I have not bought a vehicle in over a decade and this team made the experience perfect for me. Starting with Trevor, he walked me through ordering my dream car with updates on the build when it was entering new stages in the process. Every question I had he was quick to reply with exactly what I needed. Basically, from start to finish he walked me through the process and made it a breeze. He did miss one important update I will admit. On the day I was scheduled to come in and do the final paperwork because my vehicle was in transit and to be there that week, I turned the corner and saw that it was there. I smiled and knew it had to be mine with the protective wrapping still inside and out. When I saw him he started laughing and told me he didnt text me today cause he wanted it to be a surprise. It sure was! Awesome job Trevor and I really appreciated what you did for me. Caught me off guard but in a good way! He is the exact opposite of what you think of as a car salesman. Never pushed me in a different direction and worked with me on prices. Awesome!Next I was able to talk to Justin about my vehicle protection. She was extremely informative and knowledgeable with her portion of the process. We went over some options and as the trend continued, all my questions were answered. She listened to me ramble about wanting this car forever and we had a few good laughs.I was able to get a tour of the dealership with Kyle. He walked me through the property showing me different areas that I may need in the future making sure I wasnt gonna get lost.Lastly, I met Levi to discuss different options for financial protection. He went over a some options and scenarios about the importance of coverage. He was professional but like all others mentioned above, easy going and a joy to talk to.I guess Ill go ahead and wrap this up because its time to go out for a late night drive but I want to leave with this. We are traveling the country pulling our 5th wheel when we got a warning on our Ram that the DEF unit needed servicing or it would shut the truck down to 5 MPH in 150 miles. Although, I did not use Southern Dodge. I was treated very very well. I went in to get an offer on my wifes vehicle and they offered more than 3 other dealerships and 2 online companies. While I waited for for the offer to come back, Demetrius offered me a snack and a drink. He gave some information I was unaware of even after my research to get top dollar for the vehicle. We drove up from FL for a long weekend vacation in VA Beach. We his a rough part of road and the belly pan snapped off on our Dodge Charger!! We immediately started calling around to Dodge dealerships for a repair. We called Hall Chrysler and got a bit of a run around but we were told Greenbriar Dodge had the part and they gave us the part number. We called to see if they had the part and if they could 8 stall it. After confirming that they had the part we got transferred to service. Unfortunately we couldnt get through so we just decided to drive over there. Once we got there a very nice gentleman directed us to parts. We purchased the part and asked about them putting it on in the morning. We had anticipated that we would have to take time out of our vacation to come back in the morning for the repair due to it being later in the day. By this time it was about 4 p.m. To our surprise they offered to install the part right then and there!! We only got charged for parts and it only took a few hours of relaxation time out of our vacation. These guys went way above and beyond and we are so grateful for the excellent treatment we received!! We cant wait to spoil them with Yoshiis famous cheesecakes!!!

My vehicle was towed to this location after it was stolen to be re-keyed.It was in there service since early July with constant runaround on a completion date that finally came to fruition on September 3rd when I received a call that my vehicle was finally complete and ready for pick up.My insurance carrier paid their portion of the invoice & I arrived 9/8 to pay my remaining deductible amount only to be informed that actually I can’t pick up my vehicle because they haven’t received payment from my insurance company. When at the time of payment I received a payment issued email and it’s also listed as a check being sent in the app under my claim.Still Greenbrier Dodge refused to release my vehicle to me. Service manager conveniently wasn’t available. We were given his phone call number and heard the sales manager tell him we were calling.This man still didn’t pick up! Horrendous service. Once they decide to finally release my vehicle I will never give this location any more business!Update: I’ve had my vehicle back since Saturday 9/11. Last night while in the drive thru it BROKE DOWN on my teenage son and wouldn’t accelerate or go into neutral!!! This dealership service department is a nightmare!!! I’m reporting to BBB.
They never called me back about my service appointment. Called three times throughout the day and left messages. So I went somewhere else. That simple. Whoever is in charge of the service department is really slacking big time. I hated this place, then they started to gain my trust again but now I’m out for good.

