These guys were the best and very professional! Me and my family were out of town when my front wheel bearing started to go bad. Hey Patrick & Stephen are the best! I drove up a little after 8am on Saturday and they got right to my car. Patrick was so professional and down to earth. Stephen did a great job and worked quickly. I went in to get my car inspected before a road trip, as another shop had told me I had a blown head gasket (which was later proven false by the great guys at Maxi). I also went in having problems with my car not running any hot air. They were transparent and honest through the whole process and had a very short wait time. Jason helped me understand everything they were doing and flushed my heater core for a great price and replaced the radiator cap. Great dudes, would recommend to anyone and everyone needing car work done.

I sat at a coffee shop and did extensive research on the best price for a mechanic all up and down the highway between Ooltewah and Chattanooga. I must have called 15 places. Patrick at Maxi gave me the best price, by a long shot. Furthermore, he and his team squeezed me in at the end of the day on a Friday so that I could get on the road. I came here in a bit of a situation. My radiator hose broke apart as I was driving down the interstate. First, I took my car to Firestone and found they were charging ridiculous prices to fix this issue. I then brought my car here and Steven was extremely helpful and got my car in and out In a great amount of time and came in about $100 cheaper than Firestone. Would definitely recommend for anybody in a situation like I was!

Its a decent shop. For the most part, youre going to get an honest inspection of your car and treated with respect. I wish they would wash their hands before jumping in the car to pull it out of there garage though.

I havent taken my car anywhere but maxi muffler for many years,I have had several cars but maxi is all I trust with any of them,I started out for many years with the store in East Ridge with Patrick and Steven and the rest of crew there,but recently when Patrick and Steven moved to Lee Highway of course I followed them there.They are the best 2 mechanics I have ever dealt with in my 54 years of driving,if you want good work and truthful advice on your car then Patrick and Steven are the best,from oil change to more complicated auto care I wouldnt ever consider going anywhere else.

Donnie and his staff were a life saver. I was traveling through Chattanooga on my way to DC when my van’s check engine light came on and started bucking. Donnie is a true professional, an expert in his field, and takes pride in his work. He was quick to get my van in and systematically deduced what was wrong. Excellent place! My car wouldnt start yesterday and I had the vehicle towed to this location. They couldnt seem to replicate the issue and the car started just fine, but when I went to pick it up I asked if there was any charge for the troubleshooting and they said not to worry about it. The time they spent on it was free of charge -- great guys! Easy to work with!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys! Went to another place because of proximity to my house/ car overheating, but will not do that again after learning that they were over charging me. These guys were honest, knowledgeable, and more than helpful in negotiating with the other place. They Saved me almost $300. First of all good people the only problem I had took my car there two separate times to get checked engine light off first time I pick up my car everything was supposed to be fine a day later check engine light back on took it back they put a new Cadillac converter on check engine light back on Iand call back they tell me its the transmission code I with they would have told me up front before I put all of that kind of money in the car

STOLEN VEHICLE!! Do not trust your keys being left in the car after hours for you to come pick up. While the service was great it doesn’t balance out the fact that no one even so much as apologized or showed any regard for my brother’s truck being stolen right off their lot prior to him being able to come pick it up. They will not take responsibility of any kind bc they told my brother over the phone they’d be leaving the keys in it under the floor mat. Now my brother has no vehicle and no way to buy a new one. They don’t even care. What kind of people don’t show basic human empathy? Extremely disappointed with these folks who initially impressed us.

I got up this morning knowing I had to pull a hub assembly on a 2005 Kia Sorento, after pulling the assembly I ventured out to find a shop that would press the old bearing out and press the new one in. I went to several places that happened to be closed, ( on Saturday). So I headed to maxi care care on lee highway here in Chattanooga. Upon walking through the door, Donnie greeted me and I explained my delimma. Donnie stated that he was closing in 15 minutes but you know what? Donnie helped me get what I needed done with no problem. I will return to this particular shop as well as refer my friends. Great job Donnie and thank you and your staff for helping me out.

I took my 2010 Ford F-150 here about 2 weeks ago to let them look at the Air Conditioning. They called me back later that afternoon and told me that after they hooked a vacuum up to the compressor that I needed a new A/C compressor along with some other expensive parts. The most expensive thing that could go wrong did go wrong. Before giving them the $1400 to fix it as they tried to push me for, I wanted a 2nd opinion. I took it to Marshal Mize Ford in Hixson where I bought the truck. After they looked at it it, the compressor was working perfectly and all i needed was a $100 worth of work. I would not take any vehicles to these guys for any work. They are crooks and the guy that told me it was a compressor should be fired!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its a shame that companies try to do this to honest people. I wonder how many other times they have done this?
