Great friendly service always have what I need

I found My Craft Source on TikTok and have watched them for a while. I havent needed to order vinyl so just being a usual creeper. A project at work came up requiring more than what I had so I thought Id give them a try. Even with the shipping cost the cost per foot was significantly cheaper than my usual ordering places.Submitted my order on Friday and planned my week for my two 5yard rolls to show up on Thursday. Imagine my surprise when they were there that following business day (Monday)! Very reasonable cost and exceeds expectations for shipping. Highly recommend!!

A friend and I have started up a little side business. And we’ve been looking for cheaper ways to get stocked up on things. And I came across this site on Facebook. I like that it’s an actual Store and not just a online site. I ordered some stuff the night before and forgot a couple things. I ordered the extras and got an email stating that the 2nd shipping cost would be refunded to my account and everything was place in the same order. We will be a continuing our shopping with this company for a long time coming. I like how they have a check list. They have someone check and make sure they have everything correct as they sign both person who got the stuff and the person who checks it out. This company is great. You won’t be disappointed.

I’m sorry but I my not order from my craft source again. I gave it a go, but not happy. I put in an order 15 days ago (I had to ask for the tracking number after 7 days) and I’m still waiting. On the USPS site it shows it Wil be later than expected. I could of drive from NY and back pick it up in person a few times already. . It may be the USPS fault but unfortunately it reflects on them.

I have ordered them in the past but this last order I’m disappointed. They sent me two colors I ordered and one of the rolls were short by an inch. When I asked if they can fix it they said “no it’s still usable your only off my an inch” okay... well offer me a partial refund for shorting me? No can not do that I understand it is only an inch but when you buy from them you expect the full thing you paid for nope.

I researched a lot of vinyl places to find the best deals and my craft source has some of the most competitive prices!! It came in today earlier than expected and packaged beautifully. I can’t wait to start using. I will update y’all IF the quality turns out to be bad but the colors are so beautiful I don’t really see there being a problem. And they also have sample glitters for only $2 of you wanna try their glitter before buying a big one. The glitters I got in are amazing!! Will definitely order again

I browsed this companys online store and was surprised at the selection and the SUPER competitive prices! If youre into vinyl and other crafts this is an amazing place for supplies. I ordered around lunchtime on 4/4 and my vinyl was delivered lunchtime on 4/6, and Im in NC! When I opened the package there was a note saying thank you. First off i would have given them zero stars but u have to put at least one. Secondly they got rid of one type of vinyl and replaced it with a new one witch I was hesitant to use. Third they sent me a discount code that would not work however I still placed a order. I have placed three through them and every time I was let down. This last time has made me decide to never work with them again because I ordered glossy because that’s all I have here at home and they sent me matte. I know what I put in my cart and I even took screen shots however the receipt and order all day matte it’s confusing because me and my husband both know I only buy glossy. They refuse to communicate with me after I have tried to reach out this last order I even tried to tell them the issue I was having in the customer comments and they just wrote thank you with now I know they don’t read those. Won’t be buying from them again. That can’t even help me make it right.

Like Nicholas, I ordered the $48 dollar htv mystery box and it was not worth it. I reached out because I Was given a easy mask sheet and they counted that as part of the “vinyl” sheets. I was told that is needed for the printed vinyl, however the description for the mystery box clearly stated it would be “htv”vinyl in the box not supplies for it. I was very disappointed that they did not want to send me an actual htv vinyl. I was buying all my stuff from them, but they have lost a loyal customer and I will not be purchasing or recommending anyone to them. It seems they don’t like to admit when they’ve made a mistake and don’t try to make it right. Taking my money elsewhere!

Ive been ordering from them for awhile and was very pleased until I ordered a mystery box. I put in an order one day before they released that theyre doing orcal mystery boxes (I had no idea they were going to do that) but when I got the email about the orcal mystery box I thought nothing of it because I ordered the starcraft mystery box. Well here I am on IG LIVE excited to show everyone the specially starcraft vinyl I got in my mystery box I had been talking about all weekend (I watched the unboxing mycraftsource put on YouTube which is his I knew Id get some), when I open the box and realized I was sent the orcal box with ZERO specialty vinyl. Top it off now I have to pay 5% restocking free plus shipping and handling for something that was not my fault..

Last week was my first time ordering from here. I was so excited to open my package of HTV with super fast shipping btw. I ordered a few sheets, a gold 5 foot roll and black 5 yard roll. Both rolls looked the same size and they were, both 5 foot. I took a picture right away and emiled the company. I got an answer back the next day and they shipped me the 5 yard roll in black and I got to keep the 5 foot roll. I was not expecting to get that by all means and would have been perfectly fine with the difference in length. Their customer service was amazing and very prompt. Also the shipping is comparable to amazon prime. I will be recommending this company to all my cricut friends.

Omg ! I’ve been using them since the beginning of the year I always mostly come in to pick up an order and I made a mistake of choosing the shipping option instead of pick up I was elated when I got a call from them asking if I wanted to ship because I never ship it was an error and they noticed it and refunded me shipping cost now if that isn’t superior customer service I don’t know what is .

If you order the SISER easyweed or something they dont print in house, like any pattern its ok, but if you order a pattern its more work than necessary. I wont be returning to purchase anything fromthis company. Yes it states it, if you read the fine print, but when your looking at HTV you just assume its like any other carrier, that makes it in house...you dont need a transfer sheet. Not worth the $$ because of the extra work.

The vinyl is really cheap, unfortunately you pay for what you get I ordered a lot of vinyl & comes off quickly or makes air bubbles while doing personalized cup . I ordered about $50 for cheap vinyl that I will be throwing away .. do not recommend the vinyl ..

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Recently there was a glitch and my billing address was switched with the shipping address and even though I did a change of address with usps my package was still delivered to my old address. I was frustrated but I had an order to get done for a custom order so I had to place a second order. Not only did they get the new package to my current address quickly they also put my previous order in there. They always put little notes of gratitude they personally called me about my first order and told me what I should do. I didnt ask for a refund after it was still delivered to my previous address I was just going to take the loss but they really did right by me. This exactly why I will only buy vinyl from them from now on.

They have the fastest shipping I’ve ever seen! I placed my order at 2:00 by 2:15 I received an email with notification that my package had shipped and gave me a tracking number...I got the package THE NEXT DAY! Plus I made an error in the color of EasyWeed I ordered and called the store. The ladies were incredibly sweet and had zero issues with switching out my color for a different one. It was my mistake and they weren’t obligated to do that but they did with a sweet voice and zero hassle! I will never shop any where else!
