The Experience at Hendrick South Blvd. was great from beginning to end. I wasn’t sure what I was going to get but the staff gave me options that fit my lifestyle and most importantly didn’t pressure me into a sale. Great experience! Actually the best I’ve ever had purchasing a car. I honestly can’t say enough about Chris Strausbaugh. I purchase the car from this dealership less than 4 months. We recently noticed on a trip that the Rear air unit was blowing burning hot air no matter the setting and even when turned off. So hot it became unbearable in the back and kids could not even leave their feet down on the floor as their feet were burning. We had to turn the front AC off and drive without AC at all in order for the hot air to stop flowing in the back.Left the car overnight at the dealership but the Issue could not be fixed as the part needed isn’t available, for possibly 3-4 weeks!!Not the shop’s fault of course that they couldn’t source the part and I guess none of their shops store them.As a temporary mitigation, they were able to turn off the rear unit via the car computer so we can still use the front AC without causing major heat flow in the back so that helps a lot.We have a trip to hot Florida coming up and we’re really hoping this would be fixed prior to leaving so the kids can use the rear AC unit so fingers crossed the part arrives sooner than expected.There was no loaner available, which was an inconvenience.The service dept communication was great and timely via text and even automated message including video from the technician. Impressive.RI’m happy with the HENDRICK dealership experience but not with the overall experience as 3-4 weeks isn’t fast enough to resolve an issue which is really not that complex. BMW needs to get its parts supply mgmt in order.Update will come when the part arrives and issue is fixed 😊👍

I asked at the last minute if they could repair one rim under our warranty and they actually repaired two rims as they found some spots I had not noticed already...both covered under our rim warranty. Wow, we just purchased a certified BMW X3 and this has been the most pleasant car buying experience ever. We worked with Abrah who I would highly recommend. There were no games at any point of the process, zero sales pressure and a very competitive price. The staff is very knowledgeable on their products and they were all pleasant to work with. The sales manager was able to get a great interest rate for us and again- ZERO sales pressure. Great location in South Charlotte and plenty of good inventory. They also have their own service department.

I just recently bought my first BMW and the experience was great! I have such anxiety about going to a dealership and will avoid going at all costs. Melissa is a phenomenal advisor. She made me feel so at ease and not pressured in any way. She was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of the millions of questions we had. Once we got to the money part she new where I told her I needed to be- communicated that to the finance team and reassured me that if it could happen they were the best and would figure it out without the car dealer dance that we all dread. Obviously they made it happen- I am super happy and this experience will ensure I come back to them when it is time to trade up!

Phenomenal overall dealership experience, I have purchased two cars at big dealerships this year and went with my girlfriend when she purchased her car and it was an entirely different experience than i was used to. It was refreshing and an experience I hold other dealerships to a standard of now, there was no pressuring to buy the car, it was very reasonably priced, in great condition with good milage, and her sales person Christopher T was a great guy. They had snacks and comfortable seats while you wait, and overall got the deal done in a timely manner rather than the other dealership I went to who made me wait from when they opened until they closed. There was even a bit of a scratch on the car she wanted and they fixed it for her free of charge, rather than last dealership i went to refused to do any much needed touchup and told me to do it myself. Very pleasant experience and hope to do more business in the future, dont hesitate and ask for Christopher T!

I have purchased 4 cars from Hendrick BMW Charlotte and have always enjoyed their outstanding service but my last experience was horrible enough that I may never go back.Our X3 had a warning light and we brought it in to check it out and got the snottiest rep who snarled at my 18 yr old daughter that if anything was wrong it was her fault for not getting the car serviced earlier. When we pointed out that the service indicator light on the car said no service was needed for months she accused my daughter of tampering with the indicator light. When I explained that besides having no motivation to do this she would have no idea how to she grumbled that she probably went to You Tube to figure it out.They sent us home and the car malfunctioned again within an hour - upon further review they determined an engine malfunction and agreed to fix it for free but when my daughter went to pick the car up our new favorite customer service rep took an additional chance to tell her that even though they did not charge us anything that went wrong was still her fault!

Stephanie and Caleb were very helpful in getting my rear brake job straightened out. A business in Fort Mill put on aftermarket rotors, pads and sensor that led to horrible noises when I braked. (There were not any noises prior to their work, just brake light on and indicator saying need to replace rear brake pad.) He also broke the clips to the sensor and left it hanging!After jerking me around for weeks, the manager who kept saying he put them on himself finally said it was something else and sent me on my way. Later when I returned his parts, I found out he is not even a mechanic!!!I had told him that I was taking it to the dealership and he told me to have them call him which Stephanie did but it went to voice mail. Caleb made a video also.This place also charged me more than BMW, South Blvd in Charlotte!!!
