I just want to say I went here today for the first time and want to say this place is awesome! Like honestly the best experience from the beginning to the end. And the prices for the eye glasses are great!

I have been going to this place since I was a child and returned as an adult. The experience was even better than I could remember. I enjoyed the new technology and fast service. The ladies are very helpful. I got my glasses in my fast and they were able to modify my fitting. I love my new glasses. I can see so much better. Thank you all for your help!

This place is amazing! The environment is nice, and the employees are also professional, especially Joanna and Camila. They are friendly, respectful, and they explain everything in detail. The staff are friendly and respectful. Though the waiting room can seem a bit disorganized with so many people waiting and the staff seem to take a while to attend to the people. With so many people showing up it’s understandable I guess, but maybe spreading out a bit more the appointment times could help. Overall it’s an ok experience. If they have quick availability and if the location is convenient, I would recommend this place to someone.

I give Carlos and the staff a 5 star. Following procedures, I was able to get my eyes examined by the team at Westminster Eye Care. Being surrounded by bi-lingual individuals makes me feel at home and not only that, its great to have someone who speaks both Spanish/English given the community is mainly Latino in that area. I’ve been a patient here for 5+ years.

Very pleased with my visit. Staff goes above and beyond to provide assistance from patient care to the dispensary department. One of the employees, Carlos did standout as being very attentive and collaborative.

I always spend more time than they would like in the gallery and all the associates are always so helpful and attentive, but Karina is the gold standard of customer service at Westminster Eye Care. I have many choices to shop for eyewear but I continue to come back to Westminster because of the service I receive from Karina.

Camila was so nice and welcoming, she helped me picked out my new glasses and I’m so in love with them. Have been going here for years since the location is convenient. Friendly staff most the time. The Doctors. actually dont take enough time trying to make sure you see correctly. They literally want to check you within 3 minutes. as if it were their eyes & can put any prescription on you & you will be ok.Another thing is, I always buy new glasses every year. Expensive ones & maybe contacts. This time i paid about 500 & both glasses were crooked as hell. There is no need to go pick up new glasses & they have to adjust them to be straight. The poor girl had to adjust both of them & one of them wouldnt budge & was trying to be careful because of the expensive frame. Who ever installs the glass on the frames needs better handling.

Landry is very lovely and very helpful, she makes me feel very comfortable when I come here to pick my glasses ! I love this place.

Been a patient for the past 20 years, love how they have the most updated brand frames. Landy and Karina are my favorite, positive attitude friendly, smile on her face and most important does the impossible so that I find eyewear.

Definitely deserves 0 stars. The waiting period here is horrible and everything is money. They give you the wrong prescriptions for glasses and alter them. The workers are doing nothing but talking and not providing the right service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

Unless your picking designer glasses, don’t expect any nice options. And don’t expect any of the girls to help you pick either.

I LOVE going here. They are so friendly and easy going! They answer all of the questions you may have fully and politely, are very helpful and are just all around very good at what they do. On top of that the wait time really is not bad at all! Definitely would recommend you go here.

Appointment was at 945 waited almost half hour until I went to desk and ask when was I going to be seen after waiting half hour already as I watched ppl go in before me who came after me my problem is them ladies there are not profit all they group into corners and talk like cackling hens instead of doing their jobs I have been going here for years and never had a problem until now I was so upset was about to leave and change eye doctor but I have the BEST EYE DOCTOR SUSAN CHAN and I couldn’t do it to her WESTMINSTER EYECARE get it together before u loose good business!!!!!!!

I have been going to Westminster Eyecare for over a year and have had great experiences with them. The staff is courteous and professional, their appointments run on schedule, and the Doctors have been terrific. I highly recommend Westminster Eyecare Associates.

Staff is nice and professional. Efficient and fun. However Ive been jipped from my money twice here. When I was younger and wanted to try contact lens, I was told I had to pay $100 for a contact lens exam because my insurance doesnt cover it. At the time i didnt think much of it since I was a child. Then weeks later I received a letter from my insurance letting me know they were billed $100 for contact lens exam and wanted to make sure I didnt pay out of pocket for it. 10 years later, i decide to go back because i thought things may have changed. I went to get 2 special eye exams and was told my insurances werent covering it so I had to pay $120. 2 weeks later, my claims showed up on my insurance and they do cover the 2 special eye exams!! I only had to copay $20. Something is wrong with this place!Update March 20, 2021.It happened again. They took my money and claiming my insurance didnt cover special eye exams--when they do. Now, I have to spend time and go back to prove that I only needed to copay $10 instead of completely out of pocket of $130. Place makes no sense regarding finance and insurance... where are they pocketing this? Its too bad; I finally had a doctor with a prestigious educational background.

