I have purchased a Ford from this dealership in the past and had a great experience. Since I started bringing my Lincoln into the dealership - it has been nothing but problems. I truly have only dealt with the detailing team and the service team. It is almost impossible to get in touch with anyone there. I have had two recalls on my SUV and I was very understanding of the delays due to COVID. Each recall was completed at different times. During the first visit, I had the team detail my car at the most premium detail they offer (around $250.00). When I brought my SUV home, I was shocked to find that it looked very similar to a clean I would receive at Auto Bell that takes 20 minutes. Good, but not a detail. In fact, they missed all the parts of the car that need special attention. The associate I sent photos to understood and said bring it back and they would cover it. The following days, I noticed a crack in my leather on the center console. I planned to bring this all up when I went back to have the detail redone. Due to the shortage in loaner vehicles, I planned to time it out to when the next recall part was in. That took 6 months or so, but I understood that was out of their control. What was not out of their control was the customer service I received to have a few warranty items fixed, the recall completed and the detail/center console redone. The associated I worked with, did not tell me about I was going to be charged for items I assumed was under the warranty and they also told me I would have to pay $1000.00 to have the console replaced. The associated informed me that the detail manager blamed me for the console issue and that their team would never make a mistake (even though I was receiving a free detail for mistakes they made). After multiple unproductive and confusing calls- I have had some of the work partial completed and the detail redone. I picked my car up to find they missed some of the same obvious areas in the detail, I was in shock. They have my SUV for 5 days and didnt clean some of the seats, dirt on the back of the seat, or vacuum the rear portion of the truck (among other things). I was told all of the poor service was due to one employee having a hard personal time. I am not here to judge anyone, but we all work during difficult personal times. This seems like a widespread problem at this dealership. I was looking forward to purchasing a larger SUV in the coming year, but I dont think it will be at this dealership.

I have now had my Lincoln Aviator for over two years and have paid for extended warranties and services. Each time I schedule service, there is a problem. The problems range from not sending out the correct car for valet service, to work not completed, to no communication/miscommunication and no follow up. One service appointment, they locked my car and lost the keys. After two weeks, I called to find out when they would be finished with my car, and he asked me if I had the spare key. Who knows when he was planning on calling me. He did tell me there would be no charge for the extra key they would have to make. I was hoping Mark Ficken could pull it together and I was giving them time before posting a review, but unfortunately the pandemic has made it worst. The concept that they sell you on the service you will receive is great. The execution of the service is horrible.The only consistent part of the service team is Daryl, the valet driver. I am not sure if its because of past experience or age, but he really understands customer service. The one star I have given is for Daryl.Hopefully, Mark Ficken Lincoln can get it together because Lincoln does have a nice car.

I just want to say I am extremely grateful that I chose to get my new to me car here. I had the best car buying experience here. My sales associate was fantastic at answering all my questions and was down to earth and not pushy. Dont forget the guys pushing those numbers. They got me exactly where I needed to be with my car payments. I couldnt have asked for a better dealership. I highly recommend get your car here they make you feel comfortable and part of the family!

Taylor Smith was excellent to work with purchasing my new Ford Ranger! Could not be happier with the truck or the buying experience.The whole process was straightforward and hassle free. I saw the car online, submitted my trade-in information and scheduled a time to come in. The Explore your payments button is your friend, It saved me a bunch of time in the whole process. At the dealership, Taylor was ready with the car right up front. A quick test drive while my car was appraised and the rest was history. With the current value of used cars and Fords financing deals it was an easy decision.The truck has been great so far with no complaints. I would highly recommend the Truck and sales team.

Mark Ficken Ford was top notch with service and the process. Hunter Fisher was my salesman and he was on the ball as soon as we met. It took about 7-10 days and back/forth but he was great at understanding my wants especially with limited inventory available. He was able to get me into a loaner that was out for a few days (then back in and out again) but moved heaven/earth to get it back in for me to see. At the end the day before I completed the purchase, he and his team were able to do a little better price and I was committed. They made me feel like I was getting something and the personal care from here on out Im confident is solidified. I live in Fort Mill but will its worth the trip to S. Blvd in CLT for the personal care form here. From setting up my apple car play, the app on my phone, to going through the basic operations, and the bank contact that I met with. I am totally happy and highly recommend Mark Ficken! And of course loving my 2021 Ford Explorer so far. :)

