I was very pleased with the process of buying my new Camaro from Hall Chevrolet. My salesman Alex was amazing and definitely went the extra mile when answering my questions. This is my second purchase from the Hall team and I strongly recommend them.
My wife and I have been loyal customers for 19 years at this dealership so it is with great dismay to us, that they could not perform a simple front brake job to our 2012 Chevy Tahoe today. This after having brought it in 3 other times for the same job. On the first visit they didnt do anything to it and just gave it back to my wife saying the brakes are good (obviously no one test drove the truck).The second time after having my wife wait for 4 hours they told her they performed an airbag service recall, which we did not authorize and the brake job was going to be a couple more hours, time she did not have to spare on that day. The third time we brought it in for and oil change, inspection and the front brakes again. Well this time they changed the oil and did the inspection but they changed the rear brakes!!!After I complained to the manager he tells us they will turn the front rotors for us free of charge.Now we can actually feel the metal grinding when we apply the brakes.So finally we take it in again today and the manger calls me to say they will perform the brake job if I pay for the parts and they pay for the labor, seems fair I thought so I agreed to pay the $380.00After I expressed a desire to reach out to the corporate office to complain about all these lost hours and multiple trips that weve had to endure I was told they would not honor the last agreement and that I should just come pick up my truck.And here is the final irony of all.... so as we are waiting for the keys to our truck the electronic billboard in the service department flashes a sign....New front brakes and rotors for a full size SUV $290.00 ARGHHHHHH
The staff were professional and courteous. I scheduled oil changed and tire rotation service. I appreciate the service being completed. I am not sure if I have to request that my tires be filled to the proper amount of psi. I assumed that the tire rotation would also include tire pressure adjustment but my tires were at 35 psi when I picked up my vehicle.
Extremely satisfied with your service and the speed that it was done. I was sitting down in waiting area and when called because it was done, I said are you sure? I was back home in just over an hour! And the service expert actually took some time to stop and talk with me about my beautiful car and how much he liked the looks of it. It is a 08 Vette. I will definitely keep coming back here, Hall Chevrolet, when ever I need service on it.
I feel comfortable going to Hall Chevrolet to have my car serviced. I see the same friendly faces and I get expert and courteous service. Maintenance is a breeze because the staff alerts one on what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and gives an estimated cost to get it done. They also try to keep the cost affordable by offering specials/financial options. My vehicle has over 100,000 miles and it drives better than brand new! I really appreciate how attentive, courteous and customer friendly Hall Chevrolet is. I have received the best service from you all ever since I purchased my car in 2017. When I spoke to DeeDee Rosalinda (Service Consultant) on 10/19/21 she made a way to get me in the same day to get my battery replaced. I really, really want to express this because for convenience (because its closer to me) I took my car to Priority Chevrolet in April 2021 and from then until June 2021 it was an ongoing nightmare! I have reached out to them numerous times and I got no positive response from them to this date! I will never ever, ever go to them again and I wouldnt recommend them to work on a manual scooter!!!Please keep up the good work at your dealership and continue to make your customers feel valued. I will continue to only receive service from you all. Thank you so much for all you do. :-)

Excellent team at Hall Chevrolet Chesapeake! Ian Saunders and Zach Byrd are the two best Sales and F&I guys Ive ever dealt with. Weve been looking for a Toyota 4runner for a couple months, scouring autotrader and all the local dealerships for the right one. To my disappointment they were either overpriced or had ridiculous mileage. I stumbled across this one after it was just traded in and it was perfect! Not only did they give me a great price but the mileage was low and the condition of the truck is as close to perfect as you can get for a used truck. My overall experience with Hall Chevrolet Chesapeake was AWESOME. Not only do I highly recommend them but I look forward to doing business with them in the future. Service department manager very helpful, but there was a real lack of communication until he got involved. I had to call numerous times over 7 weeks to find out what’s going on with my vehicle. I have no problem waiting on a fix, I just ask to be kept in the loop and give me up front and honest information so I can make an informed decision about is it even worth fixing. Just good old fashion customer service.