Called to make an appointment for a an oil change and a state inspection and was told they dont make appointments for them. It is a drive in express service from 7:30 to 4:30. Brought my vehicle in at 3pm and was told they could do the oil change but couldnt get the state inspection done until the next day could I leave the vehicle. I said yes they said they would try to get it done by the end of the day and give me a call in the morning. The next day by 11am still hadnt heard anything and couldnt get anyone on the phone just left messages. So I drove to the dealership to ask about my car and was told it still wasnt done they would call me. I received a call at 3:30 it was done. Completely unacceptable that they had to have the car for 24 hours for an oil change and state inspection when they wont let you make an appointment.
I cant say enough nice things about every employee I encountered while I was there. Everyone was so polite and friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Greenbrier Dodge for all your automobile needs.
The absolute worst service center I seen since buying cars. They want u to keep paying a service fee just to say nothing wrong when u can clearly feel and hear something is wrong with the car

Just happened to see a car driving by that looked like what i was looking for. We stopped and it was exactly the kind of car i was looking for. Casi helped me out and even tho they were extremely under staffed he took as much time as he could to get me set up. Gave me the keys and let me take it for a test drive. He even told me i could take it to grab lunch or whatever and take my time. the car was in incredible shape for 6 years old and was extremely low miles. we went and looked at other dealers but still ended up coming back. it was about $1,000 over what we were wanting to spend. Casi took the time to work out a deal and got it down to exactly what we were looking to spend. Out the door price after tax, title, registration, and fees was exactly where i wanted it. they took the time to get me the deal i wanted and took care of everything! i had full registration and license plates before i even left! plus a nice little warranty on the car. i will be going back for some stuff for my truck as well! great dealership and great people!

If I could give Greenbrier Dodge’s Service department a negative 5 I would! Please DO NOT take your vehicle here to get fixed! After having his vehicle for over a month (with no phone calls to us) I paid over $1700 to get my son’s car fixed. We were told that the PCM system needed to be replaced. When I went to pick it up it still didn’t start! Furious, I spoke with the service manager, I believe his name is Keith Walsh, and he assured me that if would be fixed the following day. The following day we pick it up and it started but, did not hold a charge. I called my service rep, Susan Ragan, who was very polite but, now It seems passive aggressively so! I am STILL waiting for them to tell me when I can send the car back to be fixed bc as promised, no one called! They did not respond to my attorney’s letter not to the BBB. When I looked at my receipts I saw many discrepancies…especially since the first service person quit and they couldn’t find out what she had initially reported was the case for my child’s car! Magically, they found her notes and the third receipt it says (there is a lot of issues with this car). They NEVER told us there were any kids issues besides the PCM. They are horrible and extremely unprofessional! I don’t care if you have a Dodge-I would HIGHLY recommend going to Acura next door…they are wonderful! Lastly, I called the GM and left a detailed message of concern and asked fir a return call back in June…I am still waiting😡

Having a terrible experience. I own a 2020 Rebel with less than 15k miles and have been in service for a leaking back window. The first diagnosis was incorrect. They sealed the roof seam which was not the culprit. The window leaked and once again I brought it back. They replaced the window and in the process of replacing it, damaged the 3rd break light seal. Because they had no gaskets in stock, their “certified” technician decided to use black sealant which dripped, hardened and adhered to the paint. After returning again, the dealer attempted to correct their screw up by scrapping the sealant off the paint which by the way was unsuccessful. They used what look like touch up paint to cover it up. Once again I complained and left my truck with the dealer. The dealer took it to another body shop to correct. Dealer still has not completed the repair and was not even aware of the status of my truck until today, the day is was supposed to be completed. After 2 weeks and telling nothing but incorrect information I found out today, that the truck is just getting painted. Getting in contact with service has been a pain in the butt. You ask for a person, they put you on hold to only hold for someone’s voicemail. The only way to get real story was to personally drive from Moyock NC to the dealership. Two things that stuck out while I was there. One, the GM’a response to a loaner vehicle. “they didn’t have to give me a loaner”. My reply, if your technicians did the job right the first time, I wouldn’t need a loaner. Second, as I walked back into the showroom, I overheard associates talking about me, as a “disturbance”. For those associates, I don’t think you would be a happy camper either.In short, my truck has been in and out of this dealership since March for the same issue and still not resolved. Customer service just terrible. I hope to hear back from someone higher than a GM who does have this customer in his best interest. “30 minutes”

Bought a used car from them, had to wait a week for it to be ready(no big deal). 4,000 miles later my alignment was so bad I had to replace tires, three days before my service appointment as the tire wear was unsafe and their alignment machine was down. I’m writing this from the customer lounge as I’m in for a oil change and to check why the parking assist light stays on. My cars been here for 4 hours and they haven’t even touched it. To add on they have no loaners available.