The time always seems to fly by especially with the comfortable seating, spacious waiting room, plentiful outlets to get work done, free wifi and coffee. I had almost given up on the service department at this dealership until the ownership changed and so did the service department! At last, service is done as it should be - organized, friendly, good communication and timely. I was greeted in the service bay by a very nice young man who, after asking the purpose of my visit, quickly checked me in and escorted me to my Service Advisor. My Service Advisor, Shane, was very thorough as well as friendly. He went through everything that would be checked and told me about how long the service would likely take. It was done right on time and Shane again went over all that had been done and what I should expect on my next visit. This is a HUGE improvement over what I had experienced in the past and I will be happy to take my vehicle back there in the future.

I bought a Subaru Outback after finding a great deal @ Mark Ficken Ford online. I live 45 minutes away, so most of my communication was via email. The sales manager was very informative, professional and responsive. When I arrived @ the dealership, every salesman was courteous and patient, as I arrived around 7:00, close to closing for them. No one was rushing me or inpatient. My salesman was Brandon Lawyer and was very kind and helpful and also patient regardless of the time. I have had several communications with Mr. Lawyer after the sale, and he still treats me with respect as though he is trying to win my sale all over again. Thank you for my outback!!! Just received my new 2022 F-250 that was ordered back in April. The process was great. I talked to several dealers about ordering and Blake at Mark Ficken was the most helpful. Truck came in just as expected and I love it. Once the truck was here the process to sign paperwork and get out of the dealership was quick and easy.

Everyone at Mark Ficken service always do a great job. The service manager Bill Bennett worked with me throughout my recent service needs and went out of his way to address all my issues. The valet, Darrell, is one of my favorite people on earth and I wont let them send anyone else to pick up my car! Kayla is precious and she went way far above her duties to help me try to recover a towing expense, even though it had nothing to do with the dealership. She is very kind and understanding, but she is also a bulldog and she gets it done! These are great people.

On 10/22/2021, @7:30PM, Shelby King, gave us the best customer service hands down. We have been so used to being treated differently for being young, whether thats being brushed off or not taken seriously, the list can go on. Shelby displayed none of this and even helped us take care of our 4-month old daughter while we went on a test drive. We have never experienced customer care at this level at any other dealership and although we didnt purchase a vehicle on that day, we will definitely be only considering Shelby, when looking to pull the trigger on said vehicle purchase. This place an absolute disaster. Over 3 weeks out for a simple oil change. Then, told we could walk in with no wait. Got there 20 mins later and told the wait for over 2 hours (it took 4 hours). Charged for services never asked for or performed. Apparently the entire Lincoln shop is shut down and everything is taken over to the Ford side. Person who checked us in couldnt even figure out how to read the mileage. No record of past services performed there. Im guess guessing the transition from Felix Sabates to Ficken is not going well. Stay away.

Mark Snuggs not only came in on a Sunday but was the best sales rep I have ever dealt with. I have purchased 3 Lincoln’s this year and I’ve had a horrible experience with Lincoln of Shelby. I wish I had only purchased from Mark Ficken from the start. Everyone from Mark Ficken were above extraordinary! Quickest vehicle purchase I have ever had. Several things I noticed that made me appreciate them even more: Each person from different areas (sales, service, and finance manager) we’re in total communication. All worked together to make sure my experience was above exceptional. From the sales floor to the bathroom were immaculately clean and luxurious. (Finance manager even took the car to fuel it up while I was signing paperwork). My daughters vehicle had a recall letter sent. I made appointment then Kayla came and told me there were actually 2..but I was still welcome to wait.Since it may take 4-5 hours I decided to come back and left it over nite and pick up the next day.It was ready.. washed.. and all paperwork given to us.One sooper cust service department to say the least. After some unpleasant experiences with other Ford dealerships in both the SC upstate and the NC foothills we decided to order a Ford Transit Conversion van through Mark Ficken Ford, even though we live two hours away. Sean H (Sales Manager) was in direct contact and personally managed all the details of our custom van and maintaining constant communication through all phases of the build. The week leading up to finally receiving our van he finalized all the details of the offer and prepared the necessary requirements for a smooth/short pick up. When we arrived we also looked at the 2021 Broncos and were surprised to find one available. Joshua (salesman) was quick to help process our offer. Sean and Joshua arranged the efficient, stress-free, and professionally managed sale of two brand new vehicles to our family in under three hours. The battery in my Lincoln died (in Sep 2021) fewer than two years after being installed by Felix Sabates Lincoln (in Oct 2019). I called the dealership, which is under new name, to see if they could help me the day my battery died. No one got back to me. I had no choice but to take my vehicle to a local shop to have the battery exchanged. I couldnt risk being stuck somewhere after already jump starting my vehicle in my work parking lot.I knew my battery was under warranty, so I simply wanted to swap batteries- my bad battery for a new good battery. I didnt need it installed since I already purchased a new battery at a local shop. They told me its not protocol to simply trade batteries. The dealership wanted to remove an installed battery and replace by reinstalling with a new battery. I had the dead battery sitting in the trunk ready for quick exchange, but they wouldnt take it. INSTEAD, they actually suggested that I remove the good battery I purchased, reinstall the dead battery, have the car towed to the Lincoln dealership, then have the claim fulfilled. What??? They do not value a customers time at all, I dont care if its protocol or not; this could have been solved with a simple exception. Im very disappointed in this dealership and how they handled my issue. What use to be a respectable company has fallen to the level of many other 1-star dealerships. I would not recommend this place for sales or service. Avoid at all costs unless you have time to waste. They saved on a battery today, but lost a customer forever.

