ATTN: PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW01/27/21 I had a wonderful car buying experience w Robert from the Wilkinson location. He was extremely helpful and attentive to what I was in the market for and worked diligently to assure that I left satisfied. He heard my frustration and asked for my patience and understanding while he worked his magic! Mr. Robert was very informative about the different options I would have as a first time buyer or lessor. I came onto the lot hopeless from experiences at other lots but I am leaving completely satisfied with the service provided and the vehicle that I get to call my own!Thank you Robert & Sign and Drive Cars!Update (one week later 2/3/21): one day later the car had been taken back by the lessor and I am still waiting on a refund and cancellation letter from the dealership, I requested a refund back almost 5 business days ago now!Update (two weeks later 2/8/21.): I received only a $370.00 refund of my $1,000.00 down payment and still no one is answering my voicemails or returning any of my calls. Robert who I thought to be so gracious and diligent to work with has blocked my phone number! This is ridiculous all due to verification going haywire with me being a contracted employee. For me to not receive my FULL down payment for only having the car for 36 hours is ridiculous, even if there was a charge for the repossession of the car I stay only 9/10 miles away from Sign and Drive ... thats no more than $120/150 charge. I didnt chose to end the agreement they did! This is no punishment of mine and if need be I will report this to the Better Business Bureau!

I had the most seamless experience with Sign and Drive on Independence Blvd. Britt and Michel are straight forward and honest. I was able to do most of my shopping online. Once I chose the car I was interested in I test drive and was on my way within an hour, UNBELIEVABLE.If you are having challenges with purchasing your vehicle definitely check them out!

I just dont understand why no one can ever answer a simple question they always transfer the call to a voice mail. If you dont know just simple say that. Its a bad look especially for customers who are always ontime with payments and no issues I just need them to answer simple questions and they never can. Its frustrating especially since they never try.I dont know how to reply to your comment so Ill edit this one. I was simply calling to find out all the information on my account as far as remaining balance, paying off the car early, and making extra payments. That was the simple issues I had where my car was concerned. Not even issues really just questions that no one was able to answer.

Sign and drive is a huge rip off. I have had a Terrible experience with this company since I began business with them.Overcharging for repairs, community credit threaten to repossess my vehicle for 30 dollars owned to them after receiving more than half of one installment, and stated they would charge me 350 dollars to get my vehicle back during the corona pandemic.Not only just that, They have the nerve( a few weeks prior) to run my card on file and over charge my account 100 dollars I had to bring my bank statements to the prove. If you have any sense DO NOT DEAL WITH SIGN AND DRIVE OR COMMUNITY CREDIT. Best regards. A sign and drive customer

My nieces purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata June 28, 2020 from the location on Wilkinson Blvd. Her engine blew on her Hyundai on July 9,2020 while she was on the interstate. She called sign and drive to let them know about the issues and they left her and her 2 babies stranded 1 hour and 30 minutes away from home. The guy Kison who sold the car to her took it upon himself to drive to come pick up my niece her and children. He drove them home to make sure they were safe. He then talked to his bosses to see what they could do to rectify the situation. Priority Hyundai replaced her engine with no problems. It is now November 11, 2020 and her transmission just went out today. They are now telling me that she is no longer under warranty because she is 2,000 miles over the and have to pay out of pocket $1500 to get my her transmission fixed. This is the 3rd issue in 5 months that She has had with this car. And they are literally telling her there is nothing they can do. We are highly disappointed. She has put $2000 in fixing this car since June. She put $1500 down on the car and has paid $1522.50 in car payments. The service there is beyond poor. They prey on people with bad or poor credit. If you can, please do not buy a car here. It is NOT worth it.

I had heard about sign and drive 4 years now and never gave it much thought because didnt think they would be able to help me however I went over there and met with Brett and he took such good care of me they considered not only my income and bad credit but my whole lifes picture..what I need what I hope to have in the future and what it will take to get there Brett was informative and very aware of what I needed to know as a Byer... it was all so much faster than I thought it would be its always quite a process to buy a car but it just went smooth as silk and took half the time I thought it would take and I was able to drive off the lot plus the next morning when I got to work everyone just loved it

I’m beyond blessed because I walked away with a 2013 Jeep Patriot. I couldn’t think kison enough for giving me an opportunity. Nice and easy process and honestly a blessing could be nothing but gratefulUpdate: I’ve had the car for less than 2 weeks and within those 2 weeks I discovered my breaks on my driver side was wearing thin. I was on the way to work and the car started smoking . They said I needed a new engine and my car is being sent off, even though when I bought the car they assured me everything was alright. And when I called and informed them of these problems they basically declined giving me a temporary replacement car and stopped answering my calls . Wouldn’t recommend anyone to get a car from here it’s not worth the hassle you’re going to go thru afterwards

