Been using them for years and apparently corporate has decided to lose business to those that appreciate Mobile fully synthetic oil that I wish to supply. Oh well… Maybe things will change, however it did not sound like it.

I needed to get an emissions test quickly. I went somewhere else and they said come back in 3 hours. I went here and I was done in less than hour, and they were also crowded and busy. They made time for me.Greatly appreciated the quick service.

I ran up on a curb, busted my tire, (I thought) and bent my rim. I was fully prepared to buy a new rim and tire. (But I sure didnt want to!) But Mike and Brandon at Tire Plaza were able to straighten the rim, and we found out that the tire would still hold air! Bless the Lord! But they still could have told me my tire and rim were damaged beyond repair and took my money. But they do good work, plus they consistently display honesty and integrity in not charging me for things I dont need. Thats why I keep coming back!

I purchased my tires here as well as oil changes and tire rotation. They provide great service and will have you in and out within an hour when getting tires. Prices are competitive with everyone one else as well.

Outstanding service. I got a nail in my tire and they worked me in to fix it. Good news was it didnt puncture the tire and they also rotated my tires while I was in. Ive been overseas for a couple years and forgot they do that for free when you buy your tires there. Its rare to find a place that will be honest about the nail and then remind me about a service I forgot!

Emergency done the right way! Traveling with my mom on a Friday evening my rear passanger tire was showing an extremely low reading. We googled the nearest tire repair shop to our location. Unfortunately, my tire had a nail in it & was unable to be repaired. Four new tires is what was recommended.The guys at the shop were informative & welcoming. They were able to get us in & back on our way expeditiously! I would highly recommend this location for your automobile needs. I also would suggest you wear your thicker coat if going during winter months. Lol, the only thing that couldve made my visit nicer wouldve been a cup of hot cocoa! Plaza Tire in Chesterfield is always very helpful. Pulled in without an appointment to have my tires checked due to a low pressure warning light. I was concerned as the temperatures hadn’t varied much lately and this car is not driven regularly, so wanted all tires checked. All were just lower than normal, but no damage. I am a regular customer at Firestone & Dobbs but starting taking care of my mother in laws car and Plaza is where she’s always gone. The guys at Plaza seem very knowledgeable, honest, and fairly priced. I have taken her car there several times now. This past time, they were able to get me a refurbished wheel at a reasonable price to replace her wheel with a small hole in it (causing a slow leak). I may have to start taking my other cars there as well.

The mechanics took care of my mother in law’s car after she hit something in the road that broke the front wheel and severely bent the rear wheel on the passenger side of the car. The mechanics were able to address the issues, giving me options to save money and repair the car as good as they could. Never the hard sell as they listened to my needs. They also noted a couple issues that she should have addressed soon due to the damage but the car was drivable and safe! Thanks again for the great work! Will definitely be back!!

Had a flat on interstate. I got there at 5:55pm and they close at 6 the manager and technician stayed late to get me going again.Ive bought tires from Plaza Tires for years now and the the service I received today reminded me why.

Took my truck in to have plaza tire see what’s wrong with my tires because they start to shake. I get a phone call bad wheel bearings. Had to schedule to drop it off a week later because they have to order Ford parts from the dealer. When I showed up to pick up my truck I was told I owed $57 I asked what’s the charge for I’m bringing the truck Tuesday to get fixed? I was told I had to pay the $57 just for them to look at it. Even though I’m getting the work done there to me that’s crazy.

Ive taken several cars here for alignments, tires, and balancing over the last 12 years. They always do a fantastic, thorough job at a reasonable price at the time completed. Theyre the only shop to successfully get the vibrations out of my Cadillac Seville; bring your GM C/H/K-body full size cars here!

The only reason they get 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the lack of face masks and decrease in covid safety procedures when dealing with customers. Tires in front of the counter is a great idea but face masks would be appreciated. As stated on your phone and websites.