I drove an hour to the dealership on 10/24 to purchase an Audi S5. I was told that it was not ready to be sold and that they did not have access to it. I gave my information to the sales person whom sent me a message on 10/25 saying that they sold the car. Great customer service yall.EDIT: I want to take a moment to acknowledge Kamrie. She single handedly made this deal happen after all. She was texting me updates all the way up until 10pm then was back at it when I responded at 5:30am. She kept on top of it and even went to work early to make sure I got the car I wanted. I changed to a 4 star only because of her. Thank you Kamrie!

The staff at Mark Ficken Ford were outstanding! From my first interactions via an online interest form to driving away, they made the car buying experience easy and enjoyable. Craig Johnson was great to communicate with early on in the process and Blake Carlson was the best sales person. He answered all our questions, was not pushy about anything and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Once it came time to finance, arguably the worst part of buying a car, they made that great too! Hunter Naman was fantastic and he made sure we got the best deal, while also making sure we were in and out quickly. Let me start off by saying I miss Felix Sabates Lincoln!! Why?? Because I felt like they genuinely cared about their customers.Arrived at Mark Ficken to pick up my car which was in for minor services. When I arrived at the dealership the receptionist said have a seat and Shane will be right with you. I waited patiently while Shane waited another customers that we’re there before me. Then all of a sudden Shane was out of his office for at least 20 minutes. I said to receptionist can you find out how much longer Shane will be? Although she saw I was upset from waiting, her response was “I don’t work on that side I work on the sales side”. When a receptionist is sitting at the front door of an establishment, she represents the company not a department. An hour and a half later, I was the only customer in the waiting area and Shane was in his office having lunch. I knocked on his door and introduced myself. His response was, I didn’t know you were here. I don’t understand why the receptionist did not informed him when I arrived and never informed him that I was even looking for him the second time I ask for him.I’m giving Mark Ficken one Star because I wasn’t asking for anything extra or asking anyone to go to extra mile. But to simply not to inform an employee that a customer is in the waiting area and then not to inform him that I’ve been waiting for an hour and a half is irresponsible of that employee. Mark Ficken you dropped the ball. Check my notes in your system.

My wife and I were experiencing a few issues with our 2015 Lincoln Mks. We decided to have the vehicle serviced at Mark Ficken Lincoln. It was diagnosed in a timely manner and the Service Department kept us informed as to its status. The Service Department notified us upon completion of repairs and reviewed the repairs with us on our arrival to receive it. We are very satisfied with the service to our vehicle and likely will return in the event other services are needed.

