First time at this dealership. I brought my car in for service. I was immediately greeted by a service advisor that addressed me by name! Nice touch! Come to find out that this was the same advisor I had made my appointment with the day before 🙂 Ricky was great, very professional. The guy who works in the entrance was very pleasant. While waiting in the lounge for sometime she and another gentleman asked if I was doing ok which was thoughtful of them to ask. Great first impression!

What an amazing experience! Between my husband and myself, we’ve traded and purchased numerous cars over the years, but the service Ryan provided us was something we haven’t yet experienced the many times we’ve been through this process. We live well over an hour from this specific dealership and he was in constant communication with us to ensure we were taken care of and that the vehicles we were looking at online met our expectations. The vehicle we ended up purchasing was in Charleston and I assumed that process was going to be a hassle considering it had to be transferred to Charlotte, but he was extremely transparent the entire time and made it as convenient as possible for us. Scott Miller (Sales) was outstanding and friendly, but not to the point where you feel like hes overselling or wasting your time.My C300 had a slight issue I discovered 1 week after purchase, and when I brought it in for service they had a courtesy vehicle waiting and communicated with me until it was finished. Ryan Smith went above and beyond when helping me with my car buying experience. I was going to test drive the vehicle on my lunch break, and to save me time, he brought the car to my work so I could test drive it. He was quick to answer any questions and spent time over the phone working on trading in my old car and getting me approved for a loan. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle, he offered to personally drive it to my house and deliver it to me and pick up my old car that I was trading in. I was in for my A service (first service on my car) and in this day and age of dismal customer service, WOW!!! I was offered two different appointment times; one of first availability (without being provided a loaner), and a later availability with full service (loaner provided). I opted for the first available and I was provided (at no charge to me) an Uber home. Seemingly a small detail, but it made the world of difference to me. While my car was there for service, I was sent a video of my car to support any recommendations the technician had given. Wow! This took away any of the theyre trying to get me vibe. The level of service that Chris Biche provided was second to none and I spent a fair amount of money (to be expected with an AMG) and left with a smile on my face. Then a follow-up email from Sarah. She asked for nothing other than candid feedback. I responded to her email and in passing mentioned a tire pressure issue. Next thing I know, I had MB roadside assistance at my house to put a couple pounds of air in my tire. All in all, an absolutely AMAZING experience. I WILL return to BM Independence for my next service!

My father has been looking for a corvette for the longest time, finally we came across one that Hendrick Motors of Charlotte had out on the lot, we ended up going to see Cassidy Maxwell to get the pricing/details on it. I took my car into this dealership to get and ailment. Also my single light and low beam check light came on 2 days before my appointment. It was on the right side, that had to be checked. All of my lights was working when I went in. When they finished with my service my right side was not working and they wouldnt check it out. The manager Tom didnt care and wouldnt do anything!! I get allowed my Required service done! But I dont want to pay for something that the dealership did to try to get me to trade my car in! I kept get offers and calls to trade my car in. I was worried about taking my car in, because I heard of this happening. Now Im a victim. Once you pay off your car you be come a target it. Very disappointed!

Their service was absolutely amazing. We were on vacation with our Sprinter RV and needed an emergency repair. My vehicle was towed to them late on a Monday. They told me they were booked for the week and the best they could do was try to squeeze me in on Friday. They had it fixed by Wednesday, I drove back up from our vacation spot in Charleston SC on Thursday, and finished our vacation in style! They picked me up at the car rental when I drove up to pick it up. From the first phone call to picking up the van this crew was nothing but amazing. Thank you Hendrick team for saving my vacation!

This is the only MB dealership I let work on my AMG these days. We purchased our first Mercedes, a GLS63 with a sticker of almost $140k (not that the price of the vehicle should dictate an experience or service) and have a couple of issues that need to be taken care of. Called to make an appointment and was told you need to have a relationship with the Dealership in order to have a loaner while your vehicle is serviced. That’s not the level of expectation we would have of an MB dealership and will give all of our business to other MB dealerships because of it. Not trying to sound pretentious but you must be kidding on a policy like that, what if someone just moved to the area or like us, purchased their first MB? What a sour experience.

