I do appreciate the quality and the customer service. It’s just that I had a small dent, and it took 3 weeks to repair. I can’t imagine how long it would have taken if it was a larger dent or accident. They ordered some parts, then we’d wait, then they worked on the car, and then realized they needed more parts. This cycle happened three consecutive times. Ideally, they could do a more complete inspection up front to figure out all the parts to order. Then, we only would have to wait once for parts to arrive. If you’re fine waiting 3 weeks or longer, then this place is 5 stars. If you prefer not to be in a rental car for 3 weeks, then maybe explore other options.

Fixed my rear-ended Tesla. Great communication. Paid for by the other persons insurance, so not sure about price. The work looks really good. Car drives as it did before. I would use again.

These guys did an amazing job on my 2015 Toyota 4Runner. I was involved in a single car accident and had quite a bit of damage on the passenger side of the vehicle. I used them since they were a Geico recommended repair facility. My vehicle was only in the shop for one week, and when I went to pick it up it looked as good as the day I drove it off the lot.I would recommend these guys to anyone, and God forbid I have another accident in the future I know where Ill be getting the body work on my vehicle done.

I took my car to Car Craft for some accident repair and they did a good job on the body work and paint. There was a small nick on the interior leather when the car was returned and I was quite impressed with their approach to resolving. They ordered a new leather piece, provided a loaner vehicle and had the interior repaired in a day. Not all businesses would have been as professional in fully rectifying as Car Craft was, and for that, they are now my number 1 auto body shop in STL. Also, their customer care/communication was great, I received ample and personalized updates via text throughout.

Needed and new trailer hitch cover painted to match the bumper color. They did a great job, matched the color perfect and the vehicle was ready when promised.

Over promised and under delivered. My girlfriend made the decision to go with the body shop our insurance company had recommended... BIG MISTAKE! This place is a rip off hands down. Handful of body shops in St. Charles that are way better priced and don’t look like a child repainted your vehicle. Now it’s at a body shop that knows what they are doing and don’t look to scam you or your insurance company! I have more issues now with my vehicle than I have ever since I bought the vehicle. Save your money, save your time, and eliminate your future headache by doing a little research before making a decision.

Excellent place, meticulous work, the office and staff were very covid safe and so nice / knowledgeable!

They did a great job on my repairs and provided excellent customer service along the way.

Friendly staff is the only positive. Car was estimated to take 3 days to fix but ended up taking 2 weeks. During the delay, no one called to update on the status of the car. I had to call to ask for updates. When the car was finally fixed they called one of 2 numbers given and never left a message. The whole point of giving them 2 numbers was so they could reach me. They never relayed any info to enterprise where I had a rental through the insurance company. I had to let enterprise know what was going on myself when I was told car craft would take care of it. Did talk to the manager and he apologized but just feel like they dont care about their customers.

Brought my car in to get fixed, they called me a few days later saying it was done being worked on. Not even a month later had the same issue...management told me that the mechanic only fixed 2 of the ignition coils and not the rest. Charged me full for the second repair. If you have a choice i would go elsewhere!!! Horrible experience.

The team at Car Craft was able to Facilitate a timely repair of my vehicle at a level of quality that I consider to be better than new. Enterprise is also located right next door to them making pick up and drop off quick and easy. I will definitely be recommending Car Craft to my friends and family.

Untrustworthy employees that took items out of vehicle while it was serviced.Update: 11/5.... transport company had zero access to vehicle as Car Craft disabled it at thier location before transport arrived. I had my 2015 Tesla S repair at this facility, I couldnt be happier with the results! The car fits and looks better than it did from the factory! Very talented body repairs, friendly staff

I can’t begin to express my gratitude to the staff at Car Craft. I’d gotten into what I thought was an impossible situation, I had a very large aluminum crate in the back of my van that could only be removed from the back hatch door. The back hatch latch broke and there was no way to open it without getting to the inside of the back door to fix the latch. This was impossible because the crate was blocking all access and was too large to move out with the third row seats folded and wedging it in. I’m not sure how they solved my impossible problem but they did. I’m so thankful and incredibly pleased with my entire experience at Car Craft, 5+ stars!!

I took my Kia to Car Craft for hail damage estimate Geico was holding. Since I got the estimate there and the people were so nice and friendly I let them do the repairs. On top of repairing the hail damage which was covered by Geico I originally was going to have them do some extra work that I was going to pay for. One of those was retinting my back window.After Geicos preliminary esimate grew I opted out of the extra work on my car. The final outcome from repairs at Car Craft they were supposed to have my car 14 days, they had it 25 days, the hail damage repairs went up $2000. When I went to pick up my car there were scratches on my back door that were not there when I dropped off the car. I have rubber guards on my doors. One of them was missing with just the glue left on the door where the guard used to be. They only pin striped one side of my car not the other. That was crazy! Only after pointing out the faults and complaining did they fix them while I waited. Scratches were buffed out, missing guard and pin stripe were put on the car. After having my car back for 1 1/2 weeks I have realized the rear defroster on the back window no longer works! My window fogged up the other morning and I turned on my defroster but it never cleared the window. It worked just fine when my car arrived at Car Craft! Worst experience ever!

My car wrap was scraped and I thought I would need a $450 repair and replacement of the wrap. Dominic sprayed with Wizard detailing spray and except for a miniscule nick it looks like new.

Had some issues - Geico fault. Chesterfield location Manager called . I appreciate that. It would have been easier to duck than to call and get an earfull but he did right thing.

Great service and terrific staff. With two teenage boys, weve used Car Craft Auto Body on multiple occasions. Our vehicle has been repaired in a timely manner and looked spectacular upon completion. I highly recommend Car Craft Auto Body.

This shop is very friendly and professional. My van was rear-ended and I called a Honda dealership to find out where to take it for repairs. Honda recommend Car Craft. The lobby/waiting room was very clean. They had juice and coffee available. The staff was very friendly and the repairs are perfect.

These guys did a complete hack job on my car. Affixing the splash shield with zip ties instead of replacing the $20 support for it and leaving other parts off completely. Dont go here for insurance work because they think the customers are idiots and will never notice the ridiculously low quality repairs.

I had hail damage on my car from a storm and took it to this location. They ended up replacing the hood, removing a lot of dents, and replacing the windshield. Overall, the service was really good. I was able to call and get updates on current progress, they were honest and upfront about what was needed, and the repairs turned out great.The only thing holding me back from giving it a five star was that it took a little longer than expected. It was in the shop for almost two weeks, when the original estimate was about five days. It was after a major hailstorm so they were probably backed up, but I just wish that had factored into the original estimate.

Seemed very friendly and professional when i dropped off my car, they told me it would take 1.5-2 weeks to complete.Here i am 4.5 weeks later still waiting, I can understand being a few days late but this is ridiculous.WILL NOT be using this shop again.Year+ update, i didnt notice until weeks later but they totally ruined my paint job on my hood and roof. These guys are total idiots, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

Very Bad! My Subaru Outback was leaking water and had a broken sunroof after waiting for 3 MONTHS for it to be “fixed” because of hail damage. I do not recommend Car Craft because of horrible damage and poor service.

First they did a good job of repairing my car, but the administrative staff was disorganized, surly and down right disrespectful. They are the only Tesla authorized repair shop in town, but the service is certainly far from Tesla quality. I recommend you go elsewhere if possible and if you cant, be careful and dont trust what they tell you.