Growing up my parents took me to Westminster eye dr in Westminster.... every year the same complaints “THE DESK LADIES are rude, unprofessional.. and are super slow, you’ll be there the whole day...”As soon as I got another health insurance I transferred over to another eye dr (The best)Sadly due to the pandemic my eye dr couldn’t schedule me soon ...My last resort was this place :/ my app was about 6 weeks ago and still no eye glasses .. when I text the number provided on voicemail when calling them .. NOBODY texts me back..... horrible serviceAlso good luck with parking smh

Wont be returning here. They are very busy all the time so expect to wait. My actual eye doctor was in the room for a total of 3 minutes, she was clearly rushing between appointments.Also they refused to email me my prescription when I requested it a few months later (when finding a new doctor), said they could only FAX it. What is this 1993?

Picked up my new glasses today. Waited 40 minutes to simply be handed my new glasses. If staff were not going to verify fit, I did not need to wait.

I love this place Ive been coming for about 7 years now. All of the staff are extremely nice. All of the Drs really explain everything well, always answer any questions and never rush you through. There can be a wait sometimes but I think its because no one ever leaves the practice and they have a lot of long time patients!

Love everyone over at Westminster. They have an awesome selection of glasses and all the staff I deal with there is very nice. Im the worse at picking out what looks good on my face and Im sure glad to have someone there that can help!

I like this place cause you can make an appointment with your eye doctor or you can call them. and they attend you quick when you already have your appointment. the place is big inside it has a few chairs that you can sit on they have window where you can make your appointment at and the other window where you can make an appointment for your glasses.

If I could give them a 0, I happily would. I am personally not a patient(and would never be) there but have been there with my grandmother and my sister. It is always far too crowded and they tend to overbook. The staff are unprofessional and rude. My sister took my niece there and the M.A. while doing whatever she was doing, scratched her cornea and she ended up needed drops and another visit. She should be more careful! My niece ended up needing new glasses and the order was placed. after waiting for more than a week and not receiving a call, my sister called. The staff person told her that they were ready but she didnt call because she had too many people to call! Really??????????????? that is your job!!!!!!!!!! Safe to say they are going elsewhere!

It was one of the worst experience I ever had in an eye clinic. My appointment last about two hours. When I was leaving there was nobody waiting in the waiting room. The eye doctor was ok but the doctor assistant made a mistake taking the doctors notes. I dont even want to mention the times she hit my face manipulating the eye test machine.The date I order my glasses I had also to wait to be seen. Other patients complain about too. The person who saw me was not the most pleasant on customer service I ever seen. They charged me $20.00 more just because I used my own frame and not theirs. Something I never heard of anywhere.This is what I call the Market glasses where the people think theyre going to see an eye doctor but a place where they push you to buy the last model of glasses on the market.I dont think I will come back ever there.

They are awesome, I loved there staff they were really great. they work really fast, I didnt have to wait 3 hours to be seen, it was pretty fast and I got my glasses in less than a week. I am pretty amazed at this center. I definitely recommended.

Very helpful crew from my initial arrival, to the end of my visit. I was in & out within 45 mins. I was well educated on my condition and given all recommendations for my comfort level on what Glasses and Lenses I should be using. Love their service.🤓

When I got to tge appointment The waiting room was almost standing room only. They changed my Dr visit with a Dr who had only two appointments ahead of me. Awesome!!! I went to see about getting lenses for the glasses I brought with me and the person I went to said I cannot get a prescription in the glasses I had... Then asked where they were from with a smirk. I didnt want to pay $200+ for lenses only. She referred me to the cheap glasses. 🙄 I took my prescription and had the lenses put in my own glasses at another retailer.

I love this eyedoctors. The staff is kind and always welcoming. The lady who helped me pick out glasses was also nice and my doctor herself was new and she was a doll.

Violated Continum of Care. The doctor signed a form to verify a disability regarding my Immacular Degeneration which is an incurable disease. I can literally wake up one day with loss of vision. When I returned to update the form I am turned away and referred to my Primary Care. Which is such an uneducated suggestion. Prinary Care doesnt diagnose eye care, they send us to the Eye Doctor.

I’ve been going there for 14 years. I can’t complain at all. Always nice and polite

Gave me the wrong prescription glasses, I fully paid. Came back two months later because I can barely see with this wrong prescription and they charge me fully for a new pair since my insurance doesnt cover two pairs in a year. They said they would rush the order (3 days) since I cant see. Its been a week and they just told me its going to be another week since they messed up.

