I am not a customer of this company and after today I would not recommend them. I was contacted on my cell phone today while at work by a less than professional female who called herself, Ms. Phillips from AMS Financial. Her tone was rude and demeanor was less than tactful. I repeatedly attempted to inform her that I was going to attempt to take a message but the call was breaking up. I asked her to repeat the name of the company that she was calling from and asked her to spell her name. She became condescending, short and abrupt as I attempted to transcribe a message for a family member. This was my first time dealing with the company. My coworkers heard Ms. Phillips tone. Needless to say, I did not get any where with Ms. Phillips.I called the number back and requested to speak with a supervisor. A man picked up the call and informed me that his name was Mr. Davis. I wasted my time sharing a personal experience with Ms. Phillips with him. The hope was that he would have some concern about the image that the employees are branding for the company. He wasnt interested. He defended the unprofessionalism. Mr. Davis responded with the following: 1. Who was she calling for? 2. I will listen to her recording to see if her tone was unprofessional? I later learned that they dont have a means to record their employees. 3. She was doing her job. Ms. Phillips mistake was leaving a less than professional voicemail on my husbands phone for my daughter, and also calling a second daughter. Needless to say, her payment wasnt late. According to Mr. Davis, she was confirming the payment.As I read the reviews today after my experience, I wanted to share that a business must respect you and your money. If they dont, then dont use them or refer them. Unprofessionalism appears to be resonating from this company. Mr. Davis invest in your employees. Ensure that they are trained in customer service.

Basically sold me a car knowing the auto start feature wasnt functional and failed to tell me that it could cause issues with my engine shouldve did more research before going through with it.

I inquired about 3 different cars online 6/25. Gentlemen called me this morning (6/26) and the 1 specific car had already been sold (2 days ago). The other 2 were priced higher, so told him looking for a second car in the $6500 price range. His reply then Im not the dealership that you want to deal with What an azz! I have money to spend and good credit, they dont want my money..ill take it to someone who does. Very rude and lack of professionalism. I recently bought a car from them. The car has had no problems. However - my main gripe with them is their consistent habit of not reporting to the ONE credit reporting agency that they do report to. in four months - they have only reported to this credit reporting agency ONCE. This is a sub prime loan company. the least they can do is report to the credit agencies. This will help your credit and this is one of the reasons you take out any loan. A lot of people have no idea and just accept this because they want a car badly. I was in a bad spot and they approved me. I asked at the time of the loan did they report to the three agencies ( Equifax, Transunion, and Experian). I was told yes. They do not. They ONLY report to Equifax. Even with that, in four months of having the car and paying on time - they have reported once and that was just to say I had the loan. So what happens is - the total of the loan is reported and if your payments are not reported then the original balance remains the same and you do not have a positive trade line. The way it is supposed to work is you get a loan for the car - that is reported. then you make payments - they are reported and the balance goes down. if you pay on time and the balance goes down then that is a POSITIVE for your credit.I am just telling the truth about this place because it would not cost them a lot to report to ALL 3 credit agencies to help their customers. When I called the office they used the Coronavirus and blamed the credit agencies. This was not correct. I can assure you ONE thing. If you did not pay on this car on time they will call you asap and they will report you then I bet. SO be careful. Find a car with low mileage. You probably could do better at another dealership. my 2 cents.

Came here to get my friends car back,I watched the front office ladies be completely unprofessional and rude. We had a scheduled meeting at 11 am with a man named John, when we got there John told my friend that he wasn’t going to see her unless she signed a document. Very very unprofessional, these people only care about ruining your credit and making things more difficult.They also lack in communication between clients.I do not recommend this place, they are not interested in helping you.No customer loyalty.

What I loved about Crown Auto Sales on Ashley Rd., is that when we walked in the door we were greeted with a warm welcome. Next Mr. Brian Young is very personable and down to earth. My aunt did not have all of the pertinent information that was needed and Mr. Young was very patient and accommodating. Then he made sure she had everything she need for an approval. Lastly, he did not try to get my aunt into a car that was out of her price range. This was an excellent car buying experience.

This is my second purchase through crown. A month after paying off my first it was totaled. I worked with Tim and Mr.C. I love that they have no Issues with you taking the vehicle your going to purchase and have it inspected by a mechanic which I did with both vehicles I purchased. I didn’t have a sales person in the car with me breathing down my neck when I test drove which I loved. I had my car looked at by my mechanic and the brakes needed replacing which Ctown took care of for me! If you have credit issues I definitely suggest crown. I also highly suggest taking advantage of them allowing you to take that your purchasing to a certified mechanic and get it looked at! I had absolutely no issues with my original purchase and do not expect any with this one. Mr C was awesome as usual!!!

