The service guy name Thomas told me it would take them 5hours to do 2 things. An alignment and to fix my clicking door when i open it. I already bought the piece from them & the mechanic told me about an hour to put it in. Thomas told me 2 1/2 hours at $150.00 hr when I called today to make a appointment. They need to stop lying and get there story straight. But all and all, the service advisor Daniel Russell was on the up & up and took care of me with honesty & respect. Go see him and only him if you go here.

My truck was towed to Priority after an accident by my insurance company. My wife has called them multiple times a day every day for a week and the person dealing with my vehicle specifically has not answered the phone once. The cal gets transferred to another receptionists desk and they tell my wife and I that they aren’t allowed to talk about my vehicle because it’s not one they’re in charge of.Worse service I’ve ever received in my life, they also require a partial power of attorney to work on the vehicle? For all I know my truck is currently in a chop shop.I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Stopped by for long range planning (at least a year away from buying), of a possible purchase of a Bolt EV. John Wyatt let me take some trunk measurements and sit in it to get the feel of the seats. No pressure, had quick answers to my questions. Will definitely consider using them when Im ready to purchase.
The mechanic left grease on my headliner. They tried cleaning it off with Windex. I didnt know Windex was a all purpose cleaner its made fro what??? Anyway it went to the detail Dept. To get the right chemical so they said but the remanence of the grease mark is still there. Not Happy with them all. The service advisor when I brought it to his attention he told me it was going to take 45 minutes before he could get someone to clean it. He was hoping I was going too walk away.
Bob and Frank in the service department are excellent. They really take the time to explain to me what services/repairs are needed to my car and why. Repairs are also done in a timely manner.
Mr. Knox in the Service Department is very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about what your car needs and dont need and what can wait to be done. I trust him to take care of all of my vehicles..
Had to get the tire pressure checked when the warning light appeared on the dashboard. Didnt have an appointment but after a minor wait I was told that all the tires were ok and just needed air. I appreciate that they were able to squeeze me in on a very busy Friday! Thanks Priority Hyundai for always providing excellent customer service!

Good customer service and there was not a long wait
Once again I leave disappointed. I went for an oil change. That took an hour and a half. Thats a long time. At the completion I was told I had a headlight out. The estimated cost was over $90. I respectfully declined and left. I had some errands to run and at my 1st stop the windows of the storefront acted as a mirror and guess what I discovered, both my headlights were burning bright. Enough said!
Customer service on 1000..... They rock. Even the fellas at Enterprise next door to the collision center. I highly recommend their service. Enjoy your visit.

My regular service attendant Goodhope was out sick today so the service wasnt as pleasant as it could be I had to deal with a new service attendant Tina Roberts and she just wasnt my Cup of tea. Miss Roberts is a little pushy you cant be pushy with everybody you have to learn and know different personalities who you can and who you cant with. But overall Im satisfied with the service that I received.

2 words. Dont go. I cannot begin to explain the hatred I have for this place. Horrible customer service. Horrible wait times. Bought a pre-owned vehicle from here not even a year ago, and paid for a 3 year warranty, and theyve literally done nothing but screw me over. N.E.V.E.R. AGAIN.

Visited Collision center for estimate on repair. Nice customer lounge with fresh ground coffee available. I stopped in 30 min before my appointment and as out the door pretty quick. Estimate of repairs was explained well. They even mentioned that although we had a deductible of 500 the insurance company may allow only 200 deductible due to other driver being uninsured if we identified them. Which we have. Either way the front desk and estimator were very helpful, courteous and friendly.

Made an appointment for an inspection when I got theyre for my appointment they then informed me that it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait because inspections are first come first serve. When I question why make me an appointment if it was first come first serve they just stated I dont know thats just how it is then when I come back to get my car they could not find my paperwork anywhere and it stood around for over a half an hour while they service writer searched hell and high water trying to find my paperwork even though theyre the ones who called me and told me my car was ready once you found my paperwork you needed to make copies and then the copy machine wouldnt work. it was not a pleasant experience at all especially after having major surgery on my neck and being vertical was very difficult in the first place. Also the shuttle ride that they gave me back to my apartment took over 2 hours to get me back to my apartment pretty sure it wasnt worth the priorities for life and a free inspection I think I would prefer to pay elsewhere and not have so much drama just to get my car inspected

