It’s a shame that zero stars aren’t possible. They were VERY unprofessional. I had the car there for vandalism my car got keyed should have taken no more than a couple weeks. It took them 1.5 months for the repair I had to extend the rental multiple times because they can never give me a solid date as to when the car would be ready. I checked on my car after hours on a Sunday and found it sitting there with the garage door open ON A SUNDAY AT 8pm!!!! Someone could have stole my car!! Then it was supposed to be ready the following Wednesday they pushed it back to Friday and when I got there Friday it looked exactly the same way it did on that previous Sunday. They never communicated anything with me I had to call and check on my car every time I called they said they would call me with an update and I never received one. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a “business” I DONT NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. you’re better off fixing the car yourself!!

They do everything on time and professionnels. The réceptionist was helpful and beautiful 😊

While, in the end, our repairs finally got done, we had to force them to redo the work twice. When the work finally was done correctly it was decent enough but because we had to make them do the same work 3 times we were without our car for almost 3 weeks on what should have been a 2-3 day job. Totally unacceptable.If you get work done here make sure you check over your vehicle carefully when they return it. Some of their technicians lack attention to detail and appear to try to cut corners.

Weve had 2 cars repaired by R-Tech and both times the customer service and workmanship was impeccable. You cant even tell there was ever anything done to the cars at all. Im thrilled with the outcome and will definitely be a repeat customer for life!!!

Thought the Dealership made a great recommendation ....NOPE!the basis of this review is on the timely follow-up . R-tech customer service was initially ok. They have had our vehicle for several + day .. I do understand mix-up and delays. The main thing is to communicate with clients and insurance companies that our waiting on ETAs and responses. They must have gotten tired of Me calling asking when my vehicle would be finished, that when I called to check the representative at R-tech proceeded to just rush and tell me my car is almost finished .. How did he know it was me ? (unprofessional) it doesnt matter how many times I call. The correct response would have been to ask for my name, go check and then tell me what time it would be ready !!!! my insurance company tried to get us to go somewhere else .. now Im thinking we should have done that ... We havent got our car yet this review is based on Customer Service alone !! #1 Customer want communication and to feel like you are taking consideration of time .. because R-Tech wants the payment to paid on time RIGHT!

Zero stars are not possible. Totally unprofessional. I had the car there for a not huge front crash repair. The airbags didn’t go off. They quoted for the repair $2500 and raised the quote after having the car for a day by 56%. But first I had to make a $1,600 down payment.It took them 1.5 months for the repair. The worst thing is that Beach Ford endorsed them.

Ive had lots of work done at Rtech for over 10 years. The owner and all of his staff are always friendy and the quality of work is the best in Hampton Roads. These guys have my business forever!!!