I was pleased with the service and the professional atmosphere. I purchased my car from this Hendrick location.Chris Biche was pleasant and informative and took good care of me. If you need your Benz repaired, loved on; take it to the Independence location.

Work was accomplished in a timely manner, technician text a video of the work that he was performing and the condition of all related parts that related to the recall. Michael Ortega was my service rep and he answered all of my questions and also kept me in the loop as to the progress of the repair.

Very pleased with the visit from beginning to end. Arrived 30 minutes early, and was met by Ricky Whitten, my service advisor. Super nice young man, who reviewed what was to be done, which I confirmed. Said it would be about 90 minutes or so for the service if I cared to wait, which I did. The waiting area was very well appointed, and I took an amble through the showroom to look at new vehicles also. I returned to my seat to get a little work done with a cup of coffee from the waiting area refreshment area. After about an hour, forty-five, Ricky showed me what all was done, completed the transaction, and had the washed/vacuumed car pulled around for my departure. Well done, Sir and Hendrick team !

Honestly I wouldn’t recommend taking your car here at all for repairs. My car has been three times in the last 2 months for things you’d think they’d catch during an oil change. The latest repair was a fuel pump, they were only supposed to have the car for 2 days and that ended up being a week and a half. I had to call them for updates. Apparently they forgot to order the part (supposed to do so on a Friday) when I approved the repair and didn’t end up doing it until Tuesday. Perhaps they need to train their associates on basic communication skills? Car ended up being ready on a Friday, I get there, pay, they bring the car out and the check engine light is still on. They claimed they forgot to reconnect a hose which cleared the code. I get home and a week later my coolant seems to be leaking. Next available appointment wasn’t until 3 weeks later AND they never have loaners available. This place is worst than Jiffy Lube. At least they can diagnose simple things during an oil change. We pay so much for our cars only for this dealership to fail on simple deliverables. Take your car elsewhere.

My visit to Hendricks on Independence was good. My Service Advisor was very professional and polite. I dont really like waiting in the customer waiting area for any length of time. I waited over 2 hours for my service, I would have rather dropped the car off and came back later.

My husband called, Chris Biche was able to get my car in since the check engine light came on and I had a popping sound in my sunroof. I was afraid to drive my car for the fear that it might break down. I wasnt able to get a loaner car for the weeks notice but when I made another appointment, because the popping sound was still there the day I left the dealership, they told me that I could have a loaner car Monday. Chris was really nice in trying to help anyway he could. I had to cancel that appointment due to a death in our family and now need to find the time to take it back over to the dealership back to Chris Biche. He is a friendly employee. The only thing I didnt like about the dealership is when I called and the girls answering the phone, sounded very young, and kept telling me the service department is really busy they would have to take a message for Chris. When Chris called me back, he said he didnt get the message that I called.

Traveled from NYC to South Carolina. on the way back to NYC caught a flat. Stopped at Hendrick Motors Mercedes Benz in Charlotte NC. I Did not have an appointment. The service agent Chung, was great. Chung, booked my service for 4 tires and a wheel alignment. The vehicle service waiting area was very nice and comfortable. I am very thankful that they could help me in a very stressful situation. They got me out in just a couple of hours.l am glad that I made the decision to take my vehicle to this place.I left with peace of mind. Knowing that the service was done right. I was excited to have purchased my 1st Mercedes only to find out they are like most other dealerships. Liars of course. The man that sold me my car told me that a feature I asked for and I told him I wanted in my new was included only for me to later find out that it wasn’t. When I spoke to management about the situation the only response I received was that the dealer said he didn’t tell me that which of course was a lie. Management told me I could trade in my already new vehicle I just purchased for another one if I wanted the feature. Right makes no sense. I was also told that the vehicle I purchased had only one owner who was up to date on maintenance and that the car was inspected and I was given brand new tires. Also not true b/c a few months later they said my tires were dry rotted which would’ve been impossible but thanks to Rebecca hit them to actually give me new tires. My 1st experience with them will ultimately be my last and become a nightmare. I would not recommend them and I’m highly disappointed. If this is their idea of a first class experience then I’m more than happy to go back to a regular one.