I would highly recommend coming here for your service needs on your Chevrolet. My service provider Stephen Saunders provided excellent customer service & was very friendly. He kept me informed & updated throughout the whole time while my Traverse was being repaired. I was informed that he was new to the company & I would definitely say he’s an asset to this company. AMAZING SERVICE CONSULTANT!she went above and BEYOND to assist me in what is normally a quick and easy state inspection appointment but unfortunately I had to replace two tires due to an impact on my part-anyway, she went out of her way to call the dealership I originally bought the car from to see about them being able to change the tires at not cost with the coverage insurance *they did not* so. She then proceeds to check the inventory at the dealership to match the tires I already had, they didn’t have any, she said they would get them...but in 3 days, and I couldn’t wait those 3 days. So, she matches the tires I had with another brand, and explains to me the reason why I needed to replace two and not just one (the one with the bubble) I did have an appointment at 2:30 for a state inspection but the bubble on my tire would have caused me to get a rejection sticker and I couldn’t have gotten on base with a rejection sticker.SO basically-SHE MADE IT HAPPEN FOR ME. When I first got there, she seemed super busy, but still managed to keep me updated and see what she could do for me.I finally was ready to go by 7, she was the only one left, and the personnel working on my vehicle. They close the service department at 6! I am VERY THANKFUL to her and the personnel who were working on my car an hour even after they closed!Thank you DeeDee for your patience and assistance through it all!That was my second time going with them instead of the dealership I bought my vehicle with and I’ll continue to come here for anything my car may need! 10/10!
In the past 5 years I have had 3 different makes of vehicles. The vehicle I drive now isn’t even a GM vehicle, but I still trust this dealership to help me out when others have failed me. I have had places hide information and do work that I later found out they didn’t perform. This dealership has only ever been honest and trustworthy everytime I have come in. It also helps that your team has a great personality! Having a great service department like you have, is one of the best ways to get customers to keep coming back! Keep up the fantastic work!

Recently purchased my first vehicle through Hall. Nick was awesome, very helpful and he was able to find me a car after the one I wanted to look at had been transported/sold. I will say - “management” or whomever I spoke to on my visit to test drive, gave me the usual used car salesman run around (pushy sales tactics and lying) which I did not appreciate but, it is a dealership so that was somewhat expected. Turns out everything he said was indeed false (requiring cosigner on title, insurance) and I was still able to drive the car off the lot. I won’t be using hall to service this vehicle after reading the service reviews, but overall my car buying experience was mostly painless.
Overall experience was good especially with customer service the lady that was helping me was fantastic. I went in to get a tire patch and I got it scheduled for 0730 and I didn’t leave till 1115. Way to long of a wait other wise it would be a 5.
I haven’t had no problems … I get treated like a Queen whenever I go get my vehicles serviced… I love them 😘😘😘 they take the time and discuss any problems they found with your vehicle and keep you informed throughout the process… when I get my next vehicle which will be my forever/retirement gift… I will definitely get it from Hall
Everyone was friendly and acknowledged me as I waited to be serviced for a routine oil change. At check-in, I was notified that there was a coupon available (who doesn’t love coupons). I was called to pick up my car about a hour later. Great experience!
Had an inspection done to my car and was very pleased with my service. Make sure you book your appointment at least a week before you need service done because they are extremely busy. Also, make sure you verify how long your service will take with a trained specialist/manager so you are not give incorrect information like I was given initially.
Great customer service, Mr. Harvell was awesome. Scheduled appointments should be honored versus having to wait an entire day to get the vehicle back if not waiting in the lobby. Otherwise, no complaints
Perry was so helpful as soon as i arrived. He was very patient considering i came in with my girls, two of which are toddlers. He took his time explaining things to me considering it was my second time buying a car in 10 years. I got a new suv which is different from what i have now. I really do appreciate everyones patience even Jennifers because my girls were in her office making some noise as well
Had my car towed there, took a few days for them to get it back to me, ECM needed replacing. Dee the lady who helped me was very professional. Once my car was up and running they also gave me a list of concerns that should be addressed, nothing major. They did such a great job that I scheduled to have one of the minor issues taken care of. Fast forward to that appointment date, I dropped my car off and it took less than an hour for them to correct the issue and I was on my way a happy camper and without the check engine light which Id gotten used to seeing. I am pleased with Dees customer service as well as the great job done by the technician. I definitely would recommend to others wouldnt take my car anywhere else.
