After doing lots of research online, I was able to find several vehicles that met my purchase parameters at what I felt was good & fair pricing. Very good inventory selection with many different models to choose from with a constant rotating inventory. After selecting car, the purchase experience was easy with no price haggling or hard pressure sales pushing. 1st time selling a car through them was a breeze. They were smaller and catered to the average Joe. This time, communication was a challenge for a month till Kevin gave me his personal number...reason why they have 2 stars was for his personal effort, not the co. They had me pay down (close to $1000) the car like we could afford it during the pandemic. Talked into repairs (hundreds of $$) to get car sold, leaving very little room for negotiating. Charged their typical $300 fee...After car didn’t sell they had no problem keeping the money (according to terms) and making no concessions for their poor performance. It wouldn’t occur to me being an old customer that they wouldn’t do whatever possible to get the car sold. We even thought about taking in our Sequoia to be sold. They basically listed the car is all. No real strategy. They are now focused on selling luxury cars, yet again, have no problem taking your money. So take your average car and sell it yourself.

Just purchased my BWM from Marty at CarLotz very professional and knowledgeable he made my buying experience easy and also got me the extended warranty on my car.

The finance guy there just tried to swindle my Wife and her Daughter. They went in and the loan would have been around 9k for a 60 month loan @21% interest, (new 1st time buyer) you were already ripping them off by getting the highest interest you could squeeze but how do you get a 311 payment out of that, even then it’s 237. I’ll tell you, this guy tried to slip in an extra 3k he wasn’t trying to disclose on the final price for a “protection plan”. One last thing, Nice review from Parker Trowbridge down there, one google search shows he works for Carlotz.

Had a great experience at CarLotz. Was very quick and to the point about things. I called ahead to setup a time to test drive and effectively walked in and was handed the keys. The deal on the car I found online was a great price. The processing fee is on the high side at $699 but that was offset by a generous trade-in value for my own car. I left feeling happy, only worry is that I bought a used car, but no dealership in the world can ease that stress completely. The warranty they provide is limited, and the vehicle I purchased still had factory coverage that would exceed their 1000mile/1month coverage. The crew there were very nice, dealt with Marty and Gary mostly. Overall, if you find a car and see a price your ok with and dont want the hassle of price negotiations or worry about being hustled, CarLotz provides a quick and stress free process. I very much hate buying cars, but its pretty painless when things are straightforward. Thats what youll get here if you want it that way.

Great experience. Very polite and non pushy personnel. I purchased a gently used Prius V after they allowed me to remove the car for a thorough inspection by a local Toyota dealer. The inspection said the car was in immaculate condition. Now three days of ownership and couldnt be happier. High value assigned to my trade in per Kelleys Blue Book. Tips: Do your own research on the car and its features-- thats not CarLotzs job. Pay for an aggressive inspection-- with tax my Toyota inspection was about $150 and worth the money. Research the value of your trade to decide if you wish to trade or consign your car.

I just bought a car from this location in March 2021. Ask for Kevin and you will get service that feels sincere! He was pivotal in my decision to buy from Carlotz. The other sales representatives were okay, but they did not seem to be invested in my business. Kevin took the time to call me and email me while which was not the case for other representatives I spoke with. If you work for Carlotz and youre reading this, Kevin deserves a raise! He put a lot of energy into my customer service experience.As for the lot itself, there are a many nice options of vehicles. The prices are non-negotiable, but they seem very reasonable. For example, the price I paid for my vehicle was below Blue Book value. I would recommend checking this dealership especially if youre looking for something specific as they can get cars from other locations. But I would again warn anyone considering going that service can be hit or miss.

I had gone to some dealerships and got tired of the usual dealership garbage -- they played their usual games and really tried to lowball by trade in at wholesale price, let me talk to the sales manager, etc. Then I came across CarLotz for a car I wanted. What a great experience, fair pricing, no games, complete upfront pricing, friendly staff (not on commission by the way). Bought a car from them and completely satisified -- fair price and great experience. They also took my car and sold it -- I didnt have to do anything except complete some paperwork, give them the keys, and they did everything else -- preparation, inspection, advertising, managing viewings, test drives, and sales paperwork. All I had to do was sign over the title and collect my check -- easiest car sale experience I have ever had. $3,200 over what a traditional dealer offered and sold in 10 days. Cant say enough good things about the CarLotz experience. Fantastic experience.

They had a truck I wanted but their bank would not finance due to it being a 2012, however they would finance a 2016 and something I didnt want. They was nice though!
