Went in to test drive the Lincoln MKC with sales associate Warren Washington. Warren provided us with an out the door price. We had to think on if this was a THE replacement car for my Fiancé. Once we decided to follow thru, we called Adam’s and spoke to multiple people as the price Warren was telling us was lower than what the others were telling us. We found that Warren was on Vacation and couldn’t help. I then spoke with the the finance Manager Dwight who said that he couldn’t honor his employees out the door price because he is “the boss”. Terrible experience
