I had a great experience with EchoPark compared to the experience I had with another big brand dealership. The process to reserve a car to test drive was easy and the car was ready when I arrived. Jamaur and the sales manager Steve was great to work with. I never felt pressured into making a decision after the test drive and I was able to go home and sleep on it then come back the next day to make the purchase. Even though I did not plan to do in house financing, their interest rates were comparable to my credit union. The price of the car was also very fair.The style of the showroom made me feel comfortable and did not make me feel like I was conducting a sales transaction. I did not have to work with multiple people like other dealerships and I did not feel pressured to buy service packages or extended warranties. I am so excited to drive my new Lexus!

What an awesome experience I had at EchoPark with Daniel Johnson. He was patience, understanding and willing to go through my changes of choices to purchase the right car. We purchased a car at EchoPark Charlotte for our daughter. When we first went on the lot a male employee was told to come help us. We told him what we were there to look at. He was absolutely horrible just stood at the back of the car a never gave us any info on the car or how things worked there. We wanted to leave and not come back but we really wanted the car. So we ended up getting another salesperson, Kim El Cora to work with us a few days later. Let me just say she turned a horrible experience into the best car shopping experience we have ever had. She was quick, thorough, helpful, informative, and very friendly. All the things our previous salesperson was not. If it had not been for her we probably would of left the perfect car for our daughter sitting on the lot, but once she started working with us we no longer had to. She made a bad experience at EchoPark turn into a great one leading me to leave a 5 star review. I purchased a vehicle from them earlier this month. That experience went great. The issue at hand is I am an out of state buyer and I am trying to get everything situated with my tags and I need some information sent from them to the state that I live in. I don’t know why they have a number listed on their site because they NEVER answer the phone. I’ve literally been trying to reach them for two days now. Great customer service shouldn’t stop once a car leaves the lot.

EchoPark does not care about their customers. I purchased a vehicle in May and here it is August and already I need to put break pads, break fluid and oil in it....a BMW, which is not cheap. I know, I should have bought my vehicle from a dealership where they provide good service and know how to treat people. Lesson learned...The business model is such that they purchase vehicles and apparently dont run it through any maintenance checks and make repairs before they turn around and sell them off! I tried contacting them to see if they would foot the bill but got transferred to some other department where it just rang and rang. I called back in hopes of getting assistance and this time there was no answer and instead I got voicemail. Apparently, these folks are too busy selling faulty vehicles to pick up the phone. With all of that, I have 2 nice things to say about the Charlotte location. 1. The sales guy, George, was nice.However, as a car salesman, thats his job...to be nice and sale used cars. 2. They purchased my car for more than any other lot was willing to pay for it. Other than that, I will never purchase another vehicle from EchoPark. I purchased a premium service plan from them that of course doesnt cover the work that Im coming out of pocket for.I may just trade the car in that I bought before it has any major issues that arent covered.Dont buy from EchoPark. Youll be disappointed 😞.

Danny was great to work with. My apt was at 1. I picked a car, test drove which was the easy part. The paper work is what took quite a bit of time. I was at echo for over 4 hours. Overall, good process - be prepared to wait.

I bought a 2018 Jeep Compass in July with my husband. This car has had to be serviced TWICE. The battery was dead and had to be replaced in august it was also missing some sort of cap. Now my suspension and the automatic transmission turn off thing isn’t working. We did a FULL inspection of the car before purchasing and everything was good. Also I got the platinum coverage because it sounded good and NONE of that is covered. If you are looking to get the package don’t. The exclusion list is pretty much everything that you need coverage for. They have good deals here but I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from them again. It has been hell dealing with this Jeep it’s literally falling apart and it’s a 2018 car. It’s ridiculous. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE that actually maintains there cars and makes sure the car is 100%. Before letting it be driven off the lot. And I only use my car to go to school and work. All these problems shouldn’t be happening after 2 months. Everyone that works there don’t even look like they know anything about cars. If you do get a car here please ask about every detail and let them show you that they are functioning properly. Also the warranty coverage is not worth the 3,000-4,000 dollars 🤷‍♀️