The experience was ok although I usually go to the Mercedes NorthLake. I went for express oil change CLS500 was in and out. Rep made sure they kept me on top of what was going with my vehicle. Courtesy and kind all the reps there. Very nice experience.

I hate to give bad reviews because not everything during the process was negative. I will say this though. When we bought our 2018 GLA 250. The car was fully inspected by the team at Kendrick motors Mercedes before buying and passed with nothing wrong. Not even 6 months into having the car, we had so many problems. Most recent is we took our car in for the first oil change and inspection and was told that the brakes on the car are so bad he feared for our lives. The rotors were warping and the plates were grinding metal. I feel like these are things the dealership should tell you before selling you a car.

I did not have a good experience with my service advisor Zakhar Ryadnov. Previously I had my car serviced at mercedes north lake and things went fine however this go round Zak has no readiness to assist and also ended up costing me a lot of money unnecessarily, my car was hit and right where the car was hit there was an axle leak, I spoke to my insurance company about it and they spoke with Zak and he told them he doesn’t think the accident caused it, however prior to the accident on my last service I did not have an axle leak AND it’s in the exact spot of the accident, because he told them this the insurance company said they couldn’t cover it, the insurance rep even told me she was sorry and felt bad about the situation but since that’s what she was told she couldn’t do anything about it. Also Zak was just not friendly, would not recommend him to any of my friends with Mercedes and now I’m thinking about dropping my Mercedes for a Tesla

The only reason I listed this as four star and not five is because I think the communication from the service advisor could have been a little better when someone has your car for 2 weeks you should probably talk more than once a week. I feel like the appropriate thing would be to every two or three days touch base. But other than that the service and the work was exceptional.

Ryan was a superstar. No pressure, no hassle sale liason. I say this, because he smoothly guides you through the sales and buying process.Final word to sum up my experience. AWESOME!

My wife and I had decided to purchase a minivan, specifically a Honda Odyssey, as a surprise gift for our oldest daughter and her growing family (4 kids, the youngest being 2 months old!). I contacted Cassidy Maxwell at Hendrick Motors of Charlotte via an early morning email, outlining our wish list for our daughters van. Within a couple of hours, Cassidy emailed me three possible Odysseys to consider, one of which was Deep Scarlett Pearl that I knew my daughter would LOVE! We arrived at Hendrick Mercedes-Benz on Independence Blvd in Charlotte at around 3pm. Cassidy immediately put us at ease and showed us the Odyssey, let us familiarize ourselves with the van, and then let us take a test drive. We knew almost right away that this was our daughters new van! Cassidy guided us through the purchase process, helped us choose the right extended service plan, and made the entire process seamless! Easiest and most stress free automobile purchase ever! We were out the door with the new van by 5pm! We will definitely contract Cassidy Maxwell again for our future automobile purchases! I recently had the opportunity to have my car serviced using their convenient valet pick up. From beginning to end it was so convenient. I went in to look at a specific GLA250 that I had seen online, unfortunately that particular car sold the night before. I never had problems with the service I received from them before until today with the schedule I schedule to have my car abs check out a week ago and find out Mr. Johnson had changed my appointment from the 8th of October to the 6th and and I never received any confirmation that it was on the 6th and now I will have to wait another week to have my car look at this is unacceptable

Hendrick Motors of Charlotte (HMoC) provided the most pleasant experience Ive ever had at a dealership. Pre-owned Manager Chris Minich, Salesman Wale Shoetan and Finance Manager Eric Lauterbach all provided a pressure free Atmosphere.In this time of Pandemic a lot of dealerships are holding on tight to advertised prices. I found HMoC was willing to work with me for a reasonable deal.Most of my deal was completed via email and phone, but we all know the possibility of figures increasing the moment you hit the dealer door. NOT HERE. Their word was bond and I was in and out in under 2 hours.Thanks

I had my airbags replaced here recently. It was a relatively straightforward process. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. I left my car overnight and picked up the next morning, very clean & washed with no sign of the work completed.Be warned, they will try to sell you a car. Just know that going in and politely decline. They also couldnt find my key for about 15 min but that was resolved. They kept me informed and kept trying to feed me breakfast items so I was okay. A nice visit.
