This was the 2nd time Ive had to have an emergency tire replacement & they were so quick & efficient! Low cost & good customer service! I highly recommend them!

We hit a pothole traveling thru Chattanooga & were directed to Mr. Ts at 5:30pm on a Friday. It was a unicorn...a run-flat tire so I wasnt very hopeful. Mr. Ts just happened to have a match, and had us fixed & on our way in 10-minutes! The cost was a fraction of what we spent the last time this happened to us in Nashville. These guys are Angel Mechanics!!

Mr Ts Interstate Tire Inc. shop is the place to go for friendly and fast service. When I pulled up a gentleman came out to see what I needed, I told him I needed a tire repaired, he had me pull in the shop and then proceeded to start the process of repairing the tire. It only took 15 minutes and I was back on the road. Good price as well for the repair. If the need requires I will definitely return to Mr Ts Interstate Tire Inc shop.

The guys here got me in with 25 minutes left before close. They never showed anything but appreciation for my business and they replaced all four tires for a great price. I dont usually go with used tires but I would recommend these guys and they earned a customer for life after my first visit. Great job guys and thanks!

I love these guys! Had two tires on my car in about 20 minutes, $80 for both. Offered a drink for me while I wait. The owner is super thrilled they have a mechanic to do work now as well.

These guys saved me and my friend !!! I called ahead and found the tire we needed slightly used for $30! Tire looks new, has great tread, and they got us out of there in 20 minutes. Every where else I called had to order or the charged from $110-$200, which was was way out of budget! Thank you!

I was told it was going to be $600 to have 4 new tires mounted on my car by another shop. Called Mr. Ts and they put 4 sightly used tires on for $140 (plus tax)!! The guy that greeted us was kind and offered my kids and myself free sodas!! Yall these guys were stocked full of free snack cakes and and drinks for customers while they wait!! They got the job done quickly, my children were occupied eating snacks and sipping drinks during the wait and my Acura rides so much better now!! Would revisit this place for any future needs and recommend anyone to go there!! Thank you guys at Mr. Ts for taking such great care of us!!!

Horrible service. They lied to my face repeatedly about the amount of tread left on my tires. After showing them multiple reports from over tire shops saying that the tires were in no driving condition they refused to refund me even after I told them I around wrecked in the rain from the low tread tires and they failed to balance the tires. All four were out of balance. They denied even selling me the tires until I showed them a receipt. If I could give lower stars, I would give them a negative star.

Second time Ive been here and both times theyve done whatever they could to make my time with them great even though it was only 8 mins. Fast and reliable. Thanks guys

They were busy but as always it just took a matter of Minutes for them to get me in and out.Theres only two guys and I got like new tires for next to nothing and it always pays to call àhead and make shure they have your size. Ive been going there for about six years and will continue to.

Theyve always had my size tires, and are quick about getting them on and getting me on my way. The price is reasonable and the tires, while used, still have plenty of tread on them. My only complaint is that they dont balance them. They also offer a 30 day warrenty!

This place is great! I called to make sure they had some used tires and the did. When I got there, they had me pull in and they put on the tires. It took about 10-15 mins at the max from the time I got there till I was leaving. Plus they have a ten day warranty on the tires they put on. I would go there again for my used tire needs

I bought 2 used tires for my truck. The tread on the tires was good and they mounted them and had me on my way very quickly. Price was good and they were friendly. Good experience. Will be returning for 2 more in a few days.

Ive used Mr. Ts several times before. I think theyve increased their price, it was $35 per tire today but that included mounting the tire on the rim and balancing. I thought it was $30 not too long ago, so I think theyve been going up a little bit on their price. Their lot was more organized today with the tires grouped by size. The guy that helped me was knowledgeable, and he didnt mind taking the old tire and rim out of my truck and then putting the new one (well new to me) tire and rim back in the truck, which I appreciated. I dont know of a better place in Chattanooga to get used tires unless you go to the salvage yard downtown and pull a wheel and tire yourself.