I love this team! Called them to ask if they could work me in and replace my battery which was DOA. They didn’t have the battery in stock but called and had one for me in 30 minutes. The battery made it to the shop before I did!Always amazing service from these guys! 20 minutes to change out my battery and some new wiper blades and I was back on the road.Thank you all for your outstanding service...always!T.

The new management is terrible and not customer oriented. Nathan, the previous manager, was always courteous and very appreciative of our business. I’ve been sending my fleet vehicles, personal vehicles and referring friends for years. No more. We are moving our business elsewhere.

Picked up a nail and needed tire plugged ASAP. Even though it was 15 minutes before they were going to close, they fixed my tire.

They were timely and did a good job. I needed a tire checked for a leak and decided just to replace it. I got a comparable replacement to match my other tires for a good price.

I love Plaza Tire but sometimes they like to up sell things on your vehicle that is not necessary to be replaced and Ive worked in my own automotive shops Target Sears Tucson Sears Pennsylvania quebedeaux Pontiac Tucson and I know all about up-scaling things on cars that need to be replaced so I dont hold that against them I know what it means for companies to sell the products for people to beep safe but Im only one 2% of the customers that are old mechanics so I see things differently but I am pleased with Plaza Tire they are trying to perform a good Duty for everyone + The Plaza Tire executives they work hard at it and they are good the competition out there is so great its a shame that people have to pick between automotive service

These guys are great. They got me in right away solved my problem, and quoted me a very reasonable price. Extremely reasonable. They can charge up air conditioners, look at brakes, and look at other car issues as well as fix your tire. I highly recommend them.

I needed tires for my vehicle today, my regular place tried to sell me tires plus other items they stated that had to be done. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and my friend recommended Plaza Tires. I went and told them I needed the tires plus the items the other place was telling me I needed. They took a look at my vehicle and they stated that yes the items would eventually need to be done but it they did not have to be done immediately. I drove out with just the tires I was looking for at a great price. Our family has 4 vehicles, going forward we will take them all to Plaza Tire Service.

Called with a specific tire brand and size they said they had it in stock I came down and they put it on quickly. Problem was when I checked for my spare tire they had not put it in the back of my car they had kept it I had to go back for that. Then when I got home I actually checked the tire and it was the wrong size tire iti was a 55 the tire they removed was a 65 and so was every other tire my car. So I took it back they didnt even have the tire brand in the size I had called about. The guy offered to do a free oil change for customer satisfaction purposes but I was afraid to go with the oil change I was afraid I have to end up replacing my motor if they did the same kind of job they did on my tires

My husband and I just got out from his doctors appointment and when we came out we noticed that our tire was low so we took it to valvoline to put some air in put they said that it was a nail in the tire and they referred us to come to Plaza Tire Service and when we got there I went in and ask would they be able to fix our tire and they said yes so when they took it in to fix the tire he came out and said that it was the tire stem and it needed to be replaced so I asked how much would it cost he told me that he would not charge me for it and that he would do it for free God knew that we didnt have any money to fix the problem I tell I just want to thank them for the blessing and may they forever be blessed.

Incredible service. I called these guys about 3 hours before they closed needing a rush job on a tire replacement and a possible alignment. They were kind enough to take me back to my place of employment down the road & they even brought the car to me when it was finished. I brought my dually Ford Transit in for 6 tires. 3 times I asked that they check my spare tire, because the valve stem was busted. I go to pick it up and no one even dropped the spare at all. I’m glad I asked about it, but then I’m the one who dropped it and replaced it after they finally fixed the stem. Laying on the pavement and getting my clean coat dirty was not what I planned.One rear dually rim was installed backward. How this was not obvious with all the black brake dust is still mind boggling.The gentleman who met me at the desk was very helpful, I wish that I asked him his name. He at least cared to make it all right.I should’ve just gone to the dealer.

So bought a set of tires few months back got a nail in one had repaired close to where I was by other shop but they put air instead of nitrogen back in tire . So went back to get nitrogen put into the one tire expected to pay $30 for that they did it free tall man with dark hair was great . Will be back in future . Appreciated it greatly.