We found the Audi Q7 2019 online and fell in love. I reached out to the dealership via email and in no time I received an email and text message. Mark Snuggs called my husband and I personally that Saturday evening. We set up an appointment for Monday at 5:30pm. Mark emailed me an application and I filled it out before my arrival. Once I got off work my husband and I drove an hour and a half from SC. Mark had the car washed shining and waiting up front for me. After a test drive and doing an inspection we decided we definitely wanted to purchase. Jeremy in financing completed all the necessary paperwork was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. This was not my first car purchase but this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Mark and Jeremy gave us their cellphone # and told us to call with any questions. We had a great experience at Mark Ficken Ford Lincoln. We were traveling on I-77 and stopped at the NC Welcome Center. Upon leaving, our car would not start. Called the NC Road Ranger and they jump started our car.After trying to get a new battery at several retail automotive stores, we went to Mark Ficken Ford Lincoln Service dept. We were greeted promptly by service advisor Shane Cook and several other employees in the service dept.I explained our issue to Shane and after getting our information he started working on getting our car into the garage area to replace our battery. Less than an hour later we were back on the road.We were very pleased with the level of service we received and the price we paid for the battery and installation. No one wants to have a car failure while traveling, but was glad we had this Ford dealer nearby to get us back on the road.

We purchased a low mileage used vehicle from Mark Ficken Lincoln. The vehicle was presented to us with a clean Carfax. The day after driving the vehicle home, we had a tire go flat, only to find an old plug. OK, fair enough, just bad luck. What was truly unacceptable, was this 29k 3 year old car represented as accident free, being previously wrecked and fixed outside of insurance. Upon closer inspection the front bumper has been hit and resprayed with two loose trim pieces. I find it very hard to believe that the dealer had no prior knowledge of this when they detailed the car out and prepared it for sale. For all I know, they may have been the ones to do the paintwork and repairs. Frustrating to be lied to and purchase a vehicle that was extremely misrepresented. When you go to a dealership, you expect them to be a little more reputable than the average used car lot... In the case of Mark Ficken Lincoln, I can assure you that is not the case.

Very disappointing! I arrived for my 8:000am appointment 30 minutes ahead of time, after sitting there for almost an hour I was informed that the wrong part for my car had been ordered. I was upset for 2 reasons first off the part had been at the dealership for quite some time and no one realized that it wasnt the right part, secondly I had sat there for that length of time before anyone bothered to tell me it was the wrong part. No could tell me when the part would arrive.

I haven’t even got to the point of being able to do business here. I’ve made an inquiry 2-3 times on the website regarding interest in one of their vehicles and have yet to hear back. Two different times I filled out an online request for more information. Nothing. Mike Lacy was sending me the generated “form” emails, and after 2-3 times of me replying to one of them, he finally responded but it was very choppy with tons of typos and you could tell it was a quick, distracted reply. If I ever decide to pursue a Lincoln, I’d rather drive an hour away to a different Lincoln dealership for a better customer service. Highly disappointed.

After going to a couple other places in town yesterday and walking through the HOT parking lots looking at cars and not getting much help from anyone my wife and I decided to check out the Ford lot. This was by far the best decision we made all day. We were greeted with a smile and the service exceeded our expectations throughout the entire purchase experience. Not only did we get a vehicle with everything we wanted and a lot of other features, it was very well priced for this market and we felt like we won the entire time. No buyers remorse here and we will stay with Ford for a long time because of this experience. Ask for Clint, he is super energetic, not annoying or pushy and extremely patient with everything. Very disappointed with Mark Ficken service department. I first want to say that Jillian, the service department manager is very professional, smart and compassionate. She listened to my concerns even when I was initially upset and I apologized, however I will never return.I was told my air conditioner needed so much work, I spent 300.00 for the first trip(it still did not work), came back and they stated I needed 450.00 worth of work, not being comfortable with this service department, I got a second opinion, and my air conditioner is working perfectly, no need for extra work needed. Integrity is very important for me to support a business. Most of the low reviews are for the service department with Lincoln and now I see why. Please do better as I dont want this to happen to another woman.7-8-21 I want to update my post my air conditioner went out again and what your service department said was wrong, WAS WRONG. Awesome Experience!!! My son Mason bought a Mustang GT his dream car. Sandy and Hunter made the whole process smooth and flawless. We drove 90 miles and got caught in a wreck on the way. I had a terrible experience in the service department with 2 cars. First was my truck that I had taken in to get inspected and an oil change. They called me to tell me everything was good and I was ready to do. Only when I got home and looked 3 days later did I realize they failed me on the inspection and didnt even say a word about it to me! Also, took a car in that needed a new fob. First they told me it would cost $250 to get it done...I took it in and 2 days later they told me they couldnt do it. Then when I said Id come get the car and figure something else out they somehow figured out how to get it done but didnt tell me. Then when I go to pick the car up they tell me they couldnt get it to work! What a mess. Oh yeah, they also charged me a $125 diagnostic fee to find out why the bluetooth wasnt working only to tell me it would be another $850 to actually fix the problem. Sadly, its time for me to make a change after that was the only place I ever took my Ford cars.