If I could give them 0 stars I would I bought a tire here the day before Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving morning I wake up to go to my family dinner and get down the driveway and my tire was flat I take it back there this morning and the tech tries to tell me that I ran over something and got a hole in it and it will cost between 15 and 20 dollars to plug it! So I paid 35.00 for a tire which I really believe they knew it had a hole in it I will never be back I will take my service elsewhere like affordable tires or Shipley tires Buyer beware very sketchy place!

After mounting the tire on the rim, he will have you go inside to pay, while he puts the tire on the car without balancing it. Said you dont balance the rear. Have someone watch him or go someplace better.

Great place only $140 for a set of four and they had 80 percent tread left!!! Only thing is dont call asking about if they have your tire size because they will say no. You have too actually go there and theyll look for you!!

Have never been disappointed, and I have used them quite a bit. They have a 10 day warranty that they have made good on when I came back in. The only thing is, it is pretty dirty but its a used tire place so dont expect too much. It does have a waiting room and tv though and I believe a vending machine.

I called and asked if they had my tire, he didnt even check and said he did, which I thought was surprising considering very few people have my special tire. Well, I asked if he would save it for me, and he said First come first serve. I understand its a business, but you didnt check and you wouldnt help a customer.Plus, my tire popped on my way to get that tire he had, which I never got.

Dont go here! Got a replacement set of tires and as soon as I left my car was shaking uncontrollably. I immediately went back, and found out they didnt balance the tires because they didnt have any metal clips to do so. They shouldnt even be replacing tires if this was the case, its unsafe.

Cheap? Yes. Fast? Yes. Reliable? No. Quality? None. I needed two tires for my impala. I called and asked if they had my specific size, a guy over the phone said, Yes. Come on down. The price was right, but the quality of the tires were horrible. My wife and i head down there and come to find out, he doesnt know if he has them. So we rode all the way from Hixson to the ass end of Lee Hwy to be told, Come back tomorrow and Im sure Ill have them. Like a dumbass, i went back the next day. It got there the next day and he had the tires. I noticed some funny noises when I drove away. I went to get the tires balanced and found out, they gave me one tire that was warped, no they do not rotate or balance your tires after theyve been put on. So he replaced the warped tire. The sound continued so I thought maybe I need a front end alignment. Well everything that happens, happens for a reason. A metal wire poked a hole in one of the new tires and I was determined not to go get a new tire and maybe use fix a flat on the hole. That was a lot of work with no result. So I took it to Tire Discount to have it inspected and see if they could plug the hole. Come to find out, that tire had already been plugged once on the outside of the tire. The outside. Where it does not make sense to plug a hole because thats where you lose traction the fastest so the plug was bound to give out eventually. If you know anything about tires, the tread was at 1 32 psi. 3 to 1 on your tire tread makes you lose wet weather traction. 9 to 7 is great 6 to 4 is still good but start to think about some new ones in the upcoming months, and 3 to 1 is dangerous. That was the tread on both tires. So screw it, I just bought some brand new tires. That annoying sound I kept hearing is gone, the car drives amazing and I will never go back to this company.

Bought a tire a on Friday it was already losing pressure by Sunday went back on Monday to get the tire swapped out, only to find out they put the same tire back on just added pressure went back a 3rd time because I was still losing pressure couldnt get it swapped because they had kept my receipt Ladies if you go get tires from This Place Make sure you get out the car and watch them change it out because they will put the same tires on your car Mark it with a bright color marker take a picture of it before going or l be prepared to get beat out your money this is highway robbery at its finest I do not recommend this company if i could give it 0 Stars I would not a honest company

Horrible customer service at this location. The tire technician had a VERY foul mouth and rude attitude and the owner was more concerned about calming him down and helping him than about my complaint with his attitude and mouth. I was told by the technician that all of the used tires here have holes and require plugs in them and got mad when i said i didnt want a plugged tire. Buyers of used tires here BEWARE!!! The price might be right but is your safety worth a few dollars? Mine wasnt.
