They didnt have the tires I needed when I came in, but they ordered them for me, and had them over the weekend. They mounted them, and the price was reasonable. They even checked out my front end for me, and told me what I needed. Very friendly service.

I went in and asked for a front end alignment and new brakes. An hour later I left with a front end alignment. Turns out I didn’t need breaks, had plenty of pad left. Most shops would have given me the breaks and rotors I asked for. They chose integrity and told me I didn’t need them. They’ve earned my business today and in the future.

Love to buy my tires here. Plus they have good service.

After evacuating from hurricane Florence I drove to OH with 3 kids, a dog, a cat, 2 ferrets, and 5 rats to attend my sisters funeral but had to leave OH as soon as I arrived. My car broke down on Friday and Kings Tire Service was the where I ended up. They immediately fixed my car letting my children, pets, and sleep in facility for the four hours it took. They charged NOTHING for their services and gave me $40 toward gas which I humbly and graciously accepted. They did not know my children and I had to take my husband off life support last month, that my sister just died, that we spent that night sleeping at a scary truck stop and I didnt know how I was going to get home. It was fate my car broke down on that exit and I cannot thank them enough or even begin to explain how what they did for us really lifted us up during very trying times.

First come first serve. So I had to be here at 730 this morning. Still setting here over hour and a half later. For an oil change and front brakes......mechanics are rude and dont care about returning customers for sure. Never reccomend this place. Smh Ill do it myself before Id come back here and get this service. Day ruined.

Super nice people to deal with! My wife was traveling to Camp Lejeune, NC in my truck when she noticed a power steering leak. The local Orileys auto parts store recommended Kings to look at it. Within an hour she was back on the road and on her way with the leak fixed! The staff members were super nice to her and wouldnt even let her pay for the time they spent tightening up a loose fitting! Would recommend them to anyone based on their awesome professionalism and outstanding service! Thank you very much Kings Tire Service for showing therere are still great people out there.

I bought two tires and about 2 weeks later, one developed a bulge in the sidewall and they replaced it free of charge!

Ordered tires through Goodyear website and set an appointment at Kings for 8am on Saturday (open of business). Made me wait over two hours in a waiting room to be told that my tires that I paid for weeks ago arent available. Wanted me to come back next week to waste more time. Extremely disappointed

Bought 4 tires 65000 warranty have to buy 4 more and not garented Ill get money back dont have 500 more dollars for a new set firestone tires