Extremely disapointed with the quality of cars and the customer service from sign and drive. Specifically the Independence boulevard location. After driving the vehicle for less than a week I noticed issues with the car. I was put through the ringer between the service department and the sales team. They made promises regarding repairs that would be covered and did not stick to them. I ended up having to come out of pocket after being told I wouldnt. The regional team is piss poor. They stated the would cover the total costs and they didnt. The response from the site sales manager was oops we should have told you, at least its not much more that you owe and a game of pass the buck. Do not purchase a car from this company. There are better lots with significantly better options and leadership team. The negative reviews from others experiences reflect what I have experienced.* Update* I would also like to point to the response below and advise consumers beware when the response is so narcissistic. Be clear that I certainly called around to other dealerships to ask what the typical process was when handling this situation and the response was of course they should have fixed the issue and returned the car without charge when the purchase was just made. Point two they further elaborated that I should not have had to pay anything additional. If we are going to throw out numbers let’s be factual. The repair cost $1,400 at their service department and I was required without notice after being told it was going to be fully covered to pay $200 in order to get the vehicle back. Even the warranty company declined to cover it because I only had the car a couple days. The issue is from the top down and they even tried to burn the salesperson who actually attempted to provide any sort of reasonable personal service by saying he didn’t know what he was talking about.Long story short, stay away there are plenty of reputable dealerships to purchase good cars from.

I got my car July 19, 2018 from sign & drive I personally didnt have any bad experiences with them or community credit, my car still in good condition only thing Ive had to get done to my car since Ive had it was a alternator & control arms. None of the employees was rude or nasty towards me at community credit especially the accountant that works in the back Ive always had a good experience with her. So all & all I dont know what other people went through or why they went through it but my almost 2 years with them was good & now my car is paid off & Im even more stress free

Follow up 2 months later have returned the 2013 I was buying 😭from them because the car was not safe they gave me the run around for a month and threaten to tarnish my credit .😤😤 I test drove several cars and they all had issues mechanically one was even sent to the service department and returned worse🤔. They were all put back on the lot for sale😵😵😨. So to get a safe vehicle I had to take something 5 years older😠 and refused to transfer our deposit. In closing run 🏃away. Your money will be better spent on a bus pass.🚴🚄🚌.I told them I post everything on Google we deserve to know the truth.

All the negatives are all accurate. People beware. If they refuse to give you your money back, call your card company and file a dispute against that charge, right away! Once you hit these midgets in their pockets they will get the message! Dont let them get away with robbing you... you rob them!

Just recently bought a car and find out today that the car has 2 open recalls. How can someone sell someone a car with safety recalls? i havent even made my first payment and the transmission is messed up and has 2 open recalls. I would NOT suggest anyone buy a car here!!!!and to add, they have increased my car payment by almost $50!!! i could barely afford it to begin with and now its almost $50 more, they have set me up to fail!! the slogan says we finance your future not your past they have royally screwed my future!!! and they are do Not base financing off your credit, another bold face lie!!! my payment was entirely based on my credit. I should have knew right then to not go through with the deal but i was desperate and need a vehicle that day. I am currently in touch with a lawyer and i hope to get out of this contract and get my money back asap!

I have been a customer for the last 2 1/2 years and wanted to trade myvehicle and I was disappointed since I have never made a late payment and they want me to pay a deposit of 800-1000 to get a new vehicle. Dont want to go anywhere else since until now I havent had any issues from the ladies that take my payment every month a day early to sales agents I have dealt with and even Robert now. You would think my loyalty to this company would mean something and want to keep me but I am starting to think differently. I recently purchased a 2007 Lexus from this dealer. Customer service was excellent. When everyone else said no because of my credit they said yes. I admit I had to put down $1800 but at least I have a good car. I took the car to Lexus and had them run diagnostics on it and it is in excellent mechanical condition. Yes, it needs a good detailing inside but thats nothing when compared to the fact that no one would finance me. Again, if you have bad credit, give this dealership a try.