Well, to start off, my truck buying experience was five stars but I can’t say the same for the service. Shortly after purchasing my truck I discovered a couple minor imperfections, one was a scratched driver side glass and the other was an imperfection in the center console lid foam under the upholstery. I called, made an appointment and brought the truck for them to see what parts it would take. I was told by the service writer that they would call me when the parts arrived and we could set an appointment to fix both. A few weeks later I received a call that the glass and console parts arrived, so I set an appointment and brought the truck. Several days later, I was called and informed the service was complete. I arrived at the dealership and was then informed that they ordered the wrong console part and I would have to bring the truck back. A few weeks later, they called and said the correct part was in and they were ready for me to bring the truck, so I set an appointment and brought the truck back. After a week at the dealership, they called me and told me the truck was ready. I arrived at the dealership and was informed that the mechanic did not fix the damaged foam but instead installed a new cover over the damaged foam. They told me they would call me when they ordered the correct part and I took the truck home. A few weeks later I was called again and told that they had the correct part in stock and was ready to get it repaired. I made an appointment and brought the truck. 1 week goes by and I receive a call that they are waiting on the part to come in after they initially told me that they had it in stock. I let the service manager know about my frustration and he informed me that they would make it right. Another week goes by and I’m called and told that they have finally started on the truck and it would be done in a day or two. I pick up the truck and explain my frustrations to everyone in management and inform them that I was putting the ball in their court to make it right since my brand new truck spent a month at the dealership and during that time I had to borrow a truck from my family on several occasions when I needed a truck. I told them that they had some ground to make up if they wanted a five star service review but I’ve yet to receive any contact from anyone at the dealership since picking up my truck two weeks ago. During the course of this ordeal, I was put in 4 different loaner vehicles and had to adjust my schedule to return and exchange loaners due to the mileage constraints on them. I really like this dealership and would love to give them a good review but at the moment I can’t because I feel like I haven’t been taken care of.

Started this purchase process through a phone call since we were not local customers & the assistance received was amazing! Upon arrival we were able to see the car quickly, which was also detailed immaculately, then headed out for the test drive. Once our decision was the made the rest of the process went very smoothly & our salesperson Mohammed was very nice, professional & answered all our questions. If I could give this place 0 stars for their customer service I would. This is my second time having horrible customer service with this dealership. Today I dropped off my car at 830am at 230 pm I received a call stating they need to keep my car overnight to complete the work that needs to be done. (I have a 2019Lincoln MKZ Reserve fully loaded) I said ok do you have a rental. I was told no. I asked the service guy has the work been completed already he told me yes. I asked what am I suppose to do about transportation. I was told he doesnt know. When I asked to speak to someone else he insisted that they did not have a rental for me and that he could undo the work and put my car back to the way I brought it in and I can pick up my car. Then said I could make another appointment to get it fixed at a later date. I asked will you have a rental available.....I was told he wouldnt know and will not know when rentals will be available. I had to hang up from the service guy and call Felix Lincoln Sabat 4 times just to get a chance to speak with someone who could help me. Like I previously stated this is not the first time I have had horrible service from this dealership. I had vowed to not go back after the first time but I have a luxury car and signed up for all the Lincoln concierge service perks. This dealership has the worst customer service ever. I should not have to call several times to get the help I need and should have never been told under any circumstances that they would undo the work that was completed on my car. I will post my first experience with a pic at a later dateSo let me update this review. I go to pick up the rental that I was finally able to get and asked to see my car and this is what I see. The work that he claimed to have done that took from 830am to 230 pm is not done. The serviceman tells me that he thought I said I was coming to pick up my car. With that being said he did what he said he would do and that is he took my bumper back off and took the sensor back out and put the bumper back on. What in the hell kind of service is this. Somebody, please tell me why this took eight hours to do or should I say do the work just to undo the work.

