Took my new Jeep with 3k miles to them for a patch. A 37” tire with a nail in it. After looking at the tire and the issue, I was told they’d patch it like there was no issue at all. After completing it, they advised, in an insanely rude way, the price would not be based on the typical patch, but based on their hourly due to the troubles they had getting the tire back on the rim. I asked if they didn’t have the right machine for this job and they stated ‘not really’. They ‘made due using clamps’. The clamps took a gouge out of my $500 tire and scratched my $250 rim. It’s a tire shop. They have “tire” in the name! But can’t patch a tire without damaging it or simply stating they can’t work on tires this size. So apparently it’s my problem now.

I was talking to a friend about needing tires. My friend said go see Travis at Tire Choice on Chesterfield Airport Road. I first called and spoke with Travis about needing new tires. Travis was professional and knowledgeable. When I dropped my car off and Travis said he would have my car ready to go with new tires in two hours. Travis kept his word and my car was ready in two hours. Now thats customer service. Time is the most valuable commodity we have. I will be a repeat customer and spread the word about Travis at Tire Choice

This place is the best — by far -- it has the nicest and most honest service of anyplace I’ve ever been, and I love my new tires.A back tire went totally flat on a small windy road on a Sunday afternoon - and we were stuck!! I called Tire Choice on St.Louis Airport Road and they came out and did a rescue- got the old tire off and put on the spare and got us to the tire shop. The old flat tire had never been rotated and rusted so much, it was totally stuck on and pretty impossible to get off, but they did not give up, worked hard and didn’t quit until it was off and safely got us to the tire shop. When we got to the shop, I bought 4 new awesome tires at an incredible low price, and now driving my car feels so much smoother. We love our new tires. An unexpected flat tire on a Sunday turned into a positive thing for us all because of the kind and exceptional service and our new awesome tires (Additionally, my 6 yr old son loves everything about cars, and was even invited to check out and see the new tires before they went on, which was totally cool) We are forever grateful — 5 stars isn’t enough. I was 4 hours into an 8+ hour drive with my wife, mother and two young kids packed in our minivan when we got a flat tire. After inspecting the tire, I realized we were in need of a new one ASAP. I have been a customer for more than 15 years and was taken back when I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I made the appmnt with Travis but when I came in I met Brandon who from the start seemed to have an attitude. I assumed it was from a shortage of help and were busy. After a lengthy wait Brandon said my car was ready but didnt need the tires rotated. I said it had been over 5K miles and I made the appmnt for oil change and tire rotation. He told me it was not needed because the tread depth was ok. I told him I wanted to rotate the tires. He seemed miffed but went back in the shop and got it done. Not a pleasant day for either one of us.

Went in Sunday morning for an oil change and to have them look into an issue with a slight vibration in steering wheel while driving. They identified the issue, physically showed me the cause (and yes - it was obvious once they pointed it out to me), gave me an estimate, and I’ll be returning there to have the repair done. Oh - and the repair estimate is half of what the Volvo dealership charged for an almost identical repair on my other Volvo. Travis was the gentleman upfront who walked me through everything . Very professional. Very knowledgeable. And most importantly very honest. Showed me exactly (and only) what was needed to be done to fix the problem. No upsell nonsense. Jim was also super helpful in showing me the issue. Very positive experience. Live in the Valley and didn’t even know this place existed! TireChoice? 2 Thumbs Up! (Note - they do more than just Tires!).

The man that changed my tires and rims (they are easy to scratch) so I was concerned for the wellbeing of the rims considering they were expensive I was told when I went to check on them and have a look that he was going to go slower the longer I stood there and had a bad attitude to me as a paying customer I would never recommend this shop to anyone. I will be sure to give everyone I know a heads up that this is not a place that values customer relations and/or satisfaction

I would have gladly still done the work if they said a refund would not be possible... the experience of being lied to and given the runaround is highly unacceptable. On Thursday 6/11, I visited this location at 17401 Chesterfield Airport Rd, Chesterfield, MO 63005. I wanted to replace the tires on my Mercedes SL55. I asked the rep if they sold Continental Extreme Contact DWS tires. The rep said he could order them, and asked me what size. I told him 285’s, but I couldn’t remember the aspect and asked him to look it up, they are standard. He said there were several options, and he needed more specific info. His attitude was not helpful. Apparently it was too much trouble to research. I told him to forget it, at which time he said “I can look it up for you”. I didn’t reply and walked out. I went to Dobbs and ordered the set. I’ve been to this store in the past without any problems. You lost a decent sale and any future business from me, Sad commentary.

The people here were absolutely amazing!! I called 15 minutes before they closed to ask about getting a headlight replaced that 3 other places weren’t able to do, and not only did they take me, they stayed 20 minutes after to replace my bulb and save me from a ticket. Amazing customer service!!

Love this place!! The manager, Tyler, was genuine, polite, helpful, and didn’t try to scam me out of money! Usually going to an auto shop is a stressful experience but this was quite the opposite. They walked me through what was going on and allowed me to ask questions. They even checked out my brake pads and let me look at them free of charge. I have always brought my car to this location for service. Over the last few encounters my experiences were becoming worse and worse. The new management and staff are great. They took the time to discuss what was going on with my car with me and actually took me out and showed me so I could see what they were talking about. It was a completely different experience and I’m so glad I gave them another chance and brought my car back.

They had me in out and of the shop by 10am and solved the problem quickly. Staff is professional and organized as well as very helpful and friendly. Bought new tires and had them installed. Upon taking my car later that week to my regular mechanic he notified me that one wheel was missing a wheel weight completely and the others were not balanced. I would avoid this place, nice guys though

Oil change = truck fireIf I could give a zero I would. It is not about the fire as much as it is about the treatment following it. Lost my truck and contents and their ins company paid less then what I can by the same truck for. And nothing for my loss of contents. Autotire sent me a check for 96.91 for my oil change but for nothing else. Im sure they are good people, it is just a bad company.

When I first started going there Don was awesome but since hes no longer there this place is HORRIBLE! Im about the most understanding and easy going person around. I had my own business for 15 years so I understand customer service. Joe lied to me, wasted my time and insulted me. Autotire will NEVER get another dime from me. I do believe in word of mouth and will go above and beyond to steer people away. I can deal with bad service but to be insulted! Thats where the line is.

I was very fortunate in finding a battery for my Nissan Rogue on a cold and snowy Sunday afternoon. Triple A did not have a battery for my car and told me not to turn the car off in my search for. An automotive business that did. After two negatives,,I stopped in Autotire and was so relieved when Cory Thomas said he had one left and could install it immediately. He was very helpful and gave me good advice for safety on the snowy and dicey roads. He checked my tire pressure on my request. I will gladly use Autotire for fugue needs

What is the point of making appointments if there wont be enough people working to provide timely service at those scheduled appointment times? I left two hours after my scheduled appointment time when my service should have only taken 30 minutes.
