Bought a Volkswagen Routan in March, by July I can’t drive because of a failed transmission. Not to mention, a Toyota Camry battery was inside of the van. I will never come here again!!!

Only reason this is not a one star is because Sheriff is very polite. I bought a 2014 Ford Escape that lasted no more than 36 hours. It broke down less than a minute after flashing engine coolant low. This happened during rush hour in a bad intersection and I caused a three car pile up as a result. I took to a local shop where they replaced a radiator clamp hose and told me the PCV and a bunch of internal routings were backwards. After picking up there, within 24 hours the same thing happened. At this point I knew it was doomed.. After taking to a Ford dealer they told me a full engine repair was needed at minimum. After consulting again with Sheriff, he ended up fixing it up enough to drive home. It is now sitting in a storage unit as I am trying to sell on my own for 80% of what I bought it for. He refused to take back or help me in any other way. Please be careful buying from this place, it was an absolute nightmare for me. Assuming I can get 80% of what I bought it for, the whole thing will cost me over 4.5K. Sheriff is genuine, but they turn a blind to the fact that the cars the buy at action can barley make it off the lot in one piece.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE! Please go to a more reputable place to get your vehicle and spend your money! I financed a car from here ONLY A MONTH AGO and it’s basically the worst decision I’ve made and caused a HUGE headache. I test drove a 2014 Nissan Altima. My mechanic told me about this place so I trusted it. After test driving it the car had 3-4 lights on the dashboard. I asked several times if whatever is causing the lights on the dashboard to be fixed before giving my down payment. Sheriff told me in front of my friend who test drive it with me and my mechanic that he will fix whatever is causing the lights on my dashboard (and also whatever is causing my speedometer not to work). Nonetheless a month later and after being given the run around several times. The problem still is there. Come to find out what might be causing the problem is ALL (4) of my tires are INCORRECT. What dealership sells a car with ALL (4) tires that are the wrong size? And still dragging his feet to fix the issue. Please go to a reputable, PROFESSIONAL place to spend your money. Not here!
