Excellent and honest! The manager is very polite. Ive taken my car there multiple times for various issues. They are always honest about what doesnt need replacing. My car is running great thanks to Dobbs!

I had an issue with two tire sensors. Mike provided outstanding service. I would recommend this location for both tires and repair. Two tire sensors had been replaced on my car, but the warning light stayed on. He ordered Lexus sensors and that fixed the issue. Really pleased with my experience and working with the manager, Mike, getting the problem resolved. 5 stars!

Ive only been to 2 different Dobbs, but I love both of them.Asked for new tires and got them same day. If you have any questions they are more than happy to answer and leave you more informed then when you got there. Mike the manager is the man and very helpful.

This location is amazing. Walked in with no appointment, for new tires. Austin greeted me with a smile and had my information and my keys within 10 minutes of being in the store. He said it would only take about an hour maybe an hour and a half, tops. He was definitely true to his word. They replaced all 4 tires and checked my alignment within the time frame. I had to bring my car back the next day to have them do my alignment because, flat tires never happen at a convenient time and I was already late for work. Austin was just as fantastic as the day before. Dropped my car off and was ready to pick up 2 hours later, which is 2 hours earlier than expected. Mike happily greeted me when I came to pick up my car. Even with the large volume of work they had, everyone was all smiles, up beat, and customer service was by far the best Ive ever had. Even though I dont live in Chesterfield, I will ALWAYS bring my car to this location and recommend it to everyone. Thank you Mike, Austin and all of the staff in the shop for all of your hard work!!!

Mike was extremely friendly and very helpful. My husband recently passed away and always took care of all the car needs. He always went to Dobbs, so I knew that I was in good hands. Being that this was going to be the first time that I doing it on my own, I felt very comfortable that things were going to be done right and made me feel at ease that I had no worries and that I was in good hands. I left Dobbs with a sense of accomplishment and a car that was running perfectly smooth! They did a great job!

The manager Mike Flentge and his team went above and beyond to help me this evening. I stopped at their store before jumping on the highway to drive home. I had a punctured tire. They located a tire for me in Ballwin and went and got it for me. They put the new tire on and I was able to make it home safely tonight. I really appreciate their wonderful and caring service.

AMAZING Customer Service!!! I needed a battery that no one had and at 4:30 pm on a Friday! They not only had it they installed it the fastest I’ve ever experienced! I called at 4:30 got there at 5:30 and I’m driving at 5:58...you can’t beat service like that! Not only were they fast but they were courteous and kind too...Win-WIN!!! Arrived a little early for my 9am appointment. The service Writer took my information and proceeds to tell me that I have no appointment and that Ill have to leave my jeep for the day.NOT A GOOD WAY TO START THE DAY!!I asked him to check his schedule to see if maybe I had my time wrong when the store manager came over asking what the problem was. After I explained he turned around and said make it work.So I had about a half hour wait just to hear what I expected,...FAILED. Even though it just passed both inspections not 3 months ago it failed today. 🤷‍♂️🤯

I don’t recommend Dobb’s in Chesterfield. They don’t seem to want to help you fully understand what’s going on with your car. With that, they said that 145k miles is a lot for a Subaru Outback and makes sense why this happened to make car. I’m not an expert, but I don’t think 145k miles is much. I understand you have to do tests which cost money, but getting charged for diagnostics that are “suspected” and not certain is not appropriate, let alone not being able to help with the problem.

My daughter and her fiance had their truck towed to Dobbs because their truck had not been running for about 1 year. They had tried multiple things to get it running without success. No other company wanted to touch it because there had been so many things done to it, no one knew where to start. The Manager Mike decided he would try to get this truck running. Him and his team had to do multiple tests and multiple things to this truck to get it up and running, they had this truck for weeks and worked on it almost daily. Mike was absolutely great, if it were not for him this truck would still be sitting in the driveway. He contacted me almost daily with updates, good and bad, but we got thru it and the truck is now running (quite well I might add)! Thank you Mike for dealing with such a headache and getting this truck up and running! You have no idea how much we all appreciate it! Thanks again for all your hard work and dedication!! I hope you and your team have a great Holiday Season!!!

I honestly am impressed with the service manager mike and his professionalism and persistence on solving the multiple problems with my truck. It’s been expensive, way more expensive than I imagined. But none the less I know it’s in good hands at this store. He actually calls before preforming any work and isn’t pushy or rude when you ask questions. Buyer beware. Do not take tire repairs here!Three visits w 3 different cars in last year. All three times told tire could NOT be repaired and had to buy new tires (2 or 4). Fell for their scam once. The next two times took somewhere else and Tire was repaired. Sad Dobbs tides take advantage of prospective customers in times of need.

I got charged $81 here.. all I got was an oil change. No tire rotation. No vacuuming. I will always be going to Walmart for my oil changes... Only company that hasnt ripped me off so far!

