They lied and kept the full truth from me just to make a sale. I always have extra fees or reverse rebates on my bill. I recommend to not go here and go to another Verizon store. Either of the two on lincolnway seem more honest then this store.
We received great customer service from Chance. Poor kid had a line out the door and he was there by himself. He was calm & while he was helping us, he jumped over to the next computer & took care of all the other people! So many of the other customers thanked him and gave him high praise for multitasking! Main verizon store doesnt do that. Theyll let you sit & stare at the paint cracking on the walls before they would ever take on 2 customers. Way to rock it Chance. Youre an awesome asset & employee, you earned this review!
Came in to get my new phone. Chance gave us the best customer service we have ever received from any Verizon. He sold me some great products to go along with my new phone. He made my phone transfer easy, was very knowledgeable & polite.

Had a very positive experience with Chance at the GoWireless store in Cheyenne, Wyoming. I love the Verizon Wireless network but HATE the Verizon wireless Retail experience. I have no interest in ordering a phone online and transferring the information myself. I am capable of do it, I just didnt want the hassle. Chance made the whole experience easy for me and helped me get all my contacts and apps transferred. This young man was patient and delivered excellent customer service. My new phone worked great as I walked out the door. I would recommend them if you are looking for a positive wireless retail experience in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Please understand that they are popular and can get busy, so plan on spending some time in the store if you come during peak hours.

The customer service at this store is amazing! Cortney spent a great deal of time with me. She answered all of my questions and helped me find a phone that fit my needs. She went above and beyond and made me feel welcomed and important. Michael also helped answer my questions. They are a class act team and their customer service is to be commended! I highly recommend that anyone skip the main Verizon store and visit Go Wireless in the mall. You will be pleased!

Go wireless has been exceptional in many ways. Originally Chris sold me the LG G3, he was very knowledgeable and professional and asked me what my needs where from a phone and technology. Recently however I had to file an insurance claim through Grip insurance, which was a great service to have on my account. I just got my replacement phone shipped to the store, they were more than willing to make sure it was set up and working properly. Today I had a couple questions regarding the insurance, so I called the store and received wonderful customer service and knowledge from Scott. I want to thank this store for having great employees and providing excellent customer service every time I have needed it.
This store was extremely rude. I asked to buy a phone and they refused me service. I do not recommend coming here
I preordered 2 Samsung galaxy S20 Ultras through this store. I received 2 S20+. Not the right phone! The manager refused to make it right. They had the new phones in stock! Even though this store made the mistake ordering my phones. I could come back when the new phone comes out in 3 days and exchange the phone. It was 15 minutes before the store closes. Everyone that worked there were more concerned about closing than helping me. I would give them a negative star if possible!!!
We went in to check our phone plan and see what all we’re paying for but there was a couple already with the one employee who was working. We ending up waiting for an hour and a half, way past closing if the store, and didn’t even get the information we wanted. We left because the guy working sold the couple the wrong phone and spent time convincing them to get the downgraded phone he thought they wanted. The guy was also talking and having a really good time with the couple despite knowing that we’re we’re waiting for an hour and a half. We got there at 7:45 and left at around 9:15.
This place is ok. Might as well go to the main store unless its packed. They have more items and things there. The people are nice but its a overflow store.

Cortney and Michael are two of the greatest employees there. They are respectful and know how to find products that fit each customers need. I would highly recommend asking for these two when making any purchases through this company. Great service!

Worst experience with Verizon ever! Won’t help with problems, keep referring customer to Verizon website or app (which doesn’t help if you don’t know password), no help with payment, no help with anything. Would give this store minus five stars if I could. Worst customer service of any business ever experienced. Find another carrier if you want to be treated like a paying customer!

Chance was kind and easy to understand. I had issues with my phone and he fixed them. Its an older verizon phone but Chance was very knowledgeable about my phone. He was a pleasure to deal with. I would rather come to this location the the outside of the mall location. Not as chaotic and theres really never a wait.
Horrible customer service from Scott the assistant manager. After waiting 30 minutes in line, he waited on people who came into the store after us. When we complained about poor customer service, Scott refused service to us. Absolutely ridiculous! We wont be back and we will file a formal complaint with corporate office. Its disappointing because we have been customers of Go wireless for years and have purchased several phones from this store. Its too bad they have an employee that is costing them business. I hope I hear from the owner soon.After receiving poor service from Scott, the General Manager Cody contacted me to apologize for Scotts behavior. In an effort to make this situation better, Cody offered us some complimentary accessories for our new phones. We greatly appreciated Codys generous gesture and his actions go a long way to lessen our anger towards this situation. Although we will not return to this store while Scott is employed there, Codys remorseful and apologetic attitude will help us return to Go Wireless when Scott is terminated. Again, thank you Cody for making this situation better.

