Having bought from the likes of Lamborghini Carolinas and Foreign cars Italia in the past I have some experience of high end purchases and in my opinion, these guys are WAY better, they were unbelievable. I worked with Stephen the GM, I walked in and 30 minutes later I had test drove and agreed to buy a Gallardo. We agreed a punch list and they did everything, even after they found the clutch needed replacing, they honored the deal and never asked for a penny more. Once it was ready it took 5 minutes to sign the paperwork they had already prepared and I drove away. Couldnt be happier, great experience, great car and the best part - you cant beat their pricing. I will buy from them again.

I have never tried to purchase a car without a test drive or seeing it in person, but when I found the Porsche I liked, I reached out to Metrolina and worked with Brandon who made the car purchasing process easy. The experience was smooth and straight forward, with delivery to my house. I can’t wait to visit the dealership in person one day and in the mean time I will keep an eye on their inventory in case another amazing deal becomes available.

In August, I drove from Georgia. I bought a 911 Turbo. The price was fair and car was perfect. Before I drove it back, they found out there was an electrical issue. A salesman assured me they would fix it and ship the car to me. Although the repair took some time, they paid for the repair and received the car as promised. The problem is fixed and they were able to issue me a refund for my time and were very nice about the entire thing. Would recommend!! The salesman, Steve, and sales manager, Blaine were both great. Had an appointment to view a motorcycle where I sat outside for 45 minutes. Couldn’t get in touch with my salesman. Finally someone inside came out and asked if I needed help and called my salesman. After 15 minutes of waiting for them to “bring the bike outside” I find out they sold it out from under me and let me drive all the way there anyway.They let me look at another Ducati they had but wasn’t out for sale yet. Asked my salesman for details and he ghosted me.I just bought from Motorcycles of Charlotte instead. Least professional experience I’ve ever had working with these guys. Or trying to work with them anyway. They didn’t really have much interest in working.

I had to call him often because understandably the cars they had a few months ago would not be available at the time of the wedding a few months later but he always answered me promptly and kept me updated on what he thought was coming in. Ive bought a lot of cars over the years but the service I received here tops anywhere I have been. The great service doesnt end after the sale they will take care of you for any of your needs. My wife and I bought our 1st lamborghini from here after taking it home we found a few small issues they didnt even say bring the car back they had the Car picked up in a covered trailer from our home repaired the items and then returned it at no cost to us. They staying contact the entire time. When were ready to upgrade this car we will definitely be back I almost never write reviews unless the service is exceptional you wont be disappointed.

I wish I express all the frustatration in words. I bought my dream car with them, I thought because they have nice cars they will take care of me. They only I can see myself buying a car again with them is only if I have to buy a car to never drive it and keep locked in the garage. I have been calling and theyll but they dont keep up with the problem. Its been 2 months since I bought my car and I still havent been able to get a straight answer as when Im going to get my license plate.Update: After I did the review it took about 2 days to get my license plate, after that they contacted me and tried to make up for all the incident that happened.

But I will say this is the best place to buy a car if you are trying to wait 5 hours for a salesman every time you walk in, wait 4 weeks to receive your car, and then when you get your car, the car is not safe to drive on the road. If you enjoy throwing money away with car repairs, look no further than Metrolina because they will charge you service and not even touch your car!!!!! Don’t bother to call or get ahold of them because unless you give them money, they won’t help you with anything.

I just purchased my second car in less than a year from Metrolina. I couldnt be happier. Justin was great and so was Ryan. The process was easy and they were wonderful to deal with. Here is the kicker. After driving my car home the next day I had a transmission problem. Understanding that I bought the car as is with no warranty Metrolina would be well within their rights to tell me the transmission was now my problem. They did the exact opposite. They told me right away that they would take care of everything and apologized for my problems (which they couldnt have foreseen). Great group of people. First met them about a year ago when I bought a 2008 BMW 550i from Ryan Moreno (co-owner). Unfortunately, soon after I bought it the car began having some issues: some big, some not so big, and none of which these guys could have foreseen. They fixed everything, no questions asked. Have stayed in touch with them since then and Ryan is always quick to get back to me. Its rare to find a quality, high-end independent auto dealer that you can trust, but these guys are it. Wont buy a car anywhere else.

As a 20 year old I dont expect for the salesmen to think that I am a serious buyer but when you go to the same dealer twice in one month and it takes over 30 mins for an employee to ask if we need help on a day that you can stand around and watch paint dry I find it absolutely absurd and have definitely reconsidered where I will be purchasing my next car. The management should definitely take a look at who they are hiring. If I could give them a zero I would because their customer service was possibly the worst Ive ever had at a car dealership. I was treated with far greater respect at a Maserati dealership when I purchased my Ghibli. Moral of the story is that I will not be going back and advise that no one spend their money at such an abhorrent dealership.

Teejay is AWESOME!! Right away I felt like this was a “different” car dealership. No one is hassling you or making you feel pressured. Teejay is super down to earth and has helped with everything! He answered all my crazy questions and worked with me in every aspect of getting a new car. Love the car selection and the ability to find what you want! They have been great and Teejay has been so amazing to work with!! Ask for him!! He won’t let you down!

It has been over a week and within this time I was lied to and ignored. First, the car I was interested in was sold, only to find out a few days later that it in fact was still available. My salesman Darius drug his feet on financing (even though I had my own financing lined up) and eventually stopped calling, texting or even answering the phone. I called the main phone number today to express my complaint and let them know that all I want to do is buy one of their exotic cars. They told me Darius will call you back. I am still waiting on that call..... I am glad that I got this experience over the phone because this would not have gone over well had I made the 300 miles trip up there. Taking my business elsewhere.

By far the best customer service and overall car buying experience that I have ever had. From finding the Mercedes I wanted to getting me below market value, if you shop here, youll never shop anywhere else !!!

My name is Alfred G Craig Im updating my purchase of my Masiriti Ghibli I bought my car 7 days ago three days later Im leaving work my battery dead Im left at work with no transportation my salesman Steve tells me its wear and tear like I did it he was no help, they didnt help me get a battery two days later my air condition unit goes out again Im frustrated once again I text Steve for my conditions on my extended warranty he sends me a 1-800 number without any directions I think I made a very terrible investment Im very frustrated in metrolina Im checking my options

Took SALEMAN 30min. To come Outside, all cars are exposed to Sun rays and bad weather....at the prices they charge, each car should have a CARPORT.....LOL. HIGH END AUTOMOBILES .....Hey guy I had and appt. Saleman knew I was outside, I drove 2hrs, to get there.... it was very Hot, maybe I should have stepped inside. But I parked next to thee DIRTY AT THE TIME, VEHICLE I CAME TO TEST DRIVE .I WAS TOLD IT WAS A V8. IT WAS A V6. VERY DISSATISFIED, AND DISSAPOINTED...