I had a great experience getting some trailer tires balanced here. Ricky was very polite and did an excellent job accurately quoting the price and getting me in and out as quick as possible. The store was very busy with the phone ringing off the hook and customers coming in and out. Ricky is an excellent employee and handled it all like a champ!

Great honest mechanics. Fast and reliable. I have taken my two vehicles for variety of repairs.

They did a great job working with me. I just moved to Missouri and needed to have all four vehicles work through to get the necessary inspections and emissions done for MO. I also had them take care of oil change and alignment on one of the cars. That’s for your efficiency.

I bought new tires on Wednesday. On Thursday morning when my wife arrived to work, shortly afterwards a co worker said one of your tires is flat. She said it cant be I just got new tires, sure enough it was true. I called the nearest Dobbs which was on East Chesterfield Parkway rd. As soon as I went in, I told them I just bought new tires and that my tire went flat and that I only had 30 minutes to get this fixed. They immediately took my car in front of one of the bay doors, and the guys in the front desk whom I talked to jacked up my car, took off the tire and fixed it themselves. Needless to say I was floored and shocked at the super above and beyond call of duty that these guys gave me. It took literally 10 minutes from the time I walked in, to the time they were done and me shaking there hand good bye. It was a bad valve stem, hats off to the guys at the Chesterfield Mo Dobbs.

We have gotten most of our tires at the Chesterfield Parkway Dobbs location for years. They are easy to schedule either drop off or wait for appointments. My wife takes advantage of the free tire rotation service every 5000 miles (or so) and now has them do the 10,000 mile check ups for her 2013 Camry. Service is always timely and complete.

I recently had a very negative experience here with the upper management which I felt was totally uncalled for and absolutely unnecessary.I read through the negative reviews here and on the Better Business Bureau website which really concerned me.My girlfriend used to take her car here for oil changes. Last time they told her she needed new front shocks about $800 or so. She told them let me first talk to my boyfriend and they seemed okay to me. We took her car to my trusted independent mechanic for the last 15 years or so. They said you really dont need to replace them. That was about 5 years ago and her car is just great even now.I advised her you put yourself at risk every time you take your car there even for an oil change because youre a single girl that really doesnt know that much about cars and they know that. I further advised her for oil changes is so much better to just go to Valvoline Instant Oil Change as do I. Theres no appointment necessary just in and out in 15 minutes. She has since been doing so with no further issues whatsoever.Furthermore there are reviews here from current employees and that really makes me question many others in order to increase the rating score.I will never ever take my car here for anything nor will she.

Totally unprofessional and horrible experience with SHAWN BOWMAN and his crew at this location. Scheduled an appointment for safety and emissions 4 days prior. Come the day of my appointment my vehicle sits in the parking lot for 9 hours and no inspection or anything gets done to it wasnt given a reschedule or anything just blown off. Tried to leave and was trapped by illegally double parked cars and ended up hitting trying to leave this sham of an establishment. Not happy at all, wouldnt recommend shawn bowman or this location to a dead man. Horrible service and representation of a widely known very reputable business. Just horrible service. Corporate needs to know.

I’ve been going to Dobbs on Chesterfield Parkway for years and have always had a great experience. The mechanics are the best and I feel like I can really trust them completely in their expertise and their honesty. The manager, Sean, is exceptionally accommodating, friendly and professional. I don’t know how other Dobbs shops are but this one is outstanding.

Dobbs quality service, competitive prices, and commitment to excellent customer service is why I have been a loyal customer since 2000. To date, every vehicle I have owned has been well taken care of at this Dobbs- including for oil changes, routine maintenance, diagnostic services, new tires, patched tires, and batteries- and I drive away confident that I received a clear explanation of the service needed/performed, honest recommendations (that were not pushing me to a specific product for their benefit), and a fair price. Unfortunately, I cannot say that about similar service shops in other states when I did not have a Dobbs option. Even when I moved across town, the Dobbs close to my new home was not as accommodating or friendly- this location has always been more than willing to fit me in, regardless of being last minute, and are very good at estimating the time needed, too. I also continue to be impressed with the warranties offered and honored without question on tires and batteries! The simple fact that Dobbs stands behind their work wholeheartedly is worthy of my business, but the friendly customer service, prompt communication, and proven quality is why I let them take good care of my vehicles and, in turn, my safety on the road.

Fair prices and straightforward service with no pressure for up selling unneeded service. However, they returned my car without the front skid plate attached. It was dragging underneath my car as a drove home. I returned the next day to have them fix it. Instead of using the oem fasteners (which they took off to do the initial repair) they screwed two new screws through the skid plate to attach it to the car. I didn’t find out until I got home and looked. There are 8 spots where the skid plate should clip to the bumper. I purchased the clips (I assume they lost them?) at my own expense and fixed it myself. There was no mention that they modified the skid plate to reattach it. I also don’t feel that the two screws they installed would’ve sufficiently held the skid plate long term. I won’t be taking any of my cars back there.

