Was totally ready to purchase a car, cash in hand and 100% certain about the purchase until we asked the salesman about the price that even the website its advertised on flagged it to be over priced by nearly $3000 . Instead of answering why it was marked over market price so dramatically? He responded that he was going to continue to keep going up and up,. We were shocked that it was as if he was intentionally trying to push us off the lot. We have never felt so unwelcomed anywhere as we were on that lot.

Great customer service which strives from the facade of having great cars. Within a month, the car I purchased here had problems. I fixed the problems only to find more problems before a piston rod came loose. No aftermarket parts were bought, no racing had been done. 7,000 highway miles later and I need a new engine. Get your cars inspected or purchased elsewhere.

Feeling really good about my new used car from Auto selection really good salesman good-hearted people

Spent all day at this location got approval but needed a co signer...got co signer and never heard back. Every single time I called they would say “we will call back” or we are with another customer!..how are you with another customer and I spent all day 2pm-8pm which is pass closing time waiting for response. I was told “ we will give you a call in the morning” from ELI never received a call. My personal experience was horrible its been almost 3 weeks never received one phone call!. I was lied to several times and in return I lost my personal time and money getting to this location.

By far the worst experience. I initially came here because my man was interested in some cars. In the beginning everyone was friendly Jordy especially was nice and seemed helpful. Eli was ok. The owner was also very friendly. After they sold us the car there were things listed on our contract they agreed to fix and we have had the car for 4 months now and we have gotten the run around. I have called numerous times and when I call Eli usually answers and is rude Jordy is still professional but only says he will check with Carlos and call me back yet 4 months later no call back. I finally reached Carlos recently and he said he would call me back but yet again no call back. This was just to replace a headlight bulb they keep saying is on backorder. They did replace one thing they promised but not the other two items listed on my contract. The worse part is the car no longer works. It magically stopped working a few days ago I am waiting to hear from BMW as to what the cause was but I pretty much know already that this company like many other buy here/pay here used car lots sell bad cars. I dont care what inspection sticker they put on the cars saying they are safe or good cars they are not. I am going to call action news to see if other people have had issues with this business.

Lies, Lies, Lies. This is Monica again first of all you never stayed in contact with me regarding my head lamp and yes I did choose to wait to get my mirror fixed because you didnt fix it when I was without my vehicle for a day for the other repair so I decided to wait out of common sense I cant just be without a car and keep making separate trips to your mechanic. But I am always initiating the calls and Every single time Im told we have to check with Carlos and call you back and no one including you Carlos ever calls back. And I have had several issues with the car the oil light came on after about a week or two and you all were told that when I came in for initial repairs, your mechanic changed the cv axles that were bad because we heard the noise and requested it in our contract the brakes went out and many other things that I chose to handle on my own because its a used car and I understand these things will come up. But you wont get on here with your lies and your smug arrogance and act like anyone who says anything bad about your dealership is lying. No you all are liars and its not right. And these fake reviews you had people post after me is a joke. I know how that game works. And I will get BMW to see if the people who did my oil change messed up the car I already have an appointment. Bottom line you sell b.s. cars you just get lucky and they dont all break down so quickly.

Great service!!! Customer service was awesome and everyone is friendly! I brought a car but wasn’t told that I would have to replace the gas cap that a employee messed up when he put gas in the car, I also wasn’t informed that a censor was messed up in my front tire. I told them the tire was saying flat tire when I was leaving. The manager told him to take it next door but wasn’t fixed. I like the car but just overwhelmed at how no communication was given and no solutions came from there end.Update: so the censor is being fixed.

Needed a 2nd vehicle, went shopping late one night at this location and found a Transit that had what I needed, called the dealership the next day and made arrangements to come by and test drive it, which I did and we negotiated the price but it was contingent on my mechanic checking it out. The next day my mechanic came over and the owner let us use his lift and check the vehicle bumper to bumper, all was ok, we made the deal and I took the vehicle. 3 days later I get a call from my bank cancelling the deal cause it was a commercial vehicle. So I was in limbo then I had to call the owner and tell him. He could have demanded the vehicle be returned immediately but he allowed me to keep it while I arranged for other financing. Not once did he call and ask for the return of the vehicle. It took another week or so but I got everything straight and we closed the deal again. Ive bought numerous cars and I have to say this was by far the most satisfying experience. The owner was very professional and the staff very helpful. Before I buy my next vehicle, I will give this dealership 1st look. Thanks again guys !!!!!!
