not true

This place can be busy, but the layout of the store creates a nice atmosphere. They have a small table with tablets with games for children. The staff is very friendly and professional. Good parking and handicap accessible.

I found the staff to be next to worthless. A vending machine to disperse my new phone would have been an improvement in intelligence and business model. The lack of accessories terribly absent (no wonder we all go to Amazon). Oh, btw dont waste time trying to set up an appointment cuz they dont answer the phone. Gonna look at other options for service in the future

Seriously the worst customer service I’ve ever had with Verizon. I bought a new phone and the lady told me I had transfer everything on my own.... and that I had to have a transfer cable. They wouldn’t even put my screen protector back on. Wendy was her name..... they were seriously so lazy. We then proceeded to go to the 2240 Verizon store on del range and this guy named chance helped us with everything. I was so appreciative. Everybody go to the store on 2240 del range and not the one by the mall!

Always gone through straight talk because I dont have to deal with customer service people. Finally made the switch. Ordering online was great. Picked up from this store there and all the staff were incredibly rude, short, and didnt make any attempt whatsoever to make sure I had everything and all the info I needed to start up my new phone. Not off to a great start here.

Not from Wyoming originally. We were just passing through and decided to make the switch from Sprint to Verizon. Glad we made the switch because now we have good service. Unfortunately, the girl (Nicole) we worked with was not as great. You could tell she didn’t want to help us because it was an hour before closing time so therefore when switching all of our information over she did it completely wrong. We had to end up calling Verizon that evening to get everything done the correct way. The store is beautiful and we enjoy having Verizon but the staff their aren’t up to par.

Surprisingly little regard for customers who want to pay 100% upfront. How a company stays in business when its only customer retention goal is debt and payments is beyond me. Drive out to a car dealer and offer to buy the car cash in hand, they will be your best friend. If this is the best Verizon has to offer, they are on the way out.

Didn’t have anything we needed, staff wasn’t terribly helpful or even friendly, store was far too loud to hear anything anyone was saying, ordered phones arrived later than promised and had to be signed for (no one mentioned that at all), meaning an additional trip out to fedex. We’re 3 days into this contract and I’m already regretting the decision to switch to Verizon, although to be fair I wouldn’t expect better service from any other providers. What a let down.

I wanted to tell someone about the excellent customer service I received from Keven at your store OUTSIDE of the mall in Cheyenne. I came in with my replacement Razor hoping that we could transfer my apps from my old phone to my new one. Although the store was 10 minutes from closing, Keven took the time to explain how I could retrieve my apps AND he then proceeded to activate my phone for which there was no charge. During that time, Keven told me of some significant sales on some Razor accessories. As a customer service professional, I appreciated the knowledgeable and non pushy suggestions.

I just want to tell the world what a wonderful experience I have had since moving to Cheyenne from Missouri with the local Verizon Store. Jamie was my helper and she was sooooooooooooo patient and helpful to and with me. I recognize exceptional customer service when I encounter it, it is a rarity in the world today, so I just wanted to put in writing how much Jamie and the Verizon Store on Del Range impressed me. I tried to switch over from ATT so that I could be on my husband’s phone plan. I have a new iPhone that is unlocked and completely paid off. I was told that I would need to buy a phone that is compatible with their service and that I couldn’t use my current phone. Turns out that is a complete lie. They just wanted to make a sale. I was willing to give Verizon a chance, but after that completely immoral sales tactic decided to go back to ATT. My husband switched carriers as well.

The employees were way more interested in up selling us things than answering our questions. We came in on a busy day, got our names taken, that wasnt the problem. Instead we got 45 minutes of attempted sales pitches when we just wanted to change our plans and upgrade our phones. All together it took so long that we ended up having to leave for dinner before we could even get started on what we needed.

Extremely long wait times. I feel like I am never adequeatley taken care, almost like they are rushing me so that they can get too the next customer. Will definitely be visiting the location inside of the mall now so I do not have to deal with the rude employees who have never once left me feeling satisfied when I left.