When I first encountered sign and drive Auto Group I was told that I will be taken good care of however after signing for my car and leaving the lot I noticed a lot of things wrong with the car however me being a humble individual and understanding that you must crawl before you can walk I took some of these things as Is the drivers door handle to roll the window down south completely off this stereo speakers were blown out my brakes were bad the oil filter top was welded on so that I couldnt get an oil change numbers of people that I to work but I took the car to told me that the car had to be rigged up to break down However I was thankful for my car but a month after having the car the alternator went in the car then the starter I contacted my Dealer his name was britt pope who came off as if he wanted to help me but they only wanted to get me in that I am now and thats behind a car that I thought I need it so badly so if youre going to go and get a car do not go to sign and drive Auto Group they are selling cars that are horribly messed up paying them up in a fashion leeway making them look good when theyre no good at all so take your time when shopping for a car sign and drive Auto Group are not the place you want to get a car from

Absolutely awful! Dishonest!! They posted pictures of a different car then the one they had on lot! I drove over an hour to buy and car was trash! Very disappointed when I point blank asked them if the car has ANYONE cosmetic problems and was answered by Darren the car is perfect no problems! The saying buyer beware is TRUE with them... And the price was cheaper on the lot and he was trying to charge me more over phone and Internet then what they had listed! Very sad!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Dont have to visit the lot to know what kind of place it is... You cant even browse the inventory on the website without being harassed repeatedly for your email address every 10 seconds. Gross. I feel dirty just visting the site, i cant even imagine the spam tsunami that comes to those that provide their email address. Not going to drive 2 hours to a lot without knowing whats on it and if you like selling cars more than peoples information they shouldnt have to provide an email address just to look.

Totally disappointed with service. Approved for economical safe ride, but the car had bent rims on three of the tires. Took forever to order 1 rim replacement. Mind you the car was sold as is with a story about someone stealing tires off it. Didn’t think much of it at the time. Not even a good month passes and someone crosses the centerline and hits the dang car on the driver side door and front tire, totaling my economy saver. Now they try to put me in something that won’ even crank without a jumpstart. Not to mention being dirty, smelly and worn out. Won’t go into the other stipulations imposed. But if that is a part of some special treatment because of the accident, I certainly don’t want to see what happens pray tell you happen to get your credit back on track through their program. The saying about “kick a man while he is down” is real out here, ya’ll. I’d expect to find that in somebody’s yard but not at a car lot.

Went to Wilkerson Blvd & got my 1st financed car in several yrs in a matter of hrs; then my baby was totaled before she was a yr old, smh... After all insurance issues were handled went back to Wilkerson Blvd an got new car, although I had some issues that just couldnt be resolved they put me in another vehicle and its been smooth sailing!!!!! I have never in my life had such a horrible experience. The customer service is horrific! The first car I got from them caught on fire as I was driving down the road! After they said they fixed the problem. They allowed me to trade the car in and I got another car. And from day one I’ve had nothing but trouble out of this car! The lady that is over the service dept. is extremely rude. I called every day multiple times a day and never got an answer or a returned phone call!! I even went as far as emailing them so that I could get my car up there to be looked at. After going off I finally got a call back and they were rude bc I did not have time to get my car up there on their schedule! Had they answered the phone I could have gotten it in at any time the previous week.. I have never in my life dealt with more ignorant people! They should not be allowed to sell people cars! I would give them a negative rating if I could!!!

I am completely unsatisfied about my whole experience with this company! From the beginning I have been lied to and miss treated. I walked into the dealership on Wilkerson blvd and was help by Bernard McCord. It took over 4 hours to get the paper work for the car when I was told that it would only take 30 mins over the phone and and an hour when I walked in. I had to miss out of work because of the unprofessionalism and lack of speed. Dont buy anything from here there are plenty of other places that can help you out better than they can!

I would not do business with them again. I was overcharged for a Saturn Vue kept the car about 2 years without missing a payment. Talked with management about trading for a newer better vehicle and they agreed but played phone tag when the time came, trying to convince me to keep the car,and they wanted another large down payment (2000.00 first time) after being frustrated I bought another car from somewhere else and they put 4344.00 deliquent on my credit. The rep I just talked to was very sarcastic about the whole thing. According to her it sold at auction for 1816.00 and the 4344.00 I owe. Highway robbery!!!

Ok, so ive had my 2012 Hyundai for a week now and although i was told never to come to sign and drive i have to say im more than satisfied with my purchase. Lee is the man to ask for. He got me in a car i wanted and never once tried to up sell me. He made sure i was comfortable and even gave me great advice on budgeting out my payments. Lee went above and beyond to make sure i wasnt going to be paying an arm and a leg for insurance as this is my first car. Also i really felt like i was hanging out with a friend when working with him 😁 i trust his opinion and expertise whole heartedly. i recommend this location to anyone trying to build their credit and anyone who appreciates top notch customer service.
