General Manager Mr Moheed rates a 5 for his great customer service, professionalism and promptness. He resolved a 4 year issue I had with Nissan prior to his current role as GM with ease and fairness. I overall rate Banister Nissan a 2 for their lack of follow up, attention to detail and poor customer service. A particular note to the customer...Please ensure you check VIN numbers at purchase before leaving this dealership to ensure you have the right car on your paperwork. This will avoid years of frustration getting it corrected.

Great place and great customer service. Bought my car here and kept coming back for service and for a new car! A lot more friendlier and relaxed than other Nissan dealerships! Truly felt at home here!

Came in today to pick up a license plate bracket I ordered online. The guy at the front desk (didn’t catch his name) was super quick and polite, and helped find someone who could install it for me. Christian took care of the installation right away, and I was in and out with my front license plate installed in maybe 15 minutes. Fantastic service all around.

Very informative of my car service and pricing.

One star for customer service. After being told my car would be ready on Monday, I called several times that day and kept getting the run around.None of the service advisors were available when I called and I was told that my provider would call me right back. After three attempts to get them to call me back, I called again and was told that most everyone was gone for the day. The one person still there was not able to tell me anything about my cars status. If the car isnt ready, stuff happens, but I have a job and need to inform my boss if I have to take another day off. It shouldnt be such a struggle to get an answer.
