EZ Auto Finance Has Been A Great Company With Caring Employee’s Since Day 1. I Got my car Nov 2019 and everything has been a pleasure since, I came in with $995 and left with a 2013 Ford Taurus in great condition. With no need of credit. In house financing and buy here pay here. I ended up needing a service repair July 2020 and when they called to tell me my car was ready they called back like 2 minutes later and asked if I had a ride to the center to pick up my vehicle and I told them I did not and that I was working on it and just out of the kindness of their customer loving business they offered to drop the car off and I live 45 minutes away from the center, I just love their customer service. This is a car company that truly cares ! Thank you Everyone

EzAuto Finance was a great place to buy a car if you know what you want. Travis was very helpful and allowed me to test a bunch of vehicles so I could make my final decision. No pressure to buy. The guys went out of their way to make sure things went smoothly. So happy with my decision.

We fell on hard times due to covid 19 and they came to repossess our vehicles. As if that wasnt bad enough, they refused to let me get more than $2000 worth of materials and tools off the van, including a $400 brand new extension ladder. They took the vehicles without notice and when they arrived and we begged and pleaded with them to please let us get our stuff out, they refused. Now we have no way to make a living even if we do go buy a new car. These guys are heartless crooks.

I walked in and was greeted immediately by a couple of employees. I knew which car I wanted to drive so they tossed me the keys and let me take the car out by myself. I prefer this method so I can really focus on the drive and the car, especially because I was buying used. When it came to my trade-in, they were willing to listen to my case for a higher price, and we settled on something that worked for us both. My salesperson, and I were settled on a price in about 20-30 minutes (refreshing after some previous experiences elsewhere) and then I just had to wait a while for the financial manager. The financial manager Mike was able to save me over 1% on what I had been approved, which was a shock, but nice to know he was looking out for my best interest. All in all, I was there for a little under 3 hours, which included 20 minutes from walking in the door until starting the test drive, 20 minutes for the drive, 20 minutes of me inspecting the car very closely in the parking lot, about 20-30 minutes to come to an agreement, some wait time for the financial manager, and then about 45 minutes to get through all the paperwork. I never felt rushed or pressured, which again, is a breath of fresh air after some previous experiences. Highly recommend

I asked to take the car to my mechanic but was told that there is nothing wrong with the car. Been back and forth to this place over 10 times for repairs after purchasing my car. At the time she had a credit score of 610 which is considered high fico to them and she was able to get a down payment and a 2013 Chevrolet impala within two weeks. This car dealership sold me a car that broke down on the side of the hwy within the first two weeks of purchasing the vehicle. The alternator was bad and so i had to replace alternator and purchase a new battery. The dealship did cover the towing of the car and paid for the labor to get the car fixed, however i had to come out of pocket to pay for the altornator and the battery because the car was sold as is. Because i was lowe on funds i was able to work out an agreement to work the payment into my car note to pay for the parts. The dealship secretary aileen great customer service but i was upset because the alternator went out 2 weeks within purchasing the car.
