Ive purchased a lot of Hondas from a lot of dealerships over the years and I am very pleased with the staff and service at this location. We went in looking to trade our Civic for an SUV. Christian Dean, the sales associate, found us just the right vehicle in our new to us CRV-EX. Dustin Backus, Finance Manager got us the most for our trade and gave us his honest opinion on our available options, which we truly appreciated. The whole process took very little time or effort. I absolutely love my Honda CR-V 2021 I love everything about this SUV because it has everything inside interiors to keep you safe on the Road . Guess all these reviews cant be positive. I made an appointment to come test drive a vehicle, after explicitly telling the lady I would likely buy the car on the spot. I get a text 4 hours before my appointment saying they sold it. Why make the appointment? Why make me take an hour off work early for nothing? I did not get the feeling they care about the customer, they just want the money.
They provide good service, but I wish they would stop always trying to upsell services that just arent needed. (Flushing the brake fluid the last few times we had an oil change? Come on!). And charging $36 to patch a tire leak - way out of line. Still they try to get us in and out as quickly as they can, but please just perform the service we ask for and leave it at that?
Incredible spot. I looked at car prices within 2 hours of Chattanooga, and Economy Honda had the best price. They even had the car pulled up and ready to go when I arrived! Everyone there was phenomenal, and I was able to complete the whole process over my lunch break!

Update,,,,Honda did reach out to me to make it up to me. Accidents do happen .They offered me voucher for a free oil change on next visit.Brought car in for oil change, brake fluid change and rotate tires, car was washed, looked good when I picked it up !But got maybe 15 miles away headed home and low tire pressure came on.My brother came out with Air compressor to check them, 2 of the tires were 10-12 lbs low.They may have been a little low to begin with, but the light was not on.I would think by charging me $260, they would check the air pressure after rotating tires.

The service center has always been great, but I felt a little dissatisfied this time. I had a couple of small complaints that were dismissed with excuses. This was after I sat in the garage wondering around until someone greeted me. The service took a while and as the service director and I were talking about the service, he found out that the mechanics forgot to do the alignment. The director got that taken care of and I got a $30 coupon for the additional wait. The car was nice and clean when finished. It is hard to accept less when I’ve had over achieving service before.
After going to so many different dealerships, I was losing hope. Most of the dealerships did not care to work with you but sell you whatever car they can get you to buy. I was looking for a particular car. Many dealerships later I tried Economy Honda Superstore. I right away noticed the difference. I started working with Danny, he was so understanding, patient and was very helpful and willing to worked with me. They were amazing! Out of all the deal ships I went to and I went to a lot (been looking for this car for 5 months). I finally found it! I would 100% recommend them! Best Dealership hands down! Thank you guys!!!!!

Purchase my 2021 Civic EX-L from Economy Honda. My salesman SAL was great to work with. It was raining that day and he was willing to do just about anything for my comfort and convenience which was nice of him. He made picking the car out, test driving and purchasing much more pleasant than I expected. I commend Sal for his friendliness and professionalism. I pretty much got the deal I wanted. My trade was fair and they came off MSRP which I expected. After agreeing on the deal John the accessories MGR showed me the different items available for my Civic. I ended up purchasing the upgraded rubber floor mats and trunk tray and their mud flaps which look good on the car. I could have saved a few bucks buying those on-line but this way I got them that day and installed which was good for me. Its anybodys guess whether I could have got a better deal elsewhere, but I like Economy Hondas location and so far they have treated me well. Im keeping my fingers crossed when I get the car serviced or if I ever need warranty work Ill experience the same level of professionalism Ive seen so far.

Best dealership service environment I’ve experienced. If service prices continue to be comparable with other non dealer service shops, I’ll definitely continue using Economy Honda for service.
Economy Honda was just fantastic. My brother, sister, and I have all bought Hondas from them and each has had more or less a good experience. Economy worked with me via text and phone calls and very graciously held a car for me for over a week after I experienced a family emergency. Kiesha, Brad, Jose, Austin, John, and Dustin were very helpful. Because we were able to conduct most business and negotiate over the phone, I was able to trade in my old car and was in and out of Economy Honda with my new car in under two hours! The car was a little more than I wanted to pay, but thats the way it goes sometimes. Great car. Great buying experience. Great people.

The gentleman man that we had to last meet in the process to sign all the paperwork was awesome in every way. It always helps to have someone in a business with a great and positive attitude and who is upbeat! The car I purchased I was torn between it and another car from another car lot but for some reason I drawn back to Honda economy and an glad. Always go with your gut instinct. By the way the place was very clean. Only advise I’d give would be that while customers is sitting there waiting there should be an area where one can have FREE water and not from a water fountain or should not have to purchase a soda product. It to should be free since after all your making your sales. Other than that...great place and great sales man!!

Buyer beware if you not purchasing the actual Certified Honda brand. Tested windshield wipers before purchasing along with oil, etc. Drove back to Nashville, only to find the entire apparatus of wiper on driver side was missing. Took car in one month after purchasing as front rims were darkening only to find out yes, Economy had replaced the pads, but with the cheapest pads possible. Highway commuting and both front and back had to be replaced. I realize I purchased an older car with low mileage and expect repairs to come. I did not expect repairs to come from items dealership said had been checked for not only safety but mechanical issues. Additionally, I had to drive back to Chattanooga from Nashville because I got the runaround so much regarding my title and registration did not come and the temp tag expired. Love the car. The dealership honesty definitely NOT so much.Will be absolutely happy to provide input. We have spent over 5K on this car since we purchased it. Brakes, electrical caused by the taillamp with moisture you refused to replace when we asked, new windshield motor, It has taken us to August to finally get to the point the check engine light has been off for more than a month.
I went in for a service recall for safety issue on the second row seating on a Saturday. I also added a request for lubricating on the side doors. They got me in and out and a very short time. The facility was clean, helpful, and they explained what was going to be done and how much time would take. Great job!
Just bought a used vehicle from here and the whole experience was A+. The employees that worked with us (Charles and Michael) were super helpful with the purchase and also transparent with the price breakdown and what would work best for us. I was scared that they would try to throw in hidden fees since we were going to pay cash for the vehicle, but they didnt do that which helped keep our cost down to where we needed it to be. I had a great experience Chris was amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable this is my first ever Honda and I am pleased with all the bells and whistles but I wish the special edition had a sunroof it should. I am veteran and the only way I could get the 500 hundred off is to finance thur Honda but I am a veteran everyday not just when I can benefit from it with that being said it shouldn’t matter who you finance with you it actually is a form of prejudice to me. Chris was GREAT!!!!!

I shopped around for a car here a few months back. Sales employees and the manager were all friendly and helpful. The reason for the one star deduction: hidden costs. Whatever price they quote you on a car, add an extra $1000 to that figure before taxes, because they charge you for some bogus upholstery protector and other additions that are already installed on every single car on the lot that cant be removed. When youre shopping around, take this into account, because they wont tell you this until you actually show up to the dealership.

Their support is very informative and helpful. Answered all my questions before I arrived through texts and emails. When I got there Sal showed me my new car. He was awesome. DJ did an excellent job recommending services that were actually needed and explained which services were not due yet. I came in for an oil change and brake service. He advised the brakes still had plenty of life left and advised possible causes and steps they took to minimize the sounds I was hearing.

I recently had my oil changed but the tire rotation wasnt included as part of the service so when the recall was done I had my tires rotated, it would be great if the tire rotation was included in the oil change. The tire rotation is an additional charge. It would be nice to have drinks and snacks in the customer waiting room as Neither was available. . Seems like the service is minimal and not what I would expect after purchasing a brand new car.
