Bryanna was very helpful and enthusiastic. Appeared that she was enjoying her job and helping us out. I enjoyed her cheerful personality. Oh…and she was knowledgeable in what she was helping us with. Aileen helped us briefly and was willing to help even when she could have probably taken a break in between customers. They both took their time to get our screen protectors on our phones without any lint left behind. Highly recommend both these young ladies

I had been trying to upgrade my phone for a week with Customer Service Reps over the phone. They could not resolve my issue, but I went to the store and could not let the evening go by without acknowledging Austin great customer service skills. He was patient and worked with me until the issue was resolved. I really appreciate all he did in making my purchase a success. Thank You and wish you all the best in your career at AT&T. In my opinion, he should be promoted! He resolved an issue managers over the phone were unable to resolve.

Now the worker was trying his hardest. But i spent hours here trying to start a new service coming from another company. I spent hours and hours for them to tell me with a $300 trade in id have to put $800 down on a phone 😅 what the actual Eff i have amazing credit. Verizon within 15 minutes had my new phone in my hand with no down payment or anything. The company its self at at&t seems to only care about money. Employees were awesome and were trying their hardest and i appreciate them

I just got back home after visiting family in NC and while I was there my phone completely cut out and I was lucky enough to get a rep named Kayliegh who was able to help me get my service up and running so quickly and she was so kind and positive throughout the entire interaction, she definitely saved my trip!

I was very pleased with the level of customer service that was displayed at this store! Everyone was very friendly but it was that one rep his name with Marvin he went over all my questions (and I had a lot of them) with no problem not one time did he get frustrated with me he definitely went above and beyond to satisfy my every concerns!!! Kayleigh was AMAZING!! I didnt have an appointment (recommend doing that as it can get a bit busy) but was helped after a short wait.She helped me to get the information from my (ANCIENT) phone to a new phone. She worked diligently and patiently with both my phone and me!When we ran into an issue with my account and/or the transfer, Kayleigh explained the problem and the options to correct, counter, or bypass. She answered all my questions completely.Kayleigh also checked my account to ensure I had the best options for our needs AND saved me 💰 money 💰! She helped me find a case for my new phone and ordered a screen protector (the store was out of stock)and had it shipped to my home.Kayleigh told me that I should not hesitate to come back when the protector arrived and they would be happy to install for me! I will go back to the AT&T store in Salisbury, NC!

I bought a new phone, case and a glass screen protector. The screen protector cracked in my pocket on the way home. I was in a hurry because I had to catch a flight which was why I bought the phone in the first place. I came back 16 days later and brought it in because I wanted to exchange it for a brand that would last more than an hour. They told me no refunds or exchanges after 14 days and since it had been 16 days they wouldn’t do anything. I explained why I couldn’t come back immediately but they still said no. I asked for the manager she suggested I just buy another one of their brands that could be warrantied in store. I asked why they didn’t sell me that in the first place and didn’t really get a clear answer. I think that’s just poor customer service for products that are already very overpriced compared to other stores. Your better off going to Walmart to buy your accessories. They are cheaper and have hassle free warranties. I have to pay $8 shipping to replace a screen protector that lasted an hour. I feel ripped off. Complete waste of $60.

I purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max online on December 24th, 2020 and was ensured through a chat session (which I have a copy of) and speaking to a customer service representative that if I traded in my iPhone XR for this new phone I would qualify for the $700 promotion they had going on at the time. I took screen shots of my cart at check out where it reflected the $13.33 for the installment plan and then the $5 a month for the next up plan. I have yet to pay that for the iPhone 12 Pro Max and I’m currently paying full price of $36.67 for the last 5 months. I have called every month and spent approximately 20 hours on this issue being promised each time this issue will be fixed and receiving credits of $15 because that representative couldn’t help me due to having no authority. Claims/tickets have been submitted and then I get a notification on April 24th, 2021 saying the ticket is closed so I assume it is resolved and await my phone bill. I open my phone bill today and it is still the same with my installment plan being $36.67 plus $5 for the next up plan. I call again and still receive no solution to the issue. I followed all of the steps in trading in as I was directed through chat and phone calls and I am being told that I don’t qualify when I have screen shots and multiple chats sessions and notes where I’m guaranteed this will be fixed. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Att lies and provides false advertisement online and over the phone. Representatives are not trained properly because you get a different answer every time. I’m VERY FRUSTRATED and will never trade a phone in again and will discontinue service as soon as our installment plans are paid in full!!!

The only thing AT&T Store does now is sell phones. They do not have anyone there that knows anything about how fix the problem you are having with your phone that you purchased from them. They used to have good people that worked there that could help you with a problem you were having, but NO MORE. I strongly DONT RECOMMEND AT&T ANYMORE.

Made an appointment online to come into the store and take care of some stuff on my lunch break. Due to covid they had a sign on the door saying no more than 3 people allowed inside. There were a good 6 or 7 people inside. Me along with 3 other people were ignored outside for 30 minutes. I didnt matter if I had an appointment or not, we were ignored and never greeted. Very disappointed in the way AT&T handled that. I wasted my entire lunch break. At least come outside and greet us and let us know the situation.

Probably will never do business at this store again I called yesterday and spoke to two different representatives who lied about the exchange policy stating that you could only do one exchange on a phone because it’s “store policy” and one even lied and said it was printed on the back of the receipt however I called two other corporate stores in Charlotte who confirmed that the exchange policy is up to two. This AT&T store is ridiculous!!!! it’s sad I have to drive to another city just to get a simple phone exchange completely because instead of them doing their job they want to lie about it

He is the only reason me and my wife chose to stay with the provider following days of service issues and other stores trying to upcharge us for services we didnt want... I went in to this store looking to activate a phone my wife gave me. It was an iPhone 8 through Verizon. I read the newer iPhones were interchangeable through networks. The lady that greeted me informed me that the only phone that was interchangeable was the new iPhone x. 5 minutes later Im in my car putting my att sims card into this iPhone through Verizon, out of curiosity, and you wont believe what happened? It worked. This staff isnt horrible, Ive been here before and I have had good experiences. I just hope that the staff will learn their craft a little better and save everyones time because they wasted mine.

The most horrible att store ever. They lied about everythjng they sold me and when calling att directly they said there was nothing they could do and I would have to take it up with the store. The store wouldnt help do anything. While I was there the manager was referring to a customer as bro and when the customer said I am not bro I have a name the manager kicked him out. While the person I went with continued to keep their services and upgrade (I cancelled everythjng and went to Verizon due to horrible customer service and prices) it went further south. After three hours of trying to upgrade her phone they advised her the transfer machine was broke to copy all her pictures and contacts over and they could download an app to copy it. She had to leave her new and old phone there after spending several hours there. Three more hours later she called and they said sorry we can’t get your stuff so come get your phone. She went to pick up her phone and the sales rep that originally helped had an attitude and belittled her. This is a horrible store!!!! The people are rude and liars and not willing to help. They wasted an entire day off to get nowhere!!! If you have to unfortunately stay with ATT due to their lies and locking you in contract go to Best Buy to get anything done. The manager and staff are POS!!!!!!!

Went in the AT&T Store on Monday September 17th I was in the store for approximately 10 minutes DJ and Delisse never spoke to me or acknowledged me..so I left..Ill go to the kannapolis or charlotte store where the customer service and product knowledge is much much better.This store is terrible...low stock..inexperienced employees...they lost my sim card...called the store and Robert had me on hold for 52 minutes before I finally hung up the phone...only go to this store when I absolutely have to...their service is ssssooooo slow and they never have enough employees working.
