The process of purchasing my vehicle was really fast & easy. But it wasn’t even a month before my check engine light came on and I took it to get service. My so called service advisor Caleb didn’t even kept me updated at all! I would call him he was never available. Left many voicemails he not once returned my call but only once. They couldn’t find the other problems my truck was having so they had to take it next door to Chevrolet. I had to call their service people in order to get updates on my truck! Again this was like a month later and still no word from my service advisor at Nissan. Came to the point where I had to call my sales rep to find information of my truck. This was in the beginning of October. & yet still I don’t have vehicle. And still no word from Caleb (so called service advisor). DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICE HERE!

So I traveled there to look at a car and they actually sold me the same type of car with less miles and better condition for a price very similar. Overall a great experience, people were very nice, Mo was my salesman and cannot say enough good things about him. The after-sales experience is terrible, the attention of Perla and Luis, once we bought the car was terrible, at first they harassed us to put a good review in exchange for putting gas in our car (thats how it happened), they promised. a business since July that they did not comply, they made us go to their office on multiple occasions and only through calls from July to November, we received the money, product of the initial business (we gave it to the people who needed it) because we were not willing to leave it in the hands of these two salesmen who lie to us to do a business. Too bad, really wicked this kind of action. I do not understand how Perla and Luis call themselves sales representatives of a company and a brand, which they make look bad, disrespect customers and lack of keeping their word. Johnathan Cherry was amazing, he got me in the same day, sold me the Audi A3 that day, the buying process was easy, he got me what I wanted for a trade, where I needed to be monthly, etc. It was a no pressure buying experience, he was honest and made me feel complete peace with my decision on my first luxury vehicle, I had been shopping for over 5 months. I could not say enough good things about him and the managing staff, they had heard I had gotten into an accident and called me to see if I was okay, and invited me in, and wrapped up a deal on a new car! They were caring, and they operate with integrity. Nykkytta Lane in finance was absolutely amazing as well, she explained everything to me in a way that I understood and felt peace, and they stayed late to close the deal and help me take stuff out of my old car. After loosing our car (total loss) in a car accident, my husband nor I was looking forward to having to go through the car buying experience again. i absolutely HATE car dealerships and all that comes with it usually. I worked with who my friend referred us to (John McCullough) and John is the BEST! My visit to Scott Clark Nissan was great. I just so happen to get an appointment on a Saturday an oil change and tire rotation service. Well I thought I would be waiting at least two hours will my service I was only there maybe a little over an hour from check in to completion. The service attendants were very polite. I will definitely return to this location.

Bought car here. No issues. But first time service here and was very disappointed. Had an appointment for a simple oil change. 4 hrs later and nothing was done! No follow up calls or update from service advisor. Took my car and left. Taking my business elsewhere.

While we experienced a wait to check in for service and an extended wait for the service to be completed, the experience my daughter and I had with Mario Herrara (Service Advisor) exceeded expectations. I am in the process of training my daughter on how to take care of her vehicle. We were in for an oil change and Mario went above and beyond to help me in my quest to educate her on what to expect when she comes into the dealership. He took the time to show her what was discovered by the service technicians and explained the options depending on what was found as they proceeded with the service. When the service was complete he explained what had been done on the car and what was captured on the multi-point inspection summary. I have had many negative experiences with service departments at car dealerships. However, Mario made this experience (which happened to be my daughter’s first visit to a dealership) an extremely pleasant and positive one. I appreciate Mario’s focus on superior customer service.

Had made an appointment to get a spare key made for my car. Asked for a quote and was told it would approximately $90 plus tax. 2 hrs later, Im told its $281 because they had forgotten that the electronic key needed to be programmed. Had I known this when I asked for an estimate, I would have ensured there were other options like a valet key vs. a $281 key fob.Was to say the least frustrated that it was too late to make a conscious decision of a different choice.
First of all, Mo is amazing to work with. Nissan staff is exceptional. Not only did I find exactly what works for me but the warranty was incredible. My experience from beginning to end was top notch and within two hours or less I drove off in my new car! Hands down the best!! I took my car in for repair on a Friday, and they not only took care of what needed repaired, but were able to quickly fix a few other things they diagnosed while there! My experience with Scott Clark Nissan was beyond pleasurable . Robert was the young man who helped me and explained everything about what issues my car was having. I pulled in at 7:30AM and from the moment I got outta my car I was greeted with good morning and a smile. Robert explained my car had a few recalls and they would take care of those things on top of fixing what I came there for. Those group of guys were so nice and answered every question I had. I walked outta there feeling good about the service and getting my baby back to where she needs to be back on the road again.
They missed a nail in my tire once, telling me I needed over $1000 to fix it. Took it somewhere else, was just a nail and they patched it. Last time I took my car in to be serviced, they lost my rental car reservation, so I had to go back the next day

After spending over $800 to have my car serviced on items that I thought I had to do after telling the service manager that I had seen an engine light. they did a check for previous codes but they did not do a diagnostic check by the time I had gotten home there was an engine light on. I live an hour away. On the phone they say to leave the light on and come back wonder what more can be wrong over $800 and how much damage can be done driving with the engine light on

I had the best experience at Scott Clark Nissan. Robert, my service advisor was very polite and helpful. I look forward to having my truck serviced there again in the future.