After noticing my check engine light being on and my vehicle not performing as it should I contacted the dealership and explained what was wrong and that it was the only transportation I had. I found a vehicle right away but wanted to compare it to others in the local area. The salesman did what he was supposed to do and told me that I would not find a car as clean, with less miles at this price. I left anyway to explore my options. Hours later the salesman called me to see how my search was going and I had to tell him that he was right. Halls Chevrolet does the little things that other dealerships miss. Could I have found a better price, sure but I found that I was going to compromise quality so I went with the car at Halls since the dealership provided a one year warranty. For me, a used car is going to have issues and Id rather have peace of mind instead of free oil changes or car washes for life. If the car ends up being a dud, if they dont honor the warranty or if anything about the deal deteriorates, I will update my review but for now, consider me a happy customer.

Buying a new or used car isnt always a grand adventure, but our experience here today couldnt have gone any better thanks to the wonderful customer service we received from multiple employees --especially from our salesman Jason. He really listened to what we were looking for, including our wants and needs, and ultimately found us a perfect match. We couldnt have been more satisfied with this dealership and would highly recommend to anyone shopping the market now or even near future!
I have a 2009 Chevrolet Equinox and the engine overheating while idle light was coming on. I took my car to a mom and pop repair shop hoping i could get it fixed for a reasonable amount of money. They replaced my thermostat and radiator for $1200. Two weeks later the same engine over heating light was coming on. I took it back to them and they told me it’s my heating cord that is leaking coolant on the passenger side. At this point I don’t trust them to do the work so I decided to take it to a more reputable business. I drop my car off on 6/14 at hall Chevrolet and relayed all of that info from the prior repair shop to them. After a couple of days I was told I needed a new manifold and some other things which totaled $1600. I gave them okay to make the repairs. After one week I was told the manifold was replaced but it’s still leaking and a sealant kit needed to be ordered. After another week and countless unanswered calls to the dealership I finally get In touch with someone who says they are still waiting on that part. Finally on 6/28 I get a call saying after the manifold was replaced the car is still leaking and I am told that the heating cord (which is what I told them was leaking on 6/14) needs to be replaced and that will be an additional $1300. I did request to speak to the manager which after having to go back and forth with him he took off $300. I am not trying to get over on anyone but as a female I try to make sure I am not being taken advantage of. I do not mind paying for the parts that I need to get replaced but I should not have to pay extra because hall Chevrolet misdiagnosed the issue. This is the reason I bought my car to hall Chevrolet because I felt confidant that my car would be repaired correctly in a timely manner. As of today 7/6 I still do not have my car and as a single mom this is a real inconvenience. So this $300 credit I am being given is barely reimbursing me for rental car fees I have endured. This is the worse experience of my life and a very expensive regrettable choice taking my car to get repairs at hall Chevrolet.
We inquired about the truck my brother and I purchased (3500 HD Diesel work truck), and quickly received a call from salesman, Mark Smelley. Our experiences was more than we could have asked for. Mark was very helpful and accommodated our every need during the purchase of our truck. Her coordinated this process with our local town clerk and picked my brother and I up from the airport (flew in from Maine) and brought us to the dealership. We love our truck and thank Mark Smelley and Hall Chevrolet.
I have brought my truck in to Hall Chevrolet many times for problems l was experiencing. Darla Halbrook has been my service department representative each time. She has always treated me like a valued customer and took great measures to ensure my truck gets fixed in a timely manner and keeps me informed of the progress. Im not sure of the name of the technician working on it. But he always comes out to explain what was done to my truck. I think everyone at Hall Chevrolet should have a great shout out for their outstanding service.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE.I have a 5 week old 2021 Suburban Premiere. Today, the computer flashed LOW TIRE PRESSURE ! I was at the Oncologist. It started as I was going to the doctor and kept up when I left the doctor. I did NOT buy my car at Hall. But it was close to my home. I panicked so just went to the nearest dealer. HALL. Greg met me, took the car, checked it out, checked all 4 tires, put a wee bit in 1 tire! No Charge. Wished me well. Sent me on my way. I was a wreck when I got there. They were all so kind and attentive. I probably wasnt making good sense. But the point is....they actually went out of their way, were extraordinarily good to me, and fixed the issue. GOOD PEOPLE. Thank you Hall Chevrolet!
