Helpful staff, friendly atmosphere of a small store. I was able to order a repeat custom paint over the phone, then pay and pick up at the store without a wait.

I recently went to Dracut Hardware store with a paint issue. It was not from their store but they help me to resolve the issue. Great customer service; I’ll definitely continue to give them my business.

This is a great local hardware store. Stop here before heading to the big box places. While their stock is sometimes lacking, and their pricing may not compete with Lowes or Home Depot on some items, the customer service is outstanding.

This place has anything you may need, find it faster than those 2 huge stores. Its family run, everyone is helpful,and they have odd pieces in the hundreds of drawers to electrical, plumbing, cabinets, machinery. Cleaning supplies,car care, towing accessories,mix paints,cut keys,in fact,the only thing I dont like is the parking,and they understand,park on the side if you can.