I was informed when I first got my car I would’ve have to pay for a oil change for the first year or certain miles. Well! I got my first oil change with Scott Clark Nissan and was told there’s a fee. Due to something I cannot even explain.

I came to this location because it it the closest to my new home. I used to go to Lake Norman but now that’s too far to go to service my car. I was reluctant because I was in love with Lake Norman. I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised that I love Scott Clark on South Blvd just as much. The ease of scheduling an appointment, the ease of being notified what meds to be done with the pricing, to the people that check you in and out.
The staff and technicians are as always incredibly friendly. My critique is based on taking 3 hours for an oil change when I had a 9:30 appointment. Also despite the fact that I brought my own oil I still managed to come out of pocket by over $300. I understand everybody has to make money but this felt excessive given that 2/3s of the bill was in labor.
The service itself is always great. The prices for an oil change and tire rotation are definitely reasonable ($78 for my 16 Rogue), as well as just a few dollars for a new battery in my key. The staff are friendly but it is always an absolute sales atmosphere. I had a nail in my tire, on the tread (not the sidewall). I told my wife to ask how much a plug would cost. They stated the tire could not be plugged but highlighted the location in yellow. This again is good service. We like that kind of thing. Then they quoted my wife $600 as the least expensive tire they had, plus installation and insisted the tire desperately needed to be changed. If I went elsewhere I could find great quality brand name tires for the whole car for that price. It’s as if they assume we know nothing whatsoever about a reasonable cost for a quality tire and want to present an outrageously expensive tire as the lower end quality available. This kind of nonsense used to bug me a lot. Now, we just say we will get it taken care of but thanked them for their service and highlighting the location. We will continue to go there for basic services but we are also keenly aware we cannot trust them to be totally transparent when they want to sell us something. It’s sad really, because they would easily get a 5 star or even a full 10 out of 10 if it were not for this issue. They are outstanding in every other regard.
Good service experience. I appreciate the paper mats in the floorboards but I wish they’d make it easy to throw away when I pick up the car.

Don’t waste your time. Sales manager called me Back about an online appraisal after I had already told them that it was too low the first time. Went in to have time wasted and given the same number. Then the car we talked online went up almost 3k overnight to when we got to the dealership. Don’t waste your time.
This was one of the worst experiences I had ever received from a dealership. My 2015 Nissan Sentra has a recall warranty on the transmission. Since this car was bought pre-owned we got no notification of this warranty or future problems with the transmission. Now my transmission is acting up, I took it for a diagnostic and on the test it says that my transmission, engine, almost everything was in great shape except for my tires. You guys proceed to tell me that I need a whole new transmission even though on the diagnostic test it says that my transmission is fine. I felt taken advantage of because I went to this location by myself and not with my parents. Even when I went to drop my car off you guys told me the diagnostic would be free and then charged me $120 without explaining that if I didnt get my car fixed there would be a charge. We called the Nissan warranty place and they were very rude and told us that our warranty expired even though nobody has emailed, mailed letters, or called us to let us know my vehicle has a recall. When we called this location to talk to a manager we had to leave voice messages that never got returned. Ive never had a problem with this dealership before but I definitely wont be coming back.
I love working with Scott Clark Nissan. Their team its usually so helpful and friendly. Theres been a couple of times where I called and someone on the phone was rude. But the technicians are usually nice. They may not always be able to resolve the issue because sometimes its beyond the scope of what they can handle. But they do their due diligence. And I love the fact that they give free car washes. Something that Rock Hill Nissan should take note of.
An update to my initial post... I received a call from a manager with Scott Clark Nissan regarding concerns. We had a discussion and I was offered a resolution to my concerns. I appreciate the improved customer service and Mr. Deons willingness to rectify the situation. It is important to me to acknowledge when companies show good faith to improve customer service and that is what SCN did.I did not have the most positive experience and if I could rescind the deal, I would. I did not do my due diligence on the dealership; therefore, I accept some responsibility.

Every time I visit I’m told my lugs are stripped when they rotate my tires and they attempt to charge me over $200 to fix. However Scott Clark Nissan is the only one who rotates the tires so that means they are the ones who stripped them. I’m still waiting on a manager to call me back so I can come in and get my lugs fixed. Although I know this won’t happen and I’ll have to call and badger them like I do every time. F minus service.