I just love Steve! He really made a point to recommend what my car needed versus what is just typical. He also checked my miles and what services I needed to have performed based on what had been done AND the condition of the fluids and parts involved. Great job, Hall Chevrolet!
My experience with Hall Chevrolet Chesapeake was, and always has been, excellent service. The only other comment I would make is if emails have to be sent to the customer with the price owed make sure its the actual bottom line price. I received an email with a price that was about half the actual price I had to pay. The email I received did not have the labor cost just the part only. This could be misleading and some customers might not be as understanding.
My daughter took her car in for inspection. Initially we were told may not get car back until around 3p. That was at 830am. However, by 10a, received message that vehicle was ready. Nobody but God and Steve at Hall Chevrolet. Thank you.
My experience was HORRIBLE. Your servicemen did not answer nor did they return any of my phone calls. Would not update me on what was going on with my car. Would tell me dates that my car would be finished, to only have to wait an additional week or come to the dealership myself to be updated on my cars status. I have missed my best friend’s wedding because my serviceman told me my car would be ready Monday, then didn’t come to work, then Tuesday (wedding day) ignored my calls all morning & when I came to the dealership because I had no updates, the service supervisor gave me a rental that had a RECALL on it. I absolutely hate the service I received from this dealership.
I have previously had issues at this dealership/shop but per an agreement with a former GM, agreed to come back and give it another shot. Went in for scheduled maintenance and my check engine light had recently come on. Initial experience at the shop this time around was good despite the 5 hour wait and no shuttle service on weekends - Stephen was very kind and worked with me to get a payment plan set up for the unexpected, very expensive repair bill.Fast forward only 4 days later and the check engine light comes on again. I call the service line in a panic and explain the situation, car has JUST been serviced and we are about to travel, and I cant responsibly take my family on a long trip in this vehicle, etc. Since they did the service Id like them to check and see whats going on since the repairs are guaranteed. Rep is unsympathetic to the fact that I am already paying more than a mortgage payment and am about to go out of town and now dont feel safe transporting my family in this car... option given was to come in ASAP and leave it there with no guarantee it could be seen that day, the next, etc... in fact no actual openings until 4 days later. I explain I cant bring it and leave it because its our only vehicle and neither my partner nor I can skip work for that long, and of course we are not within coverage area for shuttle service. Were also supposed to be going out of town. I ask about a rental/loaner and am told we dont do that; as a matter of fact, I know that you DO provide them when possible/necessary, as Ive used one before due to the prior service issues. So the rep LIED to me directly on top of expressing NO empathy whatsoever, and at times I could have sworn she was laughing under her breath. FYI for whoever trains your customer service reps, empathy statements are important and make your customers feel like they are being heard, understood, and appreciated... might want to look into that.I called and emailed service manager Todd Kuther three times as of 8/25, and as of today 9/24 almost an entire month later, I have received NO RESPONSE from ANYBODY at Hall Chevrolet (unless you count sales emails). I am absolutely disgusted.I should have relied on my past experience with this dealership and shop and never given them my business again, but I certainly have learned my lesson this time around. If it was worth my time and energy Id make a complaint to the BBB, but frankly I never want to deal with this business again in any way. Save yourself time, money, and stress and go to a local autobody shop that actually cares about their customers and community.

READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING A SERVICE APPOINTMENT!!!!!Hands down the worst experience I have ever had. Hall Chevy, you should be ashamed of yourselves. From the service staff to both the service and General Managers, the service was terrible. My husbands truck went in for service WITH AN APPOINTMENT on Thursday, July 22. He was guaranteed an update by 6 pm that day…..nothing. He texted the service line (how they normally send updates) and got no response. We were going out of town and told them we wouldn’t be picking it up until Monday. He texts on Friday and Saturday for updates and still no response. He can see from the app on his phone that they didn’t even put his car on the diagnostic machine until Monday. He calls Monday and they say there is a part they need to order. At this point they have not reached out to him at all with any updates. He’s had to pursue them. He asks to speak to a manager, Todd, who tells him there was a car in front of him that has been there for 8 days. If this was the case, it should have been communicated from the beginning.Tuesday comes, no truck. Wednesday, no truck. Thursday, you guessed it, no truck. Friday….nope still no truck. Saturday comes and it’s finally ready. Over a week since we dropped it off. In this time my husband has spoken to Todd twice with NO resolution.We’ve dealt with Todd before so this is no surprise for us! A few months back we had an issue and when asked if there was a General Manager or anyone higher than him (Todd). He says no, only corporate. My husband calls the main line and asks how to contact corporate, the truth then comes to light that there is, in fact, a General Manager, Wendy. Our experience with her made us see why the rest of her staff are allowed to make excuses and treat customers like they are an inconvenience.My husband explained the entire situation and initially Wendy was willing to look into it. However after speaking with Todd, she came back and said she agreed that his resolution of $60 off is fair. My husband missed 4 days of work because they didn’t start on his car or even assess and order necessary parts until the day he was supposed to pick it up. Wendy called back and said “if we gave away free service every time we made a mistake, we’d never make any money!” WHATTTTTTTTT??????? Then maybe get off your butt and fire whoever keeps making mistakes.When we said we would never be back, they said they couldn’t give us any more of a discount because we weren’t coming back! Hands down the WORST customer service experience we have ever had. When I logged on today and saw all of the positive reviews, I was SHOCKED! Stay away from this service department! They will cause an issue and make you think you’re crazy for complaining and expecting repercussions.P.S. Now the air condition on the drivers side doesn’t work. 🤯
Excellent service by the staff as usual, I have been experiencing a problem with shake and shudder with my truck since I bought it new in 2019, it has been a real pain lately, but to my surprise, no problem so far, I am back in love with my truck!Thank you very much again to Darla and her excellent team of mechanics for resolving this issue.

The experience I had when purchasing this vehicle is one i care not to remember. The service I received upon walking through the doors were subpar at best.When I initially found the vehicle online I sent over an offer and asked If they were willing to sell the vehicle at a specific price, if not I would prefer not to wasteThe dealership or my time. The dealership asked me to come in to take a look at the SUV, but didn’t mention any price. I emailed the dealership back and stated thatI would arrive later that afternoon. Later that afternoon I arrived just to find out that the vehicle was not at the dealership because no one read my email. HoweverI was greeted by Sean who felt the need to bring over a email he printed out and pointed out that he would not be able to reach the price I initially offered, but coincidentlydid not have the email stating that I would be arriving at the dealership that evening. With no vehicle available I departed Hall and went home. Approx a hour later I receiveda phone call from Hall stating the vehicle had arrived at the lot. I returned to the lot and took the vehicle out for a test drive. Upon returning to the lot I told the salesman Danielthat I liked the vehicle. I walked around and pointed out a few things like missing headrest in the third row, broken defroster cables on the back window and only one set of keys.We walked in the dealership to discuss the price. When I walked back in and sat down Sean came back over to the table and mentioned that the price had magically dropped downTo the price that I initially asked for. So I agreed to purchase the vehicle. I asked Daniel if they could get the third row headrest, fix the rear window defroster cables and get the extra keyAnd he said he would try to locate the headrest and other set of keys. Daniel and I went over the history of the vehicle and some other documents, and Sean came back over and stated thatThey would not be able to get the headrest or second set of keys but they could fix the back window, and remove straw from the front grill of vehicle. I signed the rest of the documentation,Hall said they would keep the vehicle fix the rear window and give me a call when it was fixed. The next day my wife called the dealership and spoke to someone and they agreed to get theMissing third row headrest and second set of keys. On Thursday Sep 2, 2021 I was called and told that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. After getting home on 1Sep I realized that I hadPurchased warranty items that I really didn’t need. When I returned to the dealership I talked to Daniel the salesman an told him my concern about the warranty. I was then approached byA sales manager who proceeded to talk me out of cancelling the warranty and telling me the printer was down and he couldn’t print the cancellation documents. Which I found to be far fetch.