Where do I begin?? I am simply in awe at the extraordinary level of customer service I received today at Crown Auto Sales (Ashley Road location). When I went in, I was discouraged and tired. I had been previously turned down by others who said they could and would help, only to be let down. However, Inessa welcomed up with open arms and assured us that she would take care of us, and indeed she did!! She went above and BEYOND! I had trouble printing out some information I needed on the computer there at the office, Inessa drove my family and I to the library to use the computer there, then drove back to pick us up, all with a smile on her face!! I’ve been a customer of crown auto for a few years now .Ive only chose to buy here to help build by credit and get to where I need to be in life . Over the years the staff at the crown auto on Ashely Rd have always been very kind . Unfortunately I can not say the same for the Corporate office EVERYONE there is extremely, rude, impatient and disrespectful . No matter what time or day you call they can’t seem to have any customer service what so ever . Now with that being said I’ve gotten the car I’m in now that I’ve only had for a year I’ve gotten it appraised three times at the different dealerships and each dealership with the amount I payed for the car and my pay out amount . Each dealer has made it clear I’ve been ripped off and I’m over paying for a car that isn’t even worth the asking price .Plus they only report to ONE Credit bureau so it’s not even helping my Credit score as much as it should be plus I halve way to much negative Equity for a car that’s not even worth 8,000 mind you this is a 2008 Mercedes-Benz!! I’ve contacted the office several different times to see who can speak to and what my options are and I just keep getting the run around. In order to get something done it seems like I’ll have to contact Mr. Jackson who is over the hole company just to get any kind of customer service or answers . Ive never had payment issues or been rude to any of these people and it seems as if they all just have attitude issues. They sale high mileage cars for high prices that leave you stuck with a car that isn’t worth the price and leave you dealing with people that are disrespectful.These are true facts PLEASE DON’T be fooled by how nice the car is or how kind the car salesman is or how badly you need a car . These are not the people you want to deal with trust me I’ve been dealing with them because I’ve have too . But you don’t please look elsewhere.

I was nervous at first because I couldnt find a vehicle that would accommodate my two teen boys who are well over 6ft tall and my taste for something newer and attractive. The morning I met inessa, I was in a really bad place and feeling hopeless. I had very little money but had saved for a car. She turned my day around and made sure I drove off the lot THAT DAY. She is a very nice person, and so is bryan. She spent the whole day working with me and cancelled something important because she wanted to make sure I understood the terms of the contract. Aside from all of this, its a BIG PLUS that you can build up your credit quickly with these guys if you have no credit or not-so-good credit. I recommend this place TO EVERYONE!!!! The cars are great, dont cause you any problems and look nice. I met several other customers who were very happy with the service.

They actually get zero stars but it wouldnt let me give zero stars ..... DO NOT BUY OR LEASE from here they make everything sound good at first but in the end you will end up with a car that dont work and negative equity in your car.... they say they report your payments to the credit bureau... Ive been paying on my car for 3 yrs consistently and they have only reported 3 of my payments, check engine light been on since day 3 of me having the car all they could say was the check engine light wasnt on when we sold it to you not really sure what that means Im seriously considering just giving the car back and taking that 7 yrs on my credit since they havent been reporting my payment. I really dont know where to begin with this company, first off let me say in 2017 i purchased my first car from crown, they put me in something i wasnt to happy with but i needed a car, long storey short i barley had the car for a year and honestly Bad business all across the board from Brian, then Mr. Guerst then finance i can go on........but mind you im a faithful paying customer and never a issue when i pay. and had no choice but to get another car from crown because they paid that car off and put me into something i liked February 2018 just last week Not even four months the Brake line went on car while we were in another state, Crown was insisting that i get car back to NC until i called Mr. Jackson the owner, Now the car is covered under warranty supposedly, seems like if i want something done correct and fair i have to go through him, im just so fed up and no one At crown really cares because they all work together this will be my last and final purchase from them!!! I can go on about Crown from finance (Michelle Blair) hanging up on me twice while im trying to give them my money for my purchase.....like i said i can go on........ Next stop will be BBB #NotAHappyCustomer

I believe it is only right to come back and update my review since buying a car with Crown Auto. For starters my transmission went out in my car within 2 weeks of having it. It took a month and a half to get it back due to a new transmission is gonna cost us too much so we are looking for you a used one. I stayed with this company because I felt they were gonna make things right but then about 2 years into having the car a company calls me and basiclly saids we have your contract now so you will start paying us your car note. When I called crown auto back they told me well since u were a good paying customer we let your contract go. Now they have the nerve to call me wanting me to trade in my car with 8% down but no credit will transfer over from the car I have now. A clean slate is what they tell me I will start off with. I do not recommend this company no matter how good Inessa is with the customer service part of the company they end up doing you wrong in the end. So to the pleasant young man Marcus who tried to get me in another vehicle I thank you but I will not be getting another car from your company

I had an awesome experience on Ashley Road, went there with my mom and Tiffany and Brian were great with helping her get the payment she wanted with out compromising the type of car she had to get. Buy at Crown, they really give people a second chance to get good credit.

Where do I begin? Sold a car with after damage was told they didnt have to give me back my down payment, had the car for like 3 days when I noticed a loud thumping when pulling off checked inside the trunk to find rusted old molded fill of water trunk, I was looking at some hondas one I really wanted they said it was not able to go on the lot so they offered me another one less specs of course, at this point going on 2 weeks trying to buy from them riding in a moldy car with some kind of wheel problem I needed a vehicle and i decided to go with the white honda, the shocks are bad, the window make a gosh awful sound when winding down,the very NEXT day the car they said was not going to be sold at all on their lot due to mechanical problems (lies) was on their website the NEXT day!! Ive had my car almost 2 months and the JUST called saying my tags are ready, not to mention I had to go back up there 1st when I bought the car because the sales lady forgot to put my temp tag in wasted more gas to go get it when that expired and I called inquring about my hard tags I was told to come back again for another temp tag, completely unprofessional, they dont care about their customers safety or health ( hence the car full of mold they sold me) John is a prick, Inessa and Tiffany were as good as John let them be I hold nothing against them they just work there they dont make the rules, rip offs, would never recommend to them and to think I was recommended the moment I can get out of their crap they can have their honda back. If I could zero stars I WOULD