Extremely upset the way this company handles there service department .Brought my car in today for a state inspection and was told there was a software update and it would add an additional 45 min to my time waiting (This should have been brought to my attention on making the appointment) time .Now meanwhile after waiting close to 2 hrs the service tech told me that there was a back -up and they just brought my car in and it would take another 1 1/2 hrs to complete. I told them this is unacceptable since nobody told me, and i have been sitting here thinking my car is being serviced, and all along it was sitting out back waiting to be brought in. I asked to see a manager and they sent the director out to apologize and told me that he had 3 people out sick and there was nothing he could do about it. This should have been brought to my attention earlier when I brought my car in to be serviced . The kicker to this ---is I had an appointment set up weeks in advance for the exact time which they never honored. They might want to change there name from Priorityto Dont care dealership.
I dont recommend priority automotive to buy cars. The priorities for life seems like a deal but they get their money back when they do their free inspection and a random bulb the size of a newborn pinky is $100 to replace and cant pass inspection if it isnt(even though it is an interior light)

Priority Hyundai is the best dealership on military highway. This is our 5th car with Allen Smalls and his team because they make your buying experience pleasant and relaxed. I never feel pressured, they conduct business with integrety (very respectful of our time) and we always drive away feeling like we got a great deal. I bought a used car from priority and I ve been having trouble with it ever since. The manager (John Mason) refuses to fix anything on the car that is not under warranty . If its wasnt for the warranty I would have been out hundreds of dollars. They pride themselves on honesty..but they are not..they will sell you a lemon and claim its a machine what do you expect? I expect not to have to something go wrong every two months. I expect the dealership to diagnose the car before putting it on the lot or before selling it unexpected customers like me. You work hard and you save up to buy a decent car. Is it asking to much for companies as big as priority to be honest. Now am struck with paying to fix things on my car that should of been fixed with prior to me buying the car. My advice to customers NOT to believe the hype Priority for Life..NOT! Especially if its a used one!

I like priority... service was a little slow on today March 14th 2018. I was due for oil change and tire rotation, had an 10:30am appointment. I arrived at 10:30 and left at 3:30. Also my car was for due for service from last year January. I inquired about it, they said theyll be right with me. After 2 hours I had to go back and look for them..

Took my Chevy Colorado in after getting a power reduced signal oh the dash. had to wait a week for a Powertrain control module to come in after being told it was at the warehouse and would be in shortly only to be told the next day its on back order. End up paying 400 on rental the rental vehicle 1080 on the the repair abbr as soon as I get the truck back its still sputtering, and my change oil signal is on 1000 miles early. I hop right back out of the vehicle to go tell Raymond Korchak the service tech who seemed to care less over this whole process, the issue abbr he tells me it will take time for the computer to configure. 2 weeks later still having same issues, check engine light back on, add back today to get it squared away. As soon as I walk up tho the sane service tech I dont get a hello how may I help you out anything just typing away on his computer as Im standing in front of him. So I say hello, I an here to bring my trick back in, An D without liking up from his computer mumbles is it doing something weird? I re-explain Anns he says you can wait in the lobby while we check it out. I turn on circles as I look fit the waiting area he hasnt shown me yet, And then realizes he hasnt told where the waiting room is. Ill update this after the results cone back.So after about a 5 hour wait, which Im not too upset about because I did show up without an appointment. The vehicle appears to be running okay now apparently they missed an update when they were installing be powertrain control module so that may be what the issue was a multi cylinder misfire was fine when they did a diagnosis. They werent able to get an exact replication of the issues I had throughout the two weeks I was having the vehicle while they were trying to drive around but the update to the ECM seems to have done the trick so far. Customer service is still kind of lacking in my opinion but the vehicle appears to be running okay today, after bringing it back to the dealership.I
Made an appointment for 9:30am. Greeted (if you can call it that) by a lady who bearly said anything, just scanned a barcode on my vehicle, told me to leave the car running, door open and to go see the short bald guy in the corner who would get to you when he gets to you.The advisor, Ray, was thankfully much more personable and pleasant to deal with. After signing the appropriate paperwork he showed us to the waiting area & pointed out the childrens corner.After 2 hours a tech who had been in & out getting coffee, came over and asked if he could treat the kids to a snack out of the vending machine. His kindness was much appriciated!After a 2.5 hours (which seems absurd for having had an appointment) Ray came to get us. In the process of packing up the kids and heading out I got misplaced. I asked where I needed to go to pick my vehicle up for service and was told to go out the same way you came in. Not helpful and made me feel even sillier than I already did for being turned around.Not sure what priority Priority Chevrolet puts its emphasis on, but today it definitely wasnt customer service. There are some great people who work there and I do not mean to belittle those individuals in the least, but overall Priority Chevrolet is too big for their own britches and should really assess their standard operating procedures to make it a more seamless experiance for the customers who SHOULD be the priority!

I didnt like how my inspector try to downgrade my damages to my carI Pay right much car insurance for my cars and I want whats due to me for every damage that was done to my car. But after calling the 1-800 number the next day I got what was due to me.