(He also told me it was a good deal and that I would be receiving a oil change voucher and coupon book in the mail that I have yet to receive, mind you its two weeks later)After being disgusted with the service I got in my new used vehicle (that was only detailed on the outside, the inside still had dirt marks all over the ceiling) and went home. 7 miles later afterdeparting the dealership I arrived at home. I backed into the driveway and my wife tellsMe that my rear passenger backup light (white) is inoperable. Thinking to myself how could this be? Its clearly stated that all of Hall’s vehicles go through a vigorous used car reconditioningProcess that includes a 115 point inspection and certification check. it makes one question if the Suburban went through a 115 point inspection how was something as simple as a blown lightBulb, dangling defroster wires on the back window and low tire pressure on the rear driver side tire overlooked. If small items like this was overlooked it makes me question the entire inspectionProcess. So I ask, was the vehicle really inspected? At no point during the purchasing process did I ever go over an inspection sheet.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Took 2 hours to do that. I know they are faster but service was slower than normal. They usually are much faster.
DeeDee and team took GREAT care of me today. I had to be towed in due to a blown tire, and they got me taken care of promptly and at a great price. Ill be using them for my future service needs!

Service Department was horrible. The Service had horrible Told us that a $1300.00 A/C repair was covered under a recall 100%. They fixed it, we went to pick it up and was told oh yeah, it wasnt covered under the warranty, that will be $1300.00. Spoke to the service manager and he said, yeah, it wasnt covered.... I can give you a discount, that will $1100.00. Ooh how generous!!!
Excellent experience from the desk to the service. I was quoted a lower cost at another garage but decided to go to the dealership instead primarily because Ray Korchak took the time to explain what was going on with my car.
Upon my arrival time I was checked in and was asked if I had any other concerns about my vehicle other than what I had needed. I appreciated the opportunity to be heard of any issues. Everybody Was welcoming and polite. My shuttle driver was very pleasant and professional. And all of my needs were met in a reasonable manner and time.
I was able to get my car in same day and get it back a couple hours later. Great customer service in the parts department (Nick) and service (Ray). Thank u so much for helping me. I will bring my vehicle back for service.

Everything seemed great however, when I went to pick up my car about 2 hours after leaving it, the fuel filter service indicator was still on. I asked about it and they did not give me an explanation only took the car back to replace the fuel filter again.. about 10 min later my car was ready.. had me worried that they didnt replace it at all and only reset the service notification but who knows.. otherwise it was great customer service.Went in at my appointment for a 30k mile service which is basically a oil change, a fuel filter replacement and lots of inspections. The customer service was great very nice people.
I was greeted cheerfully upon arrival on Saturday, January 16, 2021 @ 10:00am EST by the staff in the showroom. Joe (Joseph) Gonzalez saw me drive up and already had the key to my 2021 Chevrolet Equinox in his hand. You see we had met Joe on the lot on Monday evening and with no pressure he gave us his business card. Joe is an exceptional salesman and a wonderful person. Joe took me out to meet Ruby personally. You see I named her before I even knew if I would be able to purchase her. Joe is very knowledgeable of the Equinox and all of the wonderful features it offers. On our test drive, Joe explained all of the features as I drove. We then pulled into an empty parking lot, got out and he continued schooling me on the wonderful features the Equinox offered. He opened the hood and explained the placement of tanks that would be easily accessible to me for general maintenance / filling. Joe showed me the as I call it zero turn radius, which is great when you are in a tight spot and need to maneuver easily. Joe explained the care kit I would receive to help keep Ruby looking spit shined and clean inside and out. Its been 26 years since I purchased a new vehicle and this is the FIRST vehicle I purchased on my own, in my own name. Joe made the purchase of my new Chevrolet Equinox a wonderful experience!! Joe is a true asset to Chevrolet and to the Hall family.