Went in to change phone plans. We were told that the new plan would start June 29th. Here we are July 3rd and we still have an almost $300 bill for two phones because they never put the request for a plan change in their system. Very unhappy with the store and Verizon as a whole. Seriously considering switching phone companies.
HiI was just in the Verizon store in the Cheyenne mall today after having months of problems with my other carrier.Scott, Michael and Andrew helped me switch over to Verizon and get a functioning phone. They provided excellent customer service. It was one of the best retail experiences I have had.I would recommend them.They were fun too!
Justin and Cheyenne are so helpful and pleasant. We have been with Verizon for 10 years now and have never received such great service. Justin worked and worked to transfer all my music, data, programs etc from a Samsung phone to a Google phone having to use many different formats to make it happen. Best ever!!!

Very good experience for a cell phone store. While we had to wait a short while due to the short staffing, the staff themselves were very courdious, and didnt try to sell us anything we didnt want/need. Id recommend this location over other ones I have been to, though there are a few around that I have not visited yet..
We drove from Scottsbluff NE and decided to try this Verizon location..best decision ever. Scott helped us, he lowered our bill, got us hooked up with great phones and was awesome! All the guys in that store were so friendly and helpful. We will be back!!
This is the Verizon store in the Frontier Mall in Cheyenne, Wyoming.I called the evening before and spoke to a young lady (Cortney) about upgrading out accounts, and adding an iPad Pro I bought directly from Apple to the account.She (Cortney) laid out different options, and plans so I came by the next day to talk in person.In about 20 minutes she arranged all the necessary paper work, upgraded all our plans to unlimited everything, put the SIM card in the iPad, activated and verified it, and added the iPad to our account (unlimited as well). VERY SATISFIED.When I first dropped in, the Store manager (Michael) told me when Cortney would arrive (they work on commission) because I wanted to deal with her to honor the time shed spent talking on the phone the day before.These guys are efficient, knowledgeable, and apparently do everything the Big-Store-On-The-Corner next to the Mall can.

I have purchased many cell phones from Go Wireless. I will start by saying Cody the manager has always provided stellar customer service. The most recent phone purchase was a few months ago which included a $90 screen protector package and cell phone case. My daughter dropped her phone and the screen cracked below the screen protector. We went into the store to speak with Cody to request a new phone under the screen protector warranty and were treated so rudely by the Assistant Manager Scott it was unbelievable. His attitude was terrible, extremely unhelpful, and disrespectful. I asked for the district managers phone number or email address-he told me it was illegal to give it to me. I had to explain the difference between illegal and Company Policy. Im sure Go Wireless District Managers dont hide from their customers- Scott was just afraid to give me the information because after the way he treated me, he should be fired. My son video taped the entire transaction and a customer who was there (an aquaintance of mine) witnessed his bad behavior. He threatened to call security on me after I told him not to talk about me after I left the store because my friend would tell me what he said. I have been in the customer service industry for over 25 years always with the goal of my customer leaving satisfied. Scott has no concept of customer service and how he has a job in the customer service industry is beyond me. I will continue to pursue my issue with the manager and district manager but will no longer do business with this Go Wireless if they continue to allow ass clowns like Scott represent them.
I was visiting from Los Angeles and having issues with my iPhone so I came into your store for help. Alex and Rachel were working and they were both extremely unprofessional and rude. I really think you need to re-evaluate their customer service and client interaction if you truly care about your business. Solely based upon them and their behavior if I lived in town I’d find a different store to go to.
I went in the store just to look around cause Im tired of at&t then I met Curtis he hooked me up with a tablet and Im going back Friday to get a note 9 thanks so much for the top notch customer service everyone needs to shop this store

I cancelled my phone plan and needed some info about turning in my phone and was told incorrect information. The girl helping me Rachel said Verizon wouldn’t take my iPhone back and I had to pay it off in full. She wouldn’t help me any further and was very rude. I left the store and called Verizon on the phone and they set me up to have my phone returned by mail. Will not recommend anyone go through this location for Verizon needs very disappointed

The Verizon retailer in the Frontier Mall is not great. Each experience Ive had here has been rushed and not very informative. You can tell the sales associates are only interested in helping you if your going to make a purchase. They almost seem annoyed with customers. I find that they dont have a wide selection of accessories. If you can, try and go to one of the other locations mother store
I was originally with sprint and hated the service. I came into Verizon and keft with a new phone a hum device, a phone case, a googlr home and a free 43 tv! Feels good to be back in good hands