They are fast and thorough. Great for getting stuff done while at work in nearby offices. Theyll pick up/drop off making it convenient. And the staff was great- both fair on prices and courteous.

Great service! Dropped my car off in a.m. They said theyd have it ready at 5 p.m. which I agreed was a good time. An hour later, I realized I had an appointment at 1:45 and would need my car. I called Dobbs and asked if they could have it ready at 1 p.m. They said yes, no problem. The car was ready before 1! Im very pleased with the new tires AND their service!!!

We’ve been using Dobbs for many years and have always been pleased with their work. Their prices are good as well, especially when compared to dealerships.

I had new tires put on last week and noticed a bubble in the side of one tire. I was told it was from hitting something, but nothing was hit. I was upset and told that I would have to buy a new tire. After they looked more closely to the wheel and tire they decided to replace it at no cost. I was going to leave without ever coming back but with the way they handled this experience I will be back. I was traveling to a Dr apptfrom western ky to Troy and had a blowout just off the interstate....Sean came put the spare on as I had a faulty tire jack !!! we headed to the shopAnd the guys were putting on a new tire in less than 45 min so I could make my Dr appt, Top Notch service

Again these guys are fantastic! And youre not going to pay any more for the tires you get here because if you can find tires cheaper elsewhere they will match it. And you dont have to deal with that crappy place where you were going to get the cheap tires you can just have Dobbs do it. Besides a bunch of these places will pick you up and take you back home. Just ask themm and see if they do that or see if they can do it at some point.

Have 15 yr old car that recently broke down--towed it to auto place who said it was transmission & told me to tow it to trans spec...called Dobbs to see if they do trans work...Mike said it sounds like drive axle...turns out it was!! Thanks Mike for saving me $$ that i desperately need for school and getting me mobile again :) ♥ You guys are the best!!!

The workers were nice but they failed me on safety & emissions wanting me to pay 660 dollars. Went to Firestone to get a second opinion and they passed me on both safety & emissions. Only costing me 30 dollars. Very shady. Dont recomend.

Worst experience at a tire/auto shop ever, don’t know how it takes over a hour for a simple oil change and tire rotation, made me late to work since they only do a shuttle run from 7am-11am. Will never come back here again. Go too another place this isn’t a good place to doIt at.

I went in with a steering wheel shaking when I was going over 50 mph. They told me the cause was worn out tires which I had bought from them less than two years ago. So I had them replace the tires and it did nothing to fix the problem

Very disappointed. First experience with Dobbs, and will be my last. I had called at 610, 50 minutes before closing to ask if they would be willing to fit me in for a tire repair, I had to fill it with air twice in the day, so I know it needed it. I spoke with Mark then, and he asked me how far away I was because they close at 7,and I told him, 15 minutes, Ill definitely be there before 630, will that work? He asked me to hold and he would check, come back on 3 minutes later said yes, come on in. So I made my way there, went into lobby, waited my turn to talk to guy at counter, he asks how he can help. I see it is Mark and I tell him Im the one who called 15 min ago about gettingy tired fixed. He winces, clicks his tongue, sucks air through his teeth, looks over his shoulder at the clock on the wall that days 625, and says ooo, I dont know, youre cutting it awfully close. Ill go see if someone will do it. I stand there in disbelief. He had checked if someone will do it while I was on the phone. I called asking if they could fit me in, if they couldnt I would completely understand and go in to somewhere the following day. I had called 4 stores before speaking to this store, 3 of them Dobbs, and they had told me that they couldnt, which was fine, so I called the next on the list. But Mark, at Chesterfield Parkway told me he could. And then when I get there, by the time I told him I would, it is a major inconvenience. So I told him, you know what? If its too much of a problem then dont worry about it, Ill take my business elsewhere, and I left. Will not be going back.

I have been burned by this Dobbs a few times now and I am never going back. In one experience I was having an issue with my car so I dropped the car off before my work at 8pm and told them I would be back after work at 5:30 pm. When I arrived they had not even touched my car and had no reason for it not being done. I then had to wait another hour to get my car back. In my most recent experience, I took my car in for a routine check up. I called on a Wednesday andasked for their earliest appointment on Saturday and told them I needed it back asap. When I dropped it off, I told them I had an appointment and then went back up since I lived close by and my fiancé could take me home. They told me it would take about and hour and 15 minutes to complete. I came back after an hour because my fiancé had to leave and when I arrived, once again they has not touched my car. I asked them why and told me that because i dropped it off and left, they would just fit my car in whenever they could between other cars. Why would I make an appointment to have my car serviced just to drop it off and wait all day? If I was ok with waiting all day, I would have just dropped it off without an appointment! I left after that. They do not deserve my businesses. Poor management and terrible communication.