Be prepared to pay over MSRP. I was told by the salesperson, that they werent price gouging like other dealers. Then the manager sent me an invoice with a $2000 price gouge. If you would like to pay the price you see on the internet during covid... just go to Carvana, Vroom, or someone more transparent. Heres their offer. $500 rebate is for a educator GM discount. Also, I didnt ask for Nitrogen or Crystal Fusion.
I was disappointed to learn that the competitor dealership oil change coupon I presented at the time of service was written up with add on fees such as disposing of oil and filter cost to be incurred by the customer. This was not good business decorum, and I refused these additions. I advised the advisor that this was the first GMC dealership of the three in my area in Hampton Roads to use this classless service gesture. The adjustment was made only after challenging these procedures with the service advisor, and she honored the competitors coupon for the oil plus taxes.
Took car in for gear shift issue and the issue was fix however a connector was disconnected that left the gear shift indicator lights off Took it back and they fixed it and did it speedily and without charging me for repair. I do recommend Hall Chevrolet for your Chevy repairs and issues as they are very professional and friendly. Thanks Hall Chevrolet!!!
My experience with Hall Chevrolet was a completely enjoyable experience. Because I was able to make my appointment today, August 4th, and within three hours, I was getting my oil change, and have my tires rotated is a true blessing. Believe me, when I tell you, that another dealership told me that they could schedule me for the 24th, which makes this one very special trip. Very dissatisfied customer! Before I scheduled my Corvette for service, I was very detailed specific in my request and expectation. I initially went to the branch in person and spoke with several reps in the service bay. I later called back and schedule my appointment, at that time I reiterated my specific concerns. Since I was dropping the car off for both doors to be examined it was convenient to request an oil change. When I delivered the car to Hall I asked for (2) separate receipts for specific reasons, I needed two different services. I was told no both services had to appear on one receipt. I said fine!Upon my arrival to retrieve my Vehicle I asked to speak with Wendy, Todd, or Chris, I waited for over 30 minutes, lingering in the service area until My wife intervened requesting to speak with GM Wendy Ashton. Once she became involved Todd (Service Manager) appeared in his office. I verbalized my displeasure with the manner of customer service I received and the lack of professionalism. He just sat there with a blank stare, at that point I left his office as my temperament began to rise due to his apparent lack of interest or concern of my complaint, no feedback nothing. My wife then completed the meeting with Wendy and Todd. She was told she would receive an email about additional services and cost for parts for other work i wanted performed on my corvette. The email was sent, however the email only quoted the door repair which should have also included roof seal replacement. To date I still do not have the quote for the seal around the roof to be repaired. As stated to Wendy and Todd, Communication is key to great customer service and unfortunately for this location that did not happen. Therefore the answer to your question above, Is it likely that I would recommend anyone to Hall Chevrolet Western Branch location? 0 I would not!

Nothing really to say, did what they said they would do, and did it in a professional manner.Upset about an inability to disable the ADAPTIVE aspect of my cruise control, but thats GMs fault I think, not the guys who were trying to help me.

Even though lady was real nice and helpful, I dropped car off that morning and didnt receive a phone call letting me know status. I called that afternoon and then around 5. Since dropping car off, car is making a noise that I did not have when I dropped off car. The issue was engine light was on.
Ian was outstanding. I inquired about a vehicle and he sent me a personalized video and talked to me over the phone. I liked what I heard and made the drive. He listened to what I wanted and he made it happened. Very easy buying process and took the stress of of me.

Great service.I showed up without an appointment. My truck was having major problems and the place I bought it from was no help at all. Hall had my truck fixed and ready the next day. Chris was awesome and explained everything to me.I bought my jeep from them years ago and i had no problems. When I am ready to buy again, Ill return to Hall.

Service personnel wasnt communicative eith me during my visit, technician took forever, was supposed to be done in one day and took 3 after I asked if inspection was done and oil change the service provider didnt know and the mechanic was gone for the day. Terrible customer service.