Service group at Felix Sabates did a commendable job performing 1st service of my GT350 (even though I didnt purchase vehicle there). I was very concerned because of horror stories Ive read of dealer techs abusing customers high performance vehicles. Service Advisor, Adrianna Star did a fine job overseeing the care and service of my unique (to me) Mustang. Isabela ( the technician) completed service in a professional and clean manner. She is a talented young technician with a great future ahead of her. All in all the group did a great job and eliminated all of my initial worries.

The work was done to my satisfaction and priced reasonably. The people were helpful and friendly. My only issue was the wait. I made an appointment...arrived on time...was told it would take an hour and 15 minutes. Then I waited two hours and 30 minutes.Waiting area was comfortable and I was able to access WIFI easily, so, I stayed busy. Still, it would have been nice to get on the road quicker.

I have not had a good experience at this dealership. It is very difficult to get ahold of a human. I left 4 messages for service regarding my vehicle, and no one ever called back. On the 5th call, I was able to speak with someone. My truck was in service for 2 days, and they did absolutely nothing to fix it in that time, until I got angry, and then they finally did the service it was in for. In the meantime, they tried to blame me for the issues my transmission was having, so that was a fight. In the end, they did cover it. This is not the only bad experience Ive had here. Its been bad the entire 3 years Ive had my Lincoln (I know it was Felix Sabates for some of that time). I sold it after this experience and will not buy another Lincoln, so that I dont have to deal with this dealership. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they are very nice people there, and my service writer, Shane, was very nice and seemed to be trying very hard on my behalf.

Honestly they could not keep the customer informed with anything they were doing. After 2 weeks of holding my vehicle I had to call multiple times just to get in contact with them. When calling I would get transferred to any other sales rep and phone would never get picked up. Had to call different departments just to get someone to answer. After receiving my paper work there was no detail in what was exactly wrong. Just quoted on fixing it. Sorry but for almost $12,000 in repairs I would like to know more than 6 words whats wrong on my paper work. Especially after paying 2 different diagnosis fees which added up to $350+.

I traded my car here and these people didn’t even pay off the car I traded! The bank my previous loan was through called to let me know. I talked to Jeremy (the finance guy) he said everything would be taken care of. About a month later the bank called again letting me know if it wasn’t paid off that day it would go against my credit. Called and texted Jeremy again. He even text me back saying he would call me right back. He never did and preceded to ignore any further communication from me, along with the rest of their finance department. My sales guy finally responded saying they would send me a check of the amount I had to pay MYSELF to pay off my trade?! This was sept 1 and here it is on sept 22 and I still have not been refunded. Jeremey was also supposed to email me over some documents a long time ago when I got the car in July, never received those either. These people couldn’t care less about their customers, please give your money to someone else!

The new Mark Ficken Lincoln dealership, formerly Felix Sabates, is outstanding. The new management is by far the best Ive ever dealt with from many different brands. It took a little longer to schedule a service appointment with a loaner vehicle, but it was beyond their control given the current chip shortage. The service manager went above and beyond to solve a problem I had prior to their dealership acquisition. The employees are friendly and accomodating. I highly recommend Mark Ficken Lincoln.

When you make all the doors electric in your Lincoln fleet and then they can no longer open for a customer...thats an emergency. Somehow, it apparently doesnt seem to be the case for this dealership. Most dissatisfied...my second Lincoln Navigator and took my vehicle to this dealership for a tire replacement, with only 12,000 miles on it. They came back to me and stated that I needed four tires...I worked in the tire business for 17 years and with only 12,000 miles on it, I know this not to be true.They tried to gig me for $1,200 for four tires when I needed only one. Additionally, they stole the metal valve cap on the tire they replaced and put a plastic valve cap on it. I went to Auto Zone to pay for the metal valve cap they stole from me.I told them that I will never, ever go to this dealership again for work on my vehicle. Went in for simple fix on my ford explorer they turned it into a complicated fix and told me I would have to make another appointment after I already waited an hour. I took it overto woodys auto repair and they fixed it in 5 minutes and didnt even charge me. Definitely will not be going back to Ficken Ford.

Definitely 5-star service! Felix Sabates service department told me exactly what was needed for my 2016 F-250 6.7l 60,000 mile service, and did not try to sell me anything that I didnt need.