I’m actually at an eye appointment as I write this review. The doctor is great but the staff is horrible. There’s a lack of empathy. Also, they don’t assist the patient as they should & they speak to their Spanish speaking patients in English without asking if they need translating.

Wait is to long THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO OVER BOOK . Waited more then an hour an a half to be seen by my optometrist for a basic eye visit ... they are nice but they are very Im organized with timing their appointments . They either need more employees, management or locations ..

The staff and Dr are Over the Top friendly and professional!!, sometimes it gets over crowded in the waiting room, and Lord knows you have no control of who sits next to you? but one thing I can say, its all worth it theyre really nice in this place.

Dr iacobo( not sure if I spelled right)is on top of stuff and doing what he can to make things better absolutely reccomend him ! Came here because it was the highest rated around me. In the 26 years of eye appointments it was one of if not the worst Ive ever had. I specified I only had contacts when I scheduled. I showed up and they were only going to give me a glasses exam. It took an hour from my scheduled time to even see the Dr. I was rushed through the whole exam, letters were never changed between eyes so it wasnt really an exam since I already saw the letters over and over. Mean while in the exam room other staff was in and out and on their personal mobile devices. The whole experience was not personal feeling at all. The only reason Ill be back is to pick up the contacts I ordered. Do yourself the favor and go anywhere but here, even if you have to travel further.

Waited for over an hour to be seen for five minutes to try to convince me for a new pair of glasses. The first waiting room was overcrowded and the second room was even worst. The staff was friendly and kind enough but they have only one thing in their agenda: to sell you glasses.

The wait is ridiculous, too many people. Friendly Doctors but, the person who helping you with choosing your glass are not too friendly is you are not going to buy.

My glasses broke as I was studying for an upcoming large exam. Desperately needing new glasses as quickly as possible, I took a chance as a walk-in patient at Westminster Eyecare. The medical secretary was attentive and accommodating to my dilemma, managing to adapt the days schedule to fit me in for an appointment within just three hours!I needed an eye exam conducted because my eyeglass prescription was over 10 years old. The optometrist, Dr. Sarah Guarascio, was professional, thorough and willingly answered all of my questions. Rosa, the associate that aided me in the selection process of my new glasses, was patient and put all of her effort into helping me find the glasses that best fit my facial structure, while looking stylish and being comfortable. I ordered two sets of glasses - one set was completely covered by insurance, and the other set was a name brand frame, which Rosa was able to discount 50% based on a special promotion.Overall, I would recommend Westminster Eyecare for their friendly environment and caring staff (ask for Rosa when choosing your glasses, shes great)!

The place can get crowded and wait time in line is slightly unbearable, but what more could you expect from an office in the middle of the city? Then, once youre in, your appointment goes by quick and the selection of glasses could use improvement. Other than that, the staff there are friendly and able to speak English and Spanish.

Whether you have an appointment or your picking up glasses expect to wait 30-45 min while the employees finish their side conversations. They dont call you anymore when your glasses are ready for pick up. 3 other patients were waiting for pick ups and no one acknowledged them or apologized for the long wait time. Wont be coming back and I suggest anyone find another place for their eye exams and glasses/contacts

I have been going here for about 4 years. All staff i have interacted with have been be3ry professional, pleasant and friendly. I love Dr. Pukl. But i am however disheartened to have just learn she is no longer there. Didnt like the fact i found out after cataract surgery when making follow up appt i was assigned a new Dr. W/o warning. Because i need to be seen this week i will keep the appt see how this new one works out. There is no info on their website about her.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Most inept optometrists office I have ever been to. If not for their weekend schedule I would have left that office a very long time ago. The staff is rude and you wait hours to be seen even with an appointment. The doctors are absolutely great, they should fire everyone but the doctors! I transferred to another Dr and they gave them hell to give them my records, absolutely hell. Dont go there unless you want to aggravated!

Called last minute for an eye exam because glasses broke and prescription expired. They took me in the same day I called. Awesome selection in eyewear.

Staff is culturally bias, but Dr Pukl is amazing. She is knowledgeable and caring, so I continue to go back.

Overpriced frames, bring your own, paid over double in retail value buying a pair of glasses. Seriously overbooked, slow careless staff. The doctors are nice though, but w.e. accepts insurance.

Horrible customer service, I was rushed during my exam, I’ve been going to this place for over 3 years, I had enough of this people, I also had an issue, where I lost my prescription and I told them I needed a copy because I wanted to get frames somewhere else so the lady wrote me a wrong prescription, I found my old prescription and the numbers where off by a high margin. That’s horrible they should be professional.

Outstanding service, everyone is very caring and helpful, the doctors are very knowledgeable and informative plus the staff speak Spanish which is very convenient for my non-English speaking parents.