Currently. Im on hold for 15 min. I just want to know if I can pick up my kids birthday phone ahead of schedule to surprise him. This is extremely poor service and I wonder what the wait time is to actually get the phone in person. if there was a score lower than 1 star than Id give itUpdate. I still havent received my confirmation email to pick it up and why is because they havent had time to send it. The parking lot is sparce and theres hardly any1 in the store except for a few customersI would recommend for customers to buy online and have it two day shipped. Its less headaches

Horrible store, it would probably be cheaper and faster just to go to Fort Collins.I am glad by going through the reviews that I know Im not the only customer to experience horrible customer service and excessive wait times for no obvious or aparent reasons.In response to your reply, I will be more than happy to give you another chance when you can fix this constant problem of excessive wait times. I went in today on my lunch hour with my children. Was told it would be 30 minutes and to come back. I went and fed my kids lunch and came back when it said I was next on the list. There was a different front person working. He didnt know if I was next, didnt know how long it would take. When I told him I wanted to add a line with the iphone 7 free deal, he told me oh thats only online, we cant do that deal here, they are trying to phase retail out so he couldnt help me, then he showed me the door. If someone had asked what I needed in the beginning I wouldnt have had to wait that long. I called the online sales store and had it done in 10 minutes. I will NEVER go into that store again.

I was changing over from Apple back to Android - fine, you would agree.. When I was switching from Apple to Android, theres no good way to transfer text messages. This review is based on the store policy, YOU CANT LEAVE THE STORE if you trade your phone in. Plan on staying the day in the store, Verizons SLOW internet.. It takes FOREVER to attempt this process. The Representative was kind, I didnt have any issue with her. Allegedly, my messages was 3.8GB, on a line that MIGHT support 10kBPS. Yes, youll be there the day.Edit 9/4/20If a person tried to pay the bill using a normal credit card, your autopay will charge you $10. If you have a Verizon credit card, then its no problem.Im taking my business somewhere else. Just another way to jab the public for more money.

Overall good experience here. My wife and I were sent here by another location to get her phones screen fixed. However, when we arrived and inquired about that service, we were told they do not do that in house. While this was a little bit frustrating, the staff were very helpful with walking us through our options, and even recommended other companies in the area that could provide us that service.

Honestly, I see a bunch of complaints on here and I had nothing but great service. Would have been a five star but it took a while to solve my issue. Went in for a problem that one person couldnt fix, she then went ton a co-worker who also couldnt figure it out, so he went to another and they got it fixed. I want charged for my service I received and everyone was kind and respectful.I have plenty of tears as a customer service employee and manager, if I saw my employees go out of the way like the staff I worked with did, I would have commended them.

Customer service is terrible!! I wish I could give it zero stars!! Ive rarely given reviews but couldnt not... It is worth the drive to CO to go to a Verizon store there... Might even save time!!! I have gone twice... Once it took over two just to get an upgraded phone (that was AFTER I waited for a customer service rep) and the second time I waited over 45 just to talk to someone.... And I was just returning a Gizmo... Which should have only taken 5 minutes! Not again!

I switched from Verizon shortly after this store was built as a direct result of shopping here. The staff were unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. The management was no where to be found and ultimately I called the cooperate office, at that point I was already switching to AT&T. Verizon has the best coverage in this state, no doubt, but do not shop at this store.

This has to be the worst store Ive ever been to. First you wait for extended periods of time, 45mins-2hrs just to find out that they are unable to help you with your needs, even for something as small as a screen protector. I was informed by the employee after watching them ignore me for 15 mins chit-chatting with each other, that you need to be certified to install a screen protector and that no one there has that certification. I was astonished as I do not carry that certification either and I would be installing it at my own risk. If someone at the phone store has issues completing installation correctly, I certainly do not want the responsibility of installing a complex $50 accessory. I have visited this store 4 times this holiday season and each time had the same terrible experience whether it is upgrading, questions, or accessories. If you are stuck with Verizon go to MyVerizon and chat there, otherwise your better off buying online it is all the same risk but you can save a few bucks and add a few hours to your busy day.

People are usaly nice but its hard to get things done. You will almost Always have a Long wait. And you are going to pay more for anything in-store then online or over the phone. Plus the selection kind of sucks. If there are any problems you might as well leave because they have no authority to fix anything or they just arent going to. They say you can call and make an appointment but that is a HUGE pain. If you push the wrong button you go to corporate not the store. Verizon has the best phone service but they are also the biggest pain in the a**.

Looked like a nice place but wait time for such a big city and 1 staff member helping and 1 checking people in was to much, was told wait time was about 15 to 20 minutes and I would even get a text when it was almost my turn and when it was and I was texted first time 1 1/2 hours later my turn came 1 hour 45 minutes after check in.