This dealership had overcharged me hundreds of dollars on my last visit to get my new tires and to do my 120 thousand mile service when compared to the official quoted dollar amount by the dealership. The service rep doesn’t check invoices for accuracy before the customer pays. I caught the mistake or I would have paid hundreds extra and this dealership is already expensive. This dealership did refund the mistaken amount.
I’ve been super happy with my experience at Scott Clark Nissan. My sales experience was great and I come for scheduled service every 5,000 miles or so. They always have an appointment available within a few days and everyone I’ve interacted with at these appointments are friendly and especially courteous. They’ve never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. Highly recommend!

I had my breaks checked with the services department. The agent that helped me was friendly and went over everything thoroughly. The waiting rooms were clean and everyone was following Covid guidelines by wearing masks. I had my break pads and fluid replaced. The price was reasonable and they were efficient in fixing my car for me. I will definitely be returning to have my car serviced here in the future!
Ali was very helpful and knowledgeable. I walked into the dealership wanting a car but I wasn’t sure what would be the best fit for me depending on my budget and other factors. He was able to use my information and needs as a filter to get me to the perfect car for ME. I walked out of the dealership very happy with my new 2021 Nissan Altima. Financing part was went very smooth.

He kept in contact with me while I was home. When I returned to the shop, I was very pleased to see that my car had been sanitized, thoroughly inspected and updated for recalls, and even washed! My husband and I always wait for a while before speaking with a rep for service even with an appointment but this time took extra long. We provided a coupon for a complimentary oil change with filter and multipoint inspection but was told they “didnt send this coupon out from our dealership” bc the coupon was cut out so we were told they would only give half off (I had the rest of the coupon at home and turns out it was from Scott Clark). We had also brought the car in for a recall but no one followed up with that as well (we weren’t told that the part was ordered or when to come back in). We were also informed we’d receive a call if our car needed anything else other than what was mentioned above and to say when the service was completed but never received a call and then the service department closed for the day. Luckily someone was still there at 4:30p to help us out so we could get our car and they honored the coupon. Horrible experience!!!
My experience was very pleasant. The service manager, James Warren, that helped me was very helpful and communicated recommendations for my vehicle based on priority. Everyone that I interacted with was courteous as well. I will take my Nissan back to this location for maintenance services when and if the need to do so arises.

I worked with Robert Albert with service two days last week. He was extremely helpful. When I mentioned that I wouldnt be able to pay for the important repairs he told me about Sunbit for financing and found out I qualified for more than the amount needed. I came back the next day once I had the down payment and got the service done. He made sure to explain why certain things needed to be done asap and some could wait. He kept me up to date on what was happening when I was waiting. I definitely would work with him again.
Quinten is fabulous. He is well informed about the vehicles he sells and if something is not right, he will fix it. He is friendly and trustworthy. He is one of the hardest working people I know. He is also one of those people that everyone likes, because he is so straight-forward in his approach. He found me a great car for the money, addressed a few inevitable issues that arose. They helped me out and gave me a FREE of charge Diagnostic for me. Ask for Mario Herrera he helped me out and gave me professional service for my car. My mother also got a new car from here the same day and they helped her throughout the whole process and made sure that she was comfortable and happy with her purchase. My experience was very customer friendly. Everyone was cordial and helpful. The only negative came about after I left the dealership. My oil change inspection was not reprogrammed in my car, so I will have to return to the dealership to stop the popup reminder from coming on. That is why my score is not a 10.
My husband and I just purchased a car with Mo, and had an amazing experience!! The patience he had with every question I had and our 14 month old ripping and running around the office was incredible! Not only did he get us a lower price than what I originally settled on for the car, he did it for our insurance too, and he also met every need we had in what the car should have, AND did it all in less time combined than any other dealership we’ve been to!! 60k maintenance service. I pulled up into the service area on time of the appointment and wasn’t seen until after 10 minutes. Robert was our service consultant. Estimated time of service was told to be anywhere from 1 to 1.5 hours and after waiting for 2 hours in the lobby, went to the service desk to find out our service consultant had left for the day without handing over my paperwork to anyone. Complementary anti microbial wipe down was not satisfactory with used wipes left behind and I wasn’t told upfront they would charge for the supplies! I would only recommend this place for the competitive pricing.
Well the actual service on the car was great and the service friendly, but the department itself has an issue of communication. I left several calls and was not reached back. I feel like the department needs to fix its communication issues in order to service its customers better
The morning of 04/07/2021, Scott Clark Nissan serviced my vehicle and deserves five stars for the great customer service. I explained to Nigel Young that I had just got off from work and wanted to get home as soon as possible. I thought it went in one ear and out the other.